I took my car in for oil change service and was in and out in less than an hour. This was even done at the last minute calling when I realized my oil was getting low. I ordered new tires and they came in the next day. Talk about quick! I am very pleased with their efficiency! Thanks Fillback!

Loved the way you pick up the car and had a loaner. But I paid almost $200 for a "We don't know what's wrong" fix. The reason I brought it in was never found or fixed.

I had new high-performance exhaust put on MBRP and they did a great job, at a fair price. I had a small detail I wanted them to take care of and they did with no extra charge. I strongly recommend Fillback in Richland Center. Tyler and Tim took care of all my questions and concerns and the final bill was reasonable and fair. Rick

I made an appointment for an oil change. They did the all point check and let me know a couple of things needed to be replaced. They gave me pricing and completed the job within my hour appointment. They were very friendly and I will definitely take my car back there for all my vehicle needs. Thank you

I had a flat tire and was needing to run errands for my benefit the lions club was hosting. My friends in the service center got my flat tire all fixed up and I was on my way. I am so thankful for the quick and helpful service. Fillback is someone I can always count on when I need them whether it s service or a new vechile. Thank you Richland Center friends.

Everyone is great. I actually forgot my keys! So everyone worked to get me a key cut in minutes so I could get on my way.EXCELLENT customer service!You have a really great staff!

I had my car in for some warraty work and an oil change. I would give my experience 5 stars except that the woman checking me out said there was no charge and halfway to my car I realized that didn't make sense and had to go back and talk her into looking for the paperwork to check me out fully. AND whoever drove my car set the radio back to turing on automatically with each start. It took me a while to figure out how to turn this feature off after buying my car. So it was frustrating having to do it again.

I cannot say enough about the"Over the top" 110% plus service I recueved.I was broke down 3 hours from home.They allowed me a loaner toGet home,until my car wasFixed.they took care of some other things I needed done,And had my car back inTimely fashion.I also cannotTell you how the staff,bothFace to face and by phoneTreated me with such care.They treated me as aNeighbor, rather then a personFrom out of town.THANKYOU for your great help

My new Maverick order took 14 months to complete, and 2 model year price increases, but my dealer, Brady, stuck with me, and saw that I received the price we first negotiated. Plus I got their "life-time" engine and drivetrain warranty. Wow!

I appeared at their door with battery problems. They worked me in pretty quickly, found the problem and gave me the news of how expensive it is to replace not 1, but 2 batteries. They told me they would have to go to Boscobel for 1 of the batteries, and then gave me a ride home. They also delivered the Jeep to me at home. They deserve the 5
