Best most patient just down right awesome place to work with buying a new vehicle. So grateful to Braidy for all his help. He's the reason I bought from Fillback, he kept trying to help even when I thought I couldn't get it. I didn't feel like it was all about the $, it was about what fit me n what I wanted. THANK YOU BRAIDY C. (Poor guy I kept calling him Bradley n he just kept smiling, what a super dude ) I hope I got his name right this time!

Incredible group of people to work with! This was the easiest vehicle purchase ever! They were so accommodating with everything from wearing masks because we were, to giving us a great deal on our trade-in when their list price was already amazing. I posted this within minutes of rolling away in our sweet new minivan!

UPDATE... BRENT THE GENERAL MANAGER CALLED ME TO DISCUSS THE MATTER & WE AGREED THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY SERVICE VISIT & HOPEFULLY IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN.ROB THE SERVICE MANAGER, IS RUDE, THEY ARE CLUELESS ABOUT DIAGNOSING MECHANICAL ISSUES AND THE GENERAL MANAGER DOES NOT RETURN CALLS... I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Just remember. They are there to sell cars. That's what they do. Heads up they will use tactics you didn't even know was a tactic. They will do whatever it takes to sell you a vehicle. That's the bottom line. Some of them have been doing it for years and are very good at it. You don't buy the car they sell it to you. Go in with a clear head. And remember nobody has a gun to your head, once you sign those papers it's on you. They did a very good job selling me a car. Got the sale. Might have been just me but i experienced some mad dirty sales tactics. Didn't realize it at the time but looking back yeah. Technically didn't do anything wrong so it's on me. Other than that great team nice place.

Came in to have a battery replaced under warranty. They then charge $80, which they never told me, to do it even thought I bought it from them and the so called install cost almost as much as the battery. Get the truck back and they didn't even clean the terminals. Never left the parking lot so I come back to get what I paid for and every single person ignores me. They make eye contact then pretend to be working. Just stand there waiting for someone to stop playing on their phone to help. I will never step foot in this stealership again. If I could give a negative rating I would.

Had a recall for airbag in my Jeep. Called Richland Center Fillback to make appointment. Got me in right away..was fixed before expected time I was given. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend and will be a returning customer! AAA++++++

I needed a new vehicle for my wife and we found the one she wanted at Fillback Ford - Richland Center. We made the journey out there and the vehicle was just as advertised with no problems. Our sales guy John was able to make the process as easy as possible to get us on the road in our new vehicle. I can't recommend this place enough if someone is looking for a new vehicle. Great customer service and great products = excellent business!

Great service work here! After my car broke down on the road, I had it towed to Fillback Ford. They bought parts locally and had it fixed the same day they assessed it! Friendly staff and quick, quality work.

My wife and I had the best car buying experience ever at Fillback Ford. Matt Luxton was extremely professional, and courteous. Alex, in finance, was also amazing to deal with. Both will be highly recommended, and we will certainly be back! Thanks, guys, and Fillback Ford!

Very accommodating. Changed my oil and filter on my Ram eco diesel, and was able to get a recall done on it the same Saturday. The recall normally is done during normal Monday to Friday hours. It saved me an extra trip.

Truck broke down two hours from home. I had it towed to Fillback. The employees were courteous, professional, and very helpful! I would not hesitate to take a vehicle here.

Nice waiting room in RC, coffee/cappuccino is a nice offering for those waiting. Chairs are comfy. Bathroom is very clean and fresh smelling. Friendly staff.

They did a though job checking my truck to repair the issue, it is working really well now, the staff treated me with respect. I recommend Fillback Ford to all my friends and family.

Said they didn't have time for an oil change. They looked and said I could try back at 10:30. Not only did they squeeze in the oil change but offered to rotate my tires. Very good service!

I have been dealing with service and parts center for years if it was just a review on them it would be 5 star. The sales department on the other hand zero stars over the years I have tried to buy 4 vehicles and can t ever get a call back so I went elsewhere.
