Customer service has always been excellent here to us. Kendra (spelling?) was super helpful in getting my windshield fixed, and provided great advice on insurance-related matters. She actually went out of her way to make a phone call to the insurance agency to get a question answered about the policy. Highly recommend great local business!

The frameless glass shower Glass Express provided is excellent. During the on site measurement they recommended handle styles we did not know were available and they look great. The customer service and quality is excellent at a competitive price. We will use them again.

Took twice as long as promised because they needed to order the window glass replacement. The craftsmanship was sloppy and unsightly. Black goo between glass panes is very noticeable and unsightly.
