Outstanding service!After my Jeep finally gave up it was time for a new vehicle. I stopped by before work and was able to drive my new car home after work. I didn't need to take care of anything! My insurance got set up for me, the title got taken care of and the license plates are coming in the mail. As a very busy person that was the greatest and friendliest service I ever experienced.

My family has been taking our vehicles here for maintenance and have bought vehicles from here and have always been treated well. We get regular updates on the vehicals when they are being worked on and the company stands behind their work and sales. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a shop that genuinely takes pride in their work.

I brought my car in for a few different reasons- oil change, a censor issue, and the 135,000 mile check. Everything was done quickly and at a great price. I trust TC Auto with everything and anything for my vehicle!

Bought a 2010 Toyota Prius V from TC Auto Works inventory in March 2021; now 11 months later I ve put 19k miles on it. I ve had just one problem with a rusted brake caliper that I had to replace, but other than that, I feel the value for this car was very high. I ve driven it up and down East Coast and the car has been reliable and given me no problems so I appreciate Corey and the team putting their work into it to get it road-ready and they were a pleasure to work with.

I bought my car from them, and have gone back for general care since. I am very happy with my vehicle, it was easy and stress free buying from them. The extended warranty is excellent. Service is great. No one likes going to the repair shop any more than going to the doctor, When the visit is needed, it is nice to know you are going somewhere you can trust you will be well cared for.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

The owner Cory was a great help when working with my girlfriends Jeep Patriot. While it wasnt cheap (good work never is) he kept us informed about every expense and was very thorough. The car runs like it's new and we could not ask for anything more. Would highly recommend going here. fast forward a couple years and thousands in repairs. The van I purchased was a lemon. That's plan and simple. I should've known when the transmission needed to be replaced within a short time of buying it. "They are very honest and great with what they do." That doesn't feel fitting any longer. Lesson learned. Review updated. Customer service is amazing. They are very honest and great with what they do. They worked on a vehicle we had until it was time for a new one. They then helped me with getting a new vehicle at a great price with great quality. I highly recommend TC Autoworks.

This was my first time visiting the shop. When I called to make the appointment the guy on the phone listened to everything I had to say and made sure my appointment was long enough and the parts were available so I would only be without my vehicle for the day. I contacted Corey online, he got back to me promptly. I knew my car needed extensive repairs. Professional mechanics that guarantee their work and parts and trust are important to me. Corey and his staff have taken excellent care of my Ford Edge for almost 3 years. Always honest and explains everything in detail as well as giving me options for certain fixes. Friendly and fast service, if they have to order parts or take another day, they have loaner cars for use. I recommend TC AutoWorks for everything from oil changes to major work.

Had a buddy drive 2.5 hours to buy a bumper from Corey. When he gets there Corey says he can t find it and that it must of been stolen. He had almost 24 hour notice that he was coming, I even messaged him 4 hours or so before he was leaving just to confirm everything was good to go. Wouldn t even throw my buddy $20 for gas after wasting 5 hours of his day. Hangs up the phone on me when I call him to see what s going on when my buddy says there s no bumper. Just a DISHONEST LAZY LYING pos. I don t know how he has any good reviews if this is how he runs a business but I suppose it s all friends and family.
