$695 to tow our vehicle a few blocks...Um, NO.If they're ripping off everyone like that, then how can they get many good reviews in any recent years?When did they figure pricing could just work like that?IDK, I wouldn't have called in the first place but for necessity.I'd seen in 2019 how they botched a tow of a black sports car by forgetting to secure it right so it rolled right off the bed ramp - gaining speed rolling down into the ditch from the parking lot!!!Maybe we got video...if so I'll add pics later.

I have been taking my vehicles to Jerry's for years now. Travis is my go to guy, but all the staff is wonderful. They always give me quotes that are accurate, and try to get my work done as soon as possible. Highly recommend.

I m not typically one to write reviews, but I just had to share how great of an experience I had with Jerry s. Travis, who I talked with multiple times on the phone, was amazing to work with, overall just very kind and very helpful. I did have to have my car towed to a dealership due to a recalled part, but they were able to do that for me and even fixed my brake light before sending it over, for a really good price as well might I add. Overall, for the quality of service and extremely fair pricing I can t recommend this place enough!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a problem with my travel trailer brakes, days before a camping trip. Travis was able to get me in the next day and check out all 4 brakes and make sure it was safe to drive for our trip. He had to order the parts I needed and he had all the parts ordered and ready when we got back to do all 4 brakes. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but he was so nice and got me in right away and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend.

100% would recommend them to everyone.My car broke down and I had it towed here. The issue was that the distributor was shot. They fixed it quickly at a fair price.I recently have moved out of the area and had my car break down again, it turned out to be the same part they fixed and I had it towed to a shop in my new town. Travis from Jerry's worked with me to cover the cost of the part, towing, and labor due to it being a bad part and honoring the warranty. I was extremely impressed with this whole experience and wish I still lived close enough to use this as my main shop when issues arise.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've had issues with the tires and tie rod end in my vehicles and Jerry's staff has always done such a great job with accommodating me and being efficient with the repairs. I addition to their amazing service, they're very affordable. Jerry's is my go-to for all of my vehicle needs.

Very expensive service. Blake who I spoke to multiple times was very helpful and extremely nice but other than that it was as extremely large towel bill for something that should have been much less. I would recommend another towing company if you're ever in need.

Once again Taylor you and your team exceeded our expectations. We brought the truck in and had the master cylinder fixed. You informed us of another issue and quoted a price for that fix. We came back when we could afford it and your price stayed the same. And of course, we brought the truck back again to have another issue fixed. You are honest, reasonably priced and always keep us informed every step of the way. You, sir are an asset to this community and an expert in your field. I have sent a few people your way and have always had positive comments. Keep up the good work! You are you and an expert at auto mechanics and customer service! I locked my keys in my car and it took forever for them to arrive. They did the job fine. But the price was ridiculous. This was the most expensive locksmith I've ever had to pay for.

We had an accident and unfortunately had a vehicle towed to there yard it was very expensive for the tow and storage fee for the week it is as there roughly a thousand dollars.

Took it upon themselves to not call with a needed repair. Paid and was told of the needed repair at that point. Very disappointed with the lack of service
