Customer service does still exist.Drove 70 miles to pick up my new Can-Am Ryker rally.Mindy went out of her way to make sure all my questions were answered and spent a great deal of time helping me to wrap the deal up. It was like I was dealing with family there ! There was a small problem with the windshield that I purchased as an add-on, and without any hassle whatsoever, Rich, the service manager straightened it all out.John in financing was very thorough in explaining all of the paperwork to me.It was just a fantastic experience from beginning to end, and I would highly recommend this business for anyone looking for fun, new toys

Well, I waited 3 months to finally make a deal for my 186 Triton Allure. We drove 725 miles from Nashville thru a snow storm to get our dream boat. The team at Vetesnik Power Sports were amazing.Mindy, Garrett, and the support staff made us very happy. Thanks to everyone. Go see this group to buy a new power toy! Rocky Alspaugh family..

Can t say enough about John and Mindy, both were incredibly kind, didn t pressure me into additional upgrades or accessories. Answered all my questions, I was in and out in 45mins with an appointment. You gotta make sure you schedule an appointment, totally worth the wait when they dedicate their time to you and explain every step in detail.P.S you guys deserve a raise for your knowledge:) Vetesnik is lucky to have you.Glad I found this place! Vetesnik Power Sports is definitely the#1 toy store anywhere around Southwestern Wisconsin! Mindy was awesome to work with - very knowledgeable, low pressure, and super friendly! All of the employees I dealt with during the entire process of purchasing a new boat were great! Every time I had a question, Mindy (or anyone else I was working with) got back to me ASAP. I had several upgrades put on and the workmanship was top notch and exactly as I wanted. Full service to the max!!Anyone looking for a boat, snowmobile, side by side, quad runner, motorcycle - whatever, check these guys out!

Wonderful people to work with. We live 8 hours away in Missouri and bought a boat from them working with Mindy, in sales and John in finance, over the phone and computer. They are honest, down to earth, and were very helpful through the whole process. No pressure and worked hard to get us all the discounts and deals we could qualify for. They had the best deal as well. Everything was just as they said when we got there and it was a nice easy process. Would 100% do business with them again! Can t wait to catch the first fish off the new boat!

Bought a used snowmobile from here. I was told it was fully serviced and ready to go. After taking it to another dealer to have it tuned up and inspected, there was $2,500 of work that needed to be done. I called them and explained the situation and there was nothing that they could do they said or that they would do. Very upsetting. I heard a lot of good things about this place but they will not stand behind what they sell. Employees are nice and friendly. Other than the gentleman that I talked to on the phone about the snowmobile. Kept blaming the problems on me and would have no such responsibility of the problem. Defiantly won t be back and will do everything in my power to keep people away from them. Thankfully I have a large social media following.

If your looking for a motorcycle, ATV, boat, etc. Look no further. This is a great dealership! David and John were super friendly, fair, and honest with me concerning a motorcycle sale. Actually everyone I spoke with were also like that. Mr. Vetesnik has a top notch business ethic and hires the right people. I can't say that about some other dealerships I've delt with in the past. Give this place a try when looking for a power toy. Also on a side note, it's located in one of the prettier parts of the state.

I found a bike I liked on their website in the morning and with a phone call I was taking delivery of it at 4pm that day. I can t say thank you enough for their hardwork and professionalism from start to finish. It s a pleasure doing business with a company that still believes in customer service!! We had a great experience at Vetesnik Power Sports. Todd was friendly, informative, just super helpful overall. We picked up a new Ranger XP Kinetic this week, and it is an amazing machine - quiet, fast, with a pickup that will pin you to your seat. Very happy with the whole process!

