Took my Jeep there a week or so ago 2 days later I didn't have a drop of oil in my Jeep! $875 dollars later the Jeep is back on the road won't ever get my oil changed there again !!! Where would you like me to send the receipts to? This is no scam

I go here all the time, I love how honest they are and very reasonably priced as well. I had some problems with my vehicle and they really took care of it each and Everytime and they took their time on it. They were very detailed. I will keep going here!

Very good group of guys, they don t try to gouge you on things you don t need, but instead just let you know of any occurring or things that could lead to future problems. They do an oil change/full service in roughly 7 minutes. Super quick, price is fair, and definitely a knowledgeable group of guys! Would recommend 10/10!

No waiting, very quick oil change, fluid check, and tire pressure check. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Very nice people working. Felt they did a great job.

From my experience at the lube station it was most definitely quick and for what it costed, almost can't do it yourself any cheaper. Plus you never have to get out of your vehicle. Doesn't get any better

10 minute oil change felt like five but they handled it like pro's and found a previous problem another oil station caused to my dad's Z71. I definitely will come here after today for my vehicles next oil change

If I could give the Lubrication Station no stars I would. I recently had the oil changed in our 2013 Dodge Charger and the technician did not properly reinstall the plastic engine protection plate underneath the car. 2 days later on a trip to Minneapolis, while traveling on I-94 , a motorcyclist came next to us and was pointing underneath our car. I immediately pulled over and looked underneath the car and the front of the plastic plate was rubbing on the ground. It pushed it up as best as I could and limped the car to a local truck stop. The plastic plate is held in by four bolts but the technician only reinstalled the rear two bolts. I was able to buy some duct tape and tape it up so we could get home. Two days later I went to the lubrication station and talk to the manager. Both he and the technician were the same people that worked on the car originally. The manager basically shrugged his shoulders and said that those plastic plates can be problematic at times. Well no kidding! If you don't reinstall them properly, they are going to be problematic for the car owner! No apology was offered or anything. I just left vowing to never go there again and to spread the word about the poor service. I've been here before and never really had a problem. Well, never again and if this review prevents one person from not going there, I will be completely satisfied! There are other choices in town.

What can I say? The staff is always friendly. Service always a phenom. They love my dog and are fast and thorough as heck! With a schedule as abundant as mine they take great care of the wheels that carry me thousands of miles every year.One word of advice, if there's a really long line, go do something else on your list quick. It doesn't take long for them to clear it up fast!Great job today as always guys n gals!

So fast! Super nice staff. Helped me reset my car. Will come back...I drove in, they got me instantly, I was able to sit on my car as they changed it, the guys were nice and helpful. Very reasonable prices.

Hours on the door show open til 2 on Saturday. Waited 10 minuted at 12:30 til other cars currently in the bay were done, then guy walks out and tells me I jist missed it because they closed. I pointed out their closing hours and he just laughed and said those were the old hours. So change em, or stay open til 2 on Saturday. We were there at 12:45. Even if you closed at 1, we still were turned away 15 minutes early. A 10 minute oil change (also stated on your signage, is that incorrect as well?) would still have gotten is out before closing time.

Knowledgeable staff. Very friendly. They take time and give you confidence in the work they do on your vehicle. The other drive up oil change business in rice lake charged me $30 more on our escalade, and $22 more on our fusion. Great prices and business all around.

Great attention. I have been going to Lubrication Station for the last 6 months and never had an issue. Yesterday I had my first issue with my car after taking the car in. Today I took the car back to fix the issue and the attention from the staff of lubrication station was great, they invested time to check and figure out the problem.I can guarantee you a good attention from the guys there!Excellence and commitment with the customers are the main words to describe this business!

Many issues right off the bat, first and foremost, I feel the procedure for going in and getting your vehicle serviced, you should be asked about it's details for courtesy reasons, which was not done. Went in for an oil change, not expecting my vehicle which was working fine before hand, to shut down not 2-3 blocks away from the location.They first asked what we were here for, and after staying an oil change, they just went on their way not knowing ours was a diesel vehicle before hand. After messing with the engine and such, I noticed they were on the phone acting frantic like something has just messed up, low and behold, the worker comes back and asks if I knew this was a diesel vehicle, that's disturbing to be asked. After asking, they say they will take out the new oil and put back the old synthetic oil back in, that's it. After doing so, told to start car and turn off, they check it, looked like a very poor job checking it, just shine a light over it move it around for a second, like a glance I'd say. Say it's all good to go, no purchase, nothing to say we were here, I'm not sure there was an invoice of our vehicle even pulling into their location. Didn't sign anything after getting their either, super sketchy if something would go wrong.After all is done, drive the vehicle out of the lot, and right onto South Access Rd towards the Walmart, receiving engine oil warnings that the engine is going to shut off, assuming I just need to let it settle in, I drive on. After getting to the traffic lights intersection of 19 3/4 St and South Access Rd, the engine starts to feel like your driving neutral pressing hard on the acceleration, and then the engine shuts off just past the lights.No issue happened before going to the Lubrication Station, happened after, still have no idea if the issue is new oil or not, due to having called and being told something different than while I was there. There I was told they put the wrong oil in, over the phone, they denied even putting new oil in at all. Terrible experience, and liability issues if a mistake is made. Never going here again.

While waiting I asked if I could use the shop vac that was sitting right outside my driver's door. He asked why. I said to do my driver's floor. He said no we are not a detail shop. He added that there are plenty of other vacuums in this town. He also added that you are paying for the basic oil change. Very rude and unprofessional. I worked in auto service for 30yrs and wouldn't have ever said that to my customers.

Showed up BEFORE they are advertised to close at 5 pm. Guy comes out and says they are closed I explain it's not 5 yet. He tells me they need to clean the shop.I understand that you need to clean up at the end of the day. But when you post your hours of business very publicly one would assume you would serve customers up until the time of closing, then do your end of day duties.If you want to be gone by 5 that's fine, but redo your hours so you close at 4:30 and take that last half hour for your end of day duties.But since you are publicly advertised as being open from 8am to 5pm, and I show up and it's not yet 5pm, then I would expect to get serviced like any other customer during the day

I have gone here for oil changes in all my vehicles since they opened as do my adult children. Yesterday (Aug 1, 2022 4 p.m) an employee was so rude I pulled away I was shocked. So super fast and friendly had no wait time. If I didn t live all the way in Minneapolis this would be my go to every time! My oil change would never go over the miles. Price was Perfect, normally I have to find a coupon to get a decent price from my regular place. Rice Lake you are lucky to have them!
