I give them a fantastic rating for the repairs. However I have never been treated worse in my life. Rich is condescending and beyond rude. This is the 3rd time I have gone there but will think twice next time I need body work.

Great experience getting collision damage repaired. Jason (or was it Justin?) at the front desk was especially awesome to work with. Genuinely cared about us and went out of his way to help us. Other perks are they had soonest availability of all places I check with in Hudson/RF and they worked directly with my insurance. Note that they are a Progressive preferred company, which I don't insure with, and they were still easy to work with.

I had major hail damage to my truck and they got it repaired quickly and approved by insurance. Hassle free and easy scheduling. Justin made sure my truck was clean and dust free after the work was done so no clean up was a big bonus. Highly recommend using them.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my son down to ask about some pricing on his car, and immediately seen someone i assuming was the owner and he shortly ask why we were there for and replied to ask about a paint job for the car and then he replied with, you dont have enough money! and as i looked at my son that has worked so hard at school and work to save over 20000.00 and wanted a good job, crushed and confused i found a better place that accepts his money.Just couldn't believe the reply we received after teaching my son how important it is to keep doing business and spending money locally!

Hit 2 deer this year and was down a total of 13 days for both wreaked front ends. Great peeps and good work. Even told me about a dent the new hood had that nobody would have ever noticed Gave me the car to use till it could be fixed and made good on it. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Best experience I've ever had at a repair shop! They went above and beyond to get my car fixed after an accident and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Even provided me with a loaner to make an additional repair after a backordered part came in. Great work, speedy turnaround time and the best customer service around.

Notice 2 new deep scratches on the existing paint on drivers mirror ,they sanded the clearcoat off of adjacent body panels when sanding .We had a engine light on and the car kept killing when warmed up We told them 3 times about the mechanical issue which they kept forgetting about since it was in there .We waited 2 weeks to get in and they cleared the engine codes without reading them they said it worked fine after there 1 mile test drive. Leaving the shop the engine light came on driving home and the engine quit had to get it towed to another shop .We have had work done many times before around the area and this was the worse quality and thoroughness we have experienced.Service: Painting

Jackelen Auto Body is a fantastic auto body shop to bring your car into. I brought in a 6 month old 2021 Mazda. They had to replace a front fender, headlight and side swipe on my car. I expected to be able to see some type of tell that my car had previously been in an accident, as I am observational and picky in that way, but I can't see any type of defect. They did a fantastic job, I am very happy with their work and they are extremely friendly and focused on customer service. I had to have my car towed to Jackelen yesterday. They were easy to reach by phone and made the process as easy as it culd be. The very nice and friendly staff took a look at my car the same day. Despite my experience ending in a salvage, I would definitely recommend Jackelen to anyone needing a mechanic in River Falls. This was my first experience with them and I will definitely keep them in mind if I need services in the future.

Excellent work, wonderful people. We've had four of our vehicles repaired here at Jackelen Bros. Auto Body. The work they do is meticulous, they're reasonably priced, and then your car is returned to you cleaned inside and out. They even allowed Safelite Auto Glass to use their shop to replace my windshield, letting the tech use one of their inside bays to get my cars windshield done without being snowed on in the process. We just moved to River Falls 6 years ago and I'm so glad we chose them for all our auto body needs. These guys are THE BEST!

My 21 year old daughter had some car trouble while visiting River Falls and the guys took care of her despite it being the end of the day. They also fixed the vehicle the next morning and she was on her way. They are reliable and professional, overall great experience. Highly recommended!

Amazing! I recently damaged my vehicle during a run in with a deer. They took care of me 100% and turned a negative situation around for me quickly. I couldn t have been more happy with how my vehicle looked and the quality service I received. So thankful to have taken my Jeep there and I will continue to go to if ever needed in the future.

Took my totaled car here and they had it fixed up looking better than it was before the accident. Even detailed it for FREE and offered to fix dents for FREE that weren't from an accident. Truly honest, good mechanics that care about their customers. They want to formulate a personal relationship with you and know how earn a customer's trust. Thanks Jackelen brothers and crew!-Ryan

I had gotten 10 different estimates around Hudson and River Falls. Not only was Jackelen the cheapest estimate, they were very friendly, had great communication, and fast service. They even had to order another part and was able to get the part and car fixed the very next morning. Will definitely be going back. Thanks guys!

I recently hit a deer and Jackelen was the approved shop for my repair and I couldn t be happier. The staff was so friendly and the work they did was beautiful. My car looks flawless and they even detailed the interior! I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Called to get a ballpark estimate for a front bumper cover and paint (mine is cracked superficially). Rich refused to give me an estimate without seeing the vehicle. Keep in mind I just got off the phone with 3 other shops who were happy to help. I can understand needing to see the car if this was major accident damage but this is about as easy as it gets.. Order the bumper cover and paint it, that s all. I will do my business elsewhere.

The guys here are truly amazing! Honest with their rates and what is needed to be done. They go above and beyond with their services to make sure that you are taken care of. Even after moving out of the River Falls area, they are still my go to shop for anything I need done on my car.

Was passing through the area. Needed small painting job done. Other shop in the area refused to help because they were "busy" . These guys were busy but they found time to help me. Excellent job, friendly staff. Thank you.

Wouldn't even provide a preliminary estimate without first paying $65; the only shop in this or the surrounding counties, that I've encountered, to have a pay wall for an estimate.

I hit a deer with my truck which caused body damage and mechanical damage. Just picked my truck up and it looks brand new! They even cleaned the inside of my cab, which shows they go the extra mile!

I WAS REFERRED HERE A COUPLE YEARS AGO AFTER A CAR ACCIDENT, AND NOW THEY TAKE CARE OF ALL OF MY CAR TROUBLES AND MAINTENANCE. AN AWESOME GROUP OF GUYS THAT WONT TRY TO SELL YOU ANYTHING YOU DO NOT ACTUALLY NEED. I REFER ANY ONE I CAN TO JACKELEN AUTO BODY!
