Fantastic guys (and gals) at Joe Ricci. Very patient and knowledgeable. Love that they take time to explain everything for me when needed. Prices are fair, but what I appreciate most is knowing when I take my vehicles there, they are getting the best service possible. I love having mechanics I can trust. If they say something needs to be done, I know it s not to make a profit, it s cause they care about you/your vehicle. Check them out for tires, brakes, etc.

Absolutely the best service and friendly owners!Bought new tires this spring for the summer. Now, buying snow tires and rims after working with Joe and him finding the best options for my car based on the amount of miles we drive.

I called as I'm new to town and my tire pressure was low. He said bring on over and he could get them aired to spec. Even tho they were so busy, he was able to get my car in right away. Then he explained the different numbers to me, and didn't even charge me for today! Highly recommend. Thank you for helping me out today! I'll be back again

Cannot compare to any other company. Right before thanksgiving had brakes and rotors scheduled, joe ricci took the tires off to do the replacement and found the brakes were still good, didnt charge me anything. On thanksgiving day had a bad stem from another companies tire replacement, joe prior to opening said to come on in seeing the urgency to get back home to michigan, and charged a fair price. The heart of the ownership and this company is something you never see, or well i can honestly say i have never seen before.

Everytime I bring my car to Joe I trust I ll get it back better than before- and it happens everytime! He did a fabulous job on my brakes, balancing my tires, correcting minor issues here and there, and even resurfaced my wheels from curb rash and I couldn t have been happier! Best price in town for the work he and his guys put in. Always honest with their customers and don t try to upcharge you because of your gender. I ll be forever grateful for all of the great work everyone does there- great communication! You can count on me being back for years to come!

In an ocean of businesses that have "higher than normal call volumes" for 10 years and automated customer service that "values us" there are a few gems and Joe Ricci Tire is one of them. Joe really cares about the quality of their work and your safety on the road. He has been there for me when I had questions before making a long road trip and I trust them completely. You cannot go wrong with Joe and his team.

Joe and the gang are fantastic! They have always taken good care of me and my vehicles! It's been over 20 years since I first needed them to do work for me and I am very picky about who works on my cars! I value trustworthy people and want first-rate service...I have never been disappointed!!!

Joe Ricci and his team helped me when I was in a bind, I shredded a tire while I as in the area and needed to get back to Madison. They loaded me up with a loaner tire, that was a perfect fit. When I got back a month later, they outfitted my new tire. Exceptional service. The best in town, I recommend this shop to everyone in the area!

This was truly a wonderful experience working with Ricci Tires. I knew the moment after setting up an apt over the phone that they care about customer service and making the customer happy. I will definitely be a repeat customer . Please keep doing what you re doing!

I've been taking our vehicles here for years and they've always done incredible work. They're honest, informative, kind, and they do great work. They're the Chick-Fil-A of the tire/auto repair industry! Highly recommend.

The Lady at the front desk was so knowledgeable. While we were waiting for our tires to be mounted a Lady came in with a front end problem, tech put Her car on the hoist and fixed it within 30 min. She came to desk to pay for the service and was told... NO CHARGE! How cool is that. Will do all of our repairs at this establishment. 5***** Great customer service here. I can not say enough great things about Ricci Tires! I have had an unfortunate string of 3 flat tires and a damaged rim over the last year. The team at Ricci gets me in as quickly as possible and does a great job every time. They are very friendly and fairly priced. I highly recommend them!

Joe was so helpful and knowledgeable. His tire recommendation was spot on for my application and his crew is very quick, courteous and professional. They diagnosed a tie rod issue and gave me the info needed to make an educated decision about the repair. I Highly recommend Joe Rocco Tire for your tire and regular auto maintenance needs.

I had a leaky tire on the drive up to our cabin in Cumberland, WI last weekend. Cumberland tire shops were all closed for the weekend, but Joe Ricci Tire was open, they fit me into a same-day appointment, and helped quickly diagnose what was causing the leak. The staff was committed to getting me and my family back on the road safely for our drive home. They quickly offered several plans & options after we realized they didn't have in stock the exact tire we needed. They went above & beyond in providing recommendations for tire replacements once we got back home. Excellent customer service, quick repair and great experience overall - highly recommended!

I had a tire that was slowly losing air. I called up Joe Ricci tire, they were able to get me in on the day and at the time I wanted. Very friendly but professional atmosphere . They got my tire fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price.

Joe and staff, Thank you for helping me with my Jeep JK lift kit and tire install. Great job as always. Went to pickup the Jeep and my other Jeep wouldn't start without a jump, got there on Saturday morning and Joe made sure we didn't leave with out the other Jeep getting a replacement battery and a tire rotation!!! The only place in the area I trust to work on my Jeeps!!! Thank you again!!!!

Fit my vehicle in at the end of the day unexpectedly and fixed the leak in my tire. Incredibly friendly and not condescending when explaining details. I ll definitely be recommending them to others and be back myself!
