I only see 2 people here and they are both considered my family. Matt is the best mechanic and John is my tire guy. I started going here because it is where my dad goes.

Thank you so much for your fast friendly help, John.W I was unfortunately in a hurry and felt like I was rushing him to get my tire changed he was very helpful and fast so I didn't have to rush as much as I would have had I gone anywhere else and I am extremely grateful for the price of my entire visit

10/10 recommend. Needed tires ASAP and they were the only one to get me in in that same day! Extremely please with the fast and honest service! Will continue to get my tires from them!

Never again will I EVER buy a car from Hassels. 2 years ago they sold me a car that was unsafe to drive. They knew that it was structurally unsound and then decided to pack it full of silicone.

This is the place for new or used tires! John has provided me with excellent service, and he clearly knows a lot more about tires than the techs I encountered at the franchise and chain tire outlets.

Tire prices weren't bad but the fact that one tire was flat by the time I got home not once but twice and I was told at that point I needed to pay for more tires because they had to swap out the bad ones they sold me twice for nothing that they wouldn't do it a 3rd time with actual good tires without charging me something. Never again will I go here

Bought a car had it 2 days a censor went out, they charged me 60$ to have it replaced, 8 days later my car won't start, called they came and looked at it at my house, told me if I could get it to their shop they would work on it of course not for free. Only having the car 10 days not even putting 500 miles on it they should fix the problem for free. But they won't I'm now out 4 grand and now have to pay hod knows how much to have someone come get my car and fix it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people they do not stand behind their vehicles.

Got tires put on my car the lug nuts were over tightened to the point they wouldn't come off these guys did not give up, got a tire put on and had a lot of laughs highly recommend.

February Jeremiah picked my family up at McDonald's in Reedsburg. After buying a total piece of junk from a dealer in Reedsburg. 930pm @ night Jeremieh picked us up 2 adults & 4 kids. Traveled back to Richland Center, and even filled my gas tank full. After completing the sale my family than drove to Portage from Center. In a snow fall that the 2001 Ford Econoline had not a.single problem traveling. Even when at 50-55 mph. Today we were goin to see my grandparents grave. Which turned into a tyrod that needed to b repaired, and even just on a telephone call notice. Drove in, got everything correct and fixed at a reasonable price. I said this after I thought I left.a review in Feb. And I'll say it this time and make it seen. Thanks Jeremaih for helping my family in February, and thanks to Jeremiah, John & Mike today. I'll totally be buying cars from Hassell in the near future again!!!

Went to look at a truck and had called ahead to let them know we would be coming only to drive 45 mins for us to get there and have them tell us they put it under contract for someone else. Not to mention the guy was very shady looked like he had no clue where he even was or what was going on. Must be nice to come to work hungover. I would not recommend doing business here.

Told me one day they had used tires for my truck, so i drive 30 mls to them just to be told they dont, but check back in a week. I think the moron i talked to was drunk too! What a joke of a business..

One star is to many took my truck in to get tires put on they didn't tighten my lug nut up all the way so my tires fell off.
