Last oil change the oil filler cap was not replaced correctly. I should have double checked it. They did provide a free oil change and the oil filler cap was replaced correctly. They didn't top off the other fluids or reset the oil life gauge as they have in the past.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to service desk. Just wanted a oil change. Was told it would be a half hour to change my oil. An hour later they still didn't bring my vehicle in to do the oil change. Another 15 minutes to get my keys back so I could go somewhere else. Terrible!!! Do not recommend at all!

I was traveling to the area from out of state and needed an oil change. The price can't be beat, so I added a tire rotation, as well. Mechanic Mike found an issue that he sought me out to discuss. Excellent and honest service for a great price. Highly recommend.

Worst service ever. Oil change, tire rotation and headlight restoration, I was told it would be an hour and fifteen. It took 3 1/2 hrs.Due to Covid they have no chairs. So there was a 75 year old woman sitting a stack of tires for two hours.Not as much as an apology.

Told me it would be 20 minutes to do an oil change and there was one quick change before me. But after over an hour of shopping with my young children my car still hadnt even been brought in to be worked on. There was no explanation or applogy either. In a world driven by customer service this was beyond subpar and I will never be coming back.

Had two tires replaced and afterwards I got an intermittent tire pressure sensor fault. I took my vehicle back and technician checked it out and said it's most likely you have dead batteries in the sensor. He did not replace it, offer to replace it, or even make an offer to sell a replacement sensor. When I questioned him about it, he said that he could not get any of the sensors to connect so most likely they were all bad. If that were the case, the fault would come up every time I drove the vehicle.Bad training and even worse customer service.Now I need to pay somewhere else to fix something they obviously broke while doing the installation.

Went to get 2 new tires put on my vehicle. 2 people working on a Friday, had 1 car ahead of us that needed 4 tires. Told us it would be an hour before they could get our vehicle in. Are you kidding me!

Went to have oil changed on van and they broke the hood latch and parking break handle. Had to take it to a shop and get it fixed. Walmart said they will pay for the damages so I guess we will see when I bring them the bill for damages.

Horrible service waited 2 hours and still didn t get me in knowing I had a baby!! Also terrible customer service very rude and ignorant!! I will never go back again

Spilled over all over engine and caused it to get into spark plugs and coil. Never will be going here again.
