Place is nice, stocked and cleanTheir employee Logan is extremely rude. He talked down to my friend, called her stupid to her face and absolutely mansplained her. Did not help at all.

Bought their cheapest bottle jack for ~$34 and ended up using a 2x4 so we didn't need it. They only had one left that was tapped closed with clear duct tape. Upon return they obviously had to open it to make sure everything was there when the associate noticed it had obviously been used because the paint was all chipped off. There was no issue returning it which was nice but the moral of the story is, they, like many retailers sell used items as new. Make sure you check their items and maybe pass on ones that have been taped closed, even if it's their last one.

I had a great experience there today. My headlight went out and I needed it replaced quickly. They had the part, and replaced the headlight bulb for free. The young man was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for the great service!

O'Reilly Auto is a great place! The store is always clean & well stocked. The guys, if they know you, will greet you by name with a smile! Carl, I've known for 30+ years & is one of the good ones!

The store associates are very helpful. Many are or have been mechanics so they know their stuff and can usually give some great advice if you are having car problems. Just ask! Also, I've found the prices at O'Reilly to be very competitive. Often you can have several options for parts and tools, but the guys/gals working can inform you whether or not you should pay more for the "better" part/tool.

Great Store Usually have my parts this is just a review of their staff.Kelly needs to work on her customer communication skills, because I cant find the correct fuel level sensor for my 94 pick up. She wanted to argue that all fuel sensor units(in the tank) have a fuel pump on them and ordered a part saying that it didn't have one. Then I drove in, 45 min round trip, to find out it had a pump which she had ordered in for me is the wrong one. Then when I mentioned this, she said "ALL OF THEM" have pumps she "NEVER has seen it with out a pump, how is the fuel get to the engine," "there isn't one on your engine". Well I had replaced the one on my engine so that's not right I guess she failed out of High School because she doesn't understand suction. I have worked in customer survive if the customer is in fact wrong just let think its wrong and let them go on their marry way. It was wrong and she wasted my time by thinking she had some O'Reilly's gods superior knowledge over myself a clearly stupid customer. This all said the store is fine place, just stay away from Kelly i think she just wants to argue with people she was hostile to other customers while I was there.

Husband went to this location to get plugs and wires for the car on an emergency. Paul gave him the wrong set. He went back a minute before close and the associate (younger, black haired) closed and locked the door in front of him. When my husband tried to explain that he was just there-the guy told him to 'come back tomorrow' and walked away. Extremely poor service, especially considering it would have taken two minutes to give him the right ones and fix the situation. Definitely will not be using this location again.

We do our best to help the customers that come in. Needing parts for a vehicle can be stressful and frustrating. It can be frustrating for us as well. But at the end of the day we take care of the customer when ever possible. And that's what really matters

It's been a while since I've been able to walk into a parts store and say, "I don't know what the hell I need but can you help me?" And when I walked out. . . I had exactly what I needed. It got the job done and I am damn greatful. Uh! I'll be back.

Of the 3 Auto Parts stores in the River Falls area, O Reilly has the best hours and the best in stock selection of parts.

During a DIY brake pad replacement, I wanted to get the rotors turned to true up the surfaces. The tech (or counter clerk, we're not talking highly skilled operators here) called me in to show that the rotors had about 1/8" of runout! There's never been a runout problem with my car, no pulsing brake pedal or other issues. I insisted he remove the rotor, then I checked the spindle and centering cone on his lathe before remounting. Runout was about .030 this time, still not good, but able to be turned. After reinstalling the rotors, I now had pulsing in my brakes. Their lathe either had its own runout problem on the centering cone or simply a bent shaft. I probably should have insisted on some sort of compensation since they ruined what were still serviceable parts, but I chose not to fight it since I had okayed it after seeing the initial mounting problems.I ended up buying new rotors from a different shop. Cost me $80 for that $20 turning. No pulsing with the new parts, brakes operated just as they had before.

They need to hire more knowledgeable people. If they can not look up a specific vehicle, they have no idea what to do.

A nice friendly local place to get car parts from. I also recycled some oil at the same time that I picked up more.

As a commercial customer I was very disappointed and have been very disappointed in the way the store manager treats customers and also the fact that if the computer doesn t exactly say the store has it,or it has been purchased she gives up and tells people that she can t help them,DO YOUR JOB and research things a little more because your not the only one that has to work!!

Probably the most expensive place for parts around. Half the time of which they don't have what you need, no matter how common a part. Save your time, money, and sanity by going to Auto zone or ordering from Amazon.
