Highly highly recommend!Our son goes to college in Ripon and reported that he had spongy brakes and loss of fluid. Bestowing responsibility on him, I told him to call a shop get a quote and go to the process of getting his first repair done himself. After following up with him he explained that he took it to DIH and and couldn't stop talking about how friendly and professional The owner of the shop was. Our son explained that Dean followed up with him, communicated the issues that he found with the vehicle and met the repair deadline. As a parent I personally want to thank Dean for making this new experience for our son, an enjoyable one, whereas it can instill future confidence on the next repair job

Dean is honest and and straight up. I was traveling from Wisconsin to Colorado and heard a noise underneath the car that I wanted to get checked out. He immediately checked out my vehicle and diagnosed the situation. He gave me the assurance that I could make it back to Colorado without worries. Dean was amazing, I blew a wheel bearing on my F150, about 10 miles from his shop. I limped the truck to him,330pm on a Friday, I live in Malone WI, he told me he would not leave us stranded and fixed it on the spot. Amazing customer service, even with a smile. Thank you so much, it is good to know that people like you are still around. Much appreciated!!!!!!!!!

What a great experience. Nice to do business with an honest, hardworking man. We are 5 hours away and our college daughter had car issues. Dean was friendly, trustworthy, and very prompt in getting her vehicle going again. This is definitely the place to go if you need vehicle help!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Dean's years of experience truly show! He diagnosed our problem immediately and fixed it within the day! Luckily it was relatively minor overall. Dean dropped what he was doing to get a very important vehicle in our fleet back on the road. It's true, the local guys are usually the best! Dean pushed back the deadline of when he d have my car done not once, not twice, but three times (and only began work 30 minutes before closing on a Friday... coincidentally immediately after I called due to being told it d be done that week... aka the third week he had it). Dean was very short with me, and borderline rude when I went to pick up the car.The work seems to have been well done and at a reasonable price, but due to the poor time management, communication, and customer service I would not recommend.Service: Brake service & repair

Dean is a very nice and honest man, and takes the time to explain things to you. He does quality work and it doesn t cost a limb for it. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dean was very quick to diagnose our car issue, order the new part needed, and replace it in a very timely manner. Since we were on vacation from out of state and leaving the next day, this was VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. We would highly recommend DIH Auto Repair as a competent business in the Ripon area. I know that this is a late review, but i have to give proper respect. DIH is a great place to go. Knowledgeable and professional in their line of work. Dean did a great job on my brake calipers and brake lines and he was understanding with the situation of fixing one thing and something else breaks. I will definitely be back here again in the future.

The owner of DIH was amazing. He truly respects his customers and although sometimes he has to deliver bad news, he's very kind about it with as many options as he can find. I will return to Dean at DIH Repair with ALL of my vehicle needs.

TEN STARS.I showed up with my towed car at 5pm (literally closing time), mentioned I was from out of town, but had a place to stay if necessary, and they fixed my car that night. So incredibly grateful to the mechanic and the owner, both very personable and generous by giving their time. THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Set up a diagnostic check up set last week only to have the technician push me back another day. I felt like they didn't really care to have my business so I went to another shop and had my car diagnosed on the spot and repaired within the week. Will not make the mistake of coming back to this establishment!

Told me that I had a bad wire cluster and wiggled some wires for 60$ and then after that didn't work after I made a appointment to have my car looked at and waited 5 days he didn't actually look at it just asked me the issues and then I had to wait another 3 days just to get my "wires wiggled" when that didn't work I was told that my cluster instrument was going bad. Took it to baird and they said it was my bcm , now if you don't know what it is don't say you're going to order a part and not even get back to the person when they're reliant on your help and also don't try to a replace a part and try and charge someone 500$+ for something that isn't even a issue. And after asked "are you sure THIS is going to fix it" don't say "well nothing is ever guaranteed 100%" For regular things like ball joints and struts I would recommend Dean but anything more complicated then that I would never recommend this place i feel completely jipped.

I absolutely love the service that I receive when I bring in my SUV. The owners of this business made me feel so welcome and got my SUV in on short notice and were more than fair on their prices. I will always bring my vehicles back to this place for any work that needs to be done.

I grew up in this town and was visiting my mom. I called at 4:00 with a leaky oil problem and the owner was able to squeeze me in. He solved the problem and saved me from major engine repairs. Thank you so much for your service and kind remarks and learning experience!

Dean saved the day! On our way back to Chicago from Green Lake WI one on my rear brake pads started to stick and smoke. Dean took me in right away fixed the problem and had me on my way.
