I've heard nothing but good things, but I didn't enjoy my experience. I asked for a fuel filter, and said they could do it but wanted to look at it first. Since my car wasn't acting up the day I brought it in, they didn't want to do the fuel filter. I wasn't given a good reason why they can't do it now. I wish they could at least tell me my fuel filter looks good.

These guys are top notch. The air conditioning on my wife's vehicle wasn't functioning so I called. They had it fixed the same day - and didn't gouge us. Ed and Frannie also looked at the trailer wiring and showed me how to fix it myself. They didn't have to do that. I'll be recommending these guys to everyone.

Needed an ac recharge after radiator/ ac condenser replacement. I live 45 miles away and was going to be in Rice Lake early Wed. Called a couple days ahead asking if I could drop it early. He said they had no openings for mechanical work but could maybe work me in for a recharge. I dropped the vehicle at 5:15a figuring I could bum around town for the morning after my nearby appointment. Got a call around 8a to pick it up. Remarkable customer service!

I would give more than 5 stars if possible.We were headed to the local hospital for tests and leaving the highway our SUV started making a strange noise and was dragging as we slowed down & turning. My guess was a brake caliper binding ?? and did not want to drive much further being ~25 miles from home. We looked on Google reviews and found Reich Auto Repair in Rice Lake. We called and asked if someone could look at the car if we could get it there. The guy we called said he could send Josh from the shop to the hospital parking lot to see if it was possible to drive over to their repair shop (or tow). He arrived in less than 10 minutes. It wasn t clear it was the brakes but there was definitely something not right. We followed Josh to the shop and of course had only minor noise on the way over. The mechanic Tom Franny took the car for a quick drive and returned almost immediately. He asked if I knew the car was in 4 wheel drive. I immediately understood the noise and dragging was due to 4x4 engaged on dry pavement.I felt a bit foolish because I was the one that left it in 4x4 mode.**I was incredibly impressed with these guys. They actually sent someone to the hospital to check on us and then helped us over to the shop. They were HONEST because they fixed the SUV by pressing a button and could have told me anything, like it needed new calipers and discs, etc. This repair shop is a 30 minute drive from home but I will definitely use them in the future for any repairs and maintenance possible.A big Thank You to Josh, Tom/Franny and Ed!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Had a noise coming from my front wheel. The guys at the shop cleared the garage and got me in immediately. They performed a diagnostic drive, then had my truck up on the lift for an inspection.(It turned out my 4wD was left on after it was moved to plow snow.)I really appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and kindness.

I am from out of town and On our way up to Scout Camp my A/C went out. I was able to fix it on my own but could not charge it back up. Reich s was willing to charge the system. They moved things in their schedule to get me in. They did great work at a responsible price.Thank you to the Reich team!! You made it so my and my Scout troop will have A/C again on the way home.

Great place, these guys really bailed me out with a air conditioning problem in my truck. I'd give them 10 stars but you can only hit 5!!

This shop ROCKS!! 3 months ago I had a starter installed and last week I went to start my car and no go. So I took my car back to this shop and it turned out the starter was defective. I knew it wasn t going to cost nothing for the replacement starter but what blew my mind was this shop didn t charge any labor for the 2nd time around. 9 out 10 shops would ve!! This shop ROCKS!!THANK YOU!

These guys get the job done!For an auto repair that I need done quickly and correctly, this is where I go.Ed and his Techs are friendly and honest.They'll work on anything but tires.

Great staff, very friendly, key drop night before very helpful for 8am appt. Went in with NO HEAT!! LEFT WITH HEAT IN CAR! FAIR PRICING! CLEAN environment! Will definitely be back.

I had no heat in my Jeep They got me in on short notice and made it work extremely well and the bill was way less than I thought it would be. I'd recommend this place to everyone

About a week ago or so , I had car troubles and these guys I gave them a shot , I was just like some of you reading reviews and thinking which really grasp the tasks , I do have a hard time find good honest people and honeslty I pick these guys to work on my 08 Malibu I just gotten it too was so excited , my alternator went out , these guys got it back on the rd , with in a day in a half , I didn t miss work and such Quality and care , I trust these mechanics , that am going back again , to serivce a totally different issue it s my favorite car Doctor trust I just like you reading reviews contemplating who one to go to .... give this place a shot I did and I don t want anybody else working on my gem then them !
