I am visiting from New York State and my head light was out. A bulb replacement was not the answer. I called them on a Thursday and they were able to see me on Friday. Before the holiday weekend. They fixed my issue and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you gentlemen for helping me out.

My car started making a rattling noise, extra loud in reverse. I dropped it off to get looked at. They put on the lift, found out it was a loose heat shield, reattached it, and ONLY charged me $10. They are very honest and will not over charge you. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the type of service that makes small-town America such an amazing thing. I picked up a rental truck here. The owner was kind and efficient. By the time I had the paperwork signed, the truck was pulled around and ready for me to jump into. Thank you. Top-notch location.

I have been taking my vehicles here since I moved back to Rice Lake over 12 years ago. The building isn't fancy and the place isn't much to look at, but the service has been topnotch each time. I've always felt like I was treated well there and have never had an issue. The rates have been very reasonable. I haven't gone anywhere else and won't.

Small town auto mechanic. They do great work for a great price. Trust them to do anything you need done and done right. But this isn't walmart so don't show up with an entitled attitude.

I have used Kaiser for the last 10 years and could not be happier. Great guys that do great work. They also go out of their way to be sure you are not spending money on items you don't need. Highly recommend.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Kaiser Sales and Service!!! I drive up from the Twin Cities to get my car done - they are fast, inexpensive and friendly. I will never go anywhere else! Thanks, Russ and Rance!!! :)

I wasn't happy that I had to leave my equipment overnight without inspection. So I left a review about that. However today several days later the boss called me and harassed me about the fact that I left a review stating my personal opinion. Will never do business here again.