Mindy made the process of purchasing our new Regency boat extremely easy. She was always available and quick to respond to questions and emails. I drove in all the way from Oklahoma and she made sure everything was ready for my arrival. Mindy s walkthrough was thorough and she even set up my Lowrance with some helpful settings to make my first trip on the water seamless. There s always some awkward down-times while picking up a big purchase and Mindy was a great conversationalist and very personable, which made the time go by with ease. After the sale and my departure, she followed up a few times to make sure my return trip went well. Mindy is a top-tier saleswoman and I wish every business had a Mindy to work with!Pam was extremely helpful on the finance side. She had solid advice and input regarding various protection plans and options. She allowed me some time to think about it and after asking around to a bunch of my fellow boat owners, they all said that everything she recommended was absolutely necessary. Having confidence that I wasn t throwing money away on unnecessary upgrades was great. My conversations with Pam were frank, straight-forward, but also friendly and personable and I never felt that she was giving me a hard sale . Pam checked all the boxes for everything you want from the money side of a business.Parts department stepped in after my walk-through with a helpful checklist of essential items for my new boat. No pressure, just helpful advice. They had everything there to make sure my boat was legal and ready to hit the water as soon as I arrived back in Oklahoma. Quick, easy, and efficient.Last but not least, Mr. Vetesnik was there to shake my hand (we didn t because... global pandemic). We talked for a while before I left and he insisted I call or text if I have any questions about the boat. He even had some good advice on towing the boat and helped level-out the trailer for me. This is the best sign of a quality, well-run business. The fact that the owner was on-site and there to make sure his team was operating at their best means everything to me. He even lent a hand despite having a whole team there to do it. This is a true family business that is service oriented and professional.If there were more stars to give, they would deserve them. They could run a clinic on how to operate a family-run business. Well done, Mindy and the Vetesnik Power Sports team!

Wow! What an experience. We traded in our 2016 Polaris Ranger and the shop folks took their time and explained why they came up with the trade in value they did. We don t have to wonder whether the value was fair.Mindy, our salesperson, was exceptional. She took notes on our questions so when we came to pick up our new Yamaha Rmax4 1000, she made sure to go through the items we specifically had questions on. She even flagged important pages of the owners manual.John, made sure the paperwork was quick and painless to go through. And Todd gave us a great lunch review of restaurants in the area.Overall, we will buy there again if we have another purchase of outdoor fun vehicle.Now, to get this UTV on the trails!!!

Vetesnik in Richland WI is by far one of the best! Their service is bar none. The kindness and helpfulness goes above and beyond. I highly recommend. We love our Regency pontoon! Hope to buy more fun stuff from them in the future!

I stopped in last Saturday because I needed 4 snowmobiles and 2 utvs short notice. Glen hooked me up big time. He definitely knows machines. We got these things customized and now when I hit the trail everyone just stops and waves. Thanks Glen!

Had service work done on my utv was down there for over a month, decided to sell my ranger out right contacted them and told them it was just down there and asked what I could get for it. They told me they would give me the amount I wanted went down waited 2 hrs for them to do an inspection for them to offer me 2000$ less waste of time!

I had a great experience at Vetesnik s. I ordered a 2023 Can Am 850 XT Max from Garret. There was not one in stock, so Garret found one at another power sports dealer and had it delivered in less than a week!!! I had a great experience with Garret giving me the rundown on how to operate my new machine! Every part of the visit was great everyone that works there from the parts team to even paying for the new machine was very helpful and fun! I will be making all new power sports purchases from Vetesnik s! Thank you to the Vetesnik team!

Big shout out to Rich and his team!!! It's that time of year to pick up the pontoon and kick-off boating season. Spring Commission was done promptly along with a few other requested upgrades. The work they do is simply amazing. Communication is always prompt, clear, and courteous. I highly recommend Vetesnik Power Sports Super Store for all of your boating needs. I dont usually do reviews, but this is probably the worst customer service I've experienced. After waiting around 2 hours for the estimate on our trade in, we were informed that we would not be able to purchase a ranger today because we did not have an appointment as they were busy and would be closing in 2 hours. What's ironic, is we had called earlier in the week letting a representative know we were coming in Saturday to get a deal wrapped up. Come on in, he said. No appointment needed

Horrible customer experience. Called twice to make sure they had a vehicle I wanted in stock and made sure they would be open. No one told me anything about having to make an appointment. We get there someone helps us and then we sit for 2 hours just waiting for a trade in value. Finally get it it back and got told that we can't make a deal today anyway because they close in an hour and it's too long. Talked to other workers in the store for info and received short "not my problem" type answers. Not friendly, not helpful, waste of trip.
