My husband and I bought our GMC Arcadia Denali from here! We had an amazing salesman, Jesse. He was very nice, informative, and not pushy at all. I emailed the day before making sure the vehicle was still available. Upon arrival, they had the vehicle up front ready for us to look over and test drive. No time was wasted!! I appreciated that it was right to business. Even for all the paper, it was completed in less than 20 minutes. Highly impressive! My only reason for giving a 4 star instead of 5 is that my vehicle had less than a half tank of gas. I thought after all the money spent on a new vehicle they would at least fill it up with a full tank of gas. Slightly disappointed in that. But overall, would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle here, and Jesse as a salesman!

I bought a truck from Homan in Ripon (RAM Dealer) about 2 years ago and had an amazing experience. So I suggested to my father who s looking for a new GMC Sierra to look at HOMAN Chevy in Ripon right next door and it was huge waste of time. First of all we arrived and we were barely greeted with a hi by a tall slender gentleman with glasses, I didn t catch his name because he never introduced himself. We said there were 3 trucks we were interested in looking at and he handed us the keys so we could pull them up ourselves. No one else was there, why would you make the customer pull up the vehicle? Never had to pull up my own vehicles to look at. Then they barely look at my fathers 21 sierra slt w/ 26,000 miles and stated that there best price is $39,000. No negotiating that s it, about 3,000 under KBB. We stated that wasn t enough and the conversation ended there. We were never asked what truck we wanted (it was the red one) or what price we thought was fair for the trade . We left and went to Westside GM in Berlin and about 45 minutes later bought a new truck we pick up tomorrow and got $44,000 for the trade in. I m done with Homan and will no longer suggest them to anyone.

Follow up from the Chevrolet mobile app service appointment was good. Appreciated the call back. However, the app stated that I would use my credits to pay for the service. It feels that the loyalty credits are used to encourage customers to go to GMC service centers but it s not a priority to make it easy for the customer to utilize.Unfortunately the credit was not used to pay the invoice. When asked about receiving the credit, I was advised to find my advisor again to redo the paper work. It felt like not my problem response.It would be much better if the app and the credit transitioned to the work order more reliably and seamlessly.

I do want to say that I have purchased a lot of vehicles in the last 29 years and the service at Homan has been the best yet. They have a very polite and courteous staff that took care of our needs. We will be in the market for other vehicles in the future and I will be sure that Homan is the first on my list. Again , thank you for the great service and hospitality.

Tim our salesman was very polite-helpful- my wife and i had a very nice experience shopping at Homan Auto in Ripon,wis. We left Beaver Dam at 1:30 Got to Ripon at 2:30 Talked with Tim about car took for test drive- back and discussed with Tim, We financed the car finance mgr i believe was Mike did up the paper work and we were on the way home with the Beetle by 4:30. Everyone at the dealership were really nice.Thank YouWE will be back in the future.Harry

We bought a new SUV with Homan Chev last week. Brook made the process flow nice and easy. The dealership did give me a great trade-in , and we are absolutely thrilled with our new vehicle. Thank you Brook, you made the whole process enjoyable, well except having to drive our new clean vehicle home in the rain.

I just bought my dream car from homan In ripon. I found it online sent an inquiry overnight and in thr morning Brook called me to talk about the vehicles and set up a time for me to come see them. Excellent experience buying a new 23 Colorado Trail Boss! Was in/out in a couple hours. Tim and Randy were great to work with and Tim went above and beyond driving out to Fond du lac to give me a ride to the dealership. Shout out too, to the service guys who worked hard to get the truck ready on short notice!

This was the easiest, most pleasant car purchasing experience ever! We searched the entire country for a Yukon XL with 2nd row bench seats and certain safety features and availability was minimal... we found only 2. After speaking with Brook, working out a price, and flight reservations, we flew in 2 weeks later. The truck was delivered to us at the hotel saving us 3 hours of a 17 hour trip!!! Two months later, Brook answers my questions and concerns promptly and courteously. What outstanding customer service!

I have been looking at a Toyota Land Cruiser or 4Runner that is at the Homen Dealership, and I was promised that I would get the money to pay for it from the guy who turned out to be a SCAMMERS with another guy who has his friend and he was scamming me out of my money as well.
