I go here for oil changes and I saw that they do brakes too so when mine needed attention, The guys at Grease Monkey got me in asap, were polite and professional and there was very welcoming atmosphere. They did my brakes quickly and I haven t had any further issues since.

The crew here is great and efficient. This is my go to place for oul changes. Their parking lot has way too many big holes that need to be fixed so watch where you are going. The car wash didn't do that great of a job, but its free with an oil change. Just not worth if you pay for it.

The two guys that did my oil change went above and beyond what they needed to to. I have a Mercedes work van so you can only get filters and wipers from the dealership and they put them on for me with no additional charge. They also aloud me to leave and buy missing fasteners for my splash shield and come back to install it. These guys were great!!

Went today to get oil changed and they were very kind and very good at making sure everything was good. Also good at letting you know about other things that may need to be fixed would definitely have my oil changed again by them. They are also very professional and serious about their work.

Crew does a good job every time. Not only changes oil but checks suspension and fluids in engine area. Fast and easy service. Will continue to go back.

i came in for an oil change and to ask them to fix a problem that another grease monkey caused. oil change went great, employees were all great, but then they charged me to replace a junk pair of wipers that the other grease monkey put on and that kinda soured me on the whole chain. if one store is gonna charge me to fix a problem another store created that aint a business i can get behind

First time here. Fast and easy. I appreciated them talking out loud about what they were doing. Told me what the price was gonna be before they started. I like that they are open later, will be back

The new guy wasn't leading the group was not professional talking to the client, rude and confronting. The last guy in charge was gentle and attentive to the needs of the client. I won't come back there.

Sometimes service is friendly and sometimes they look like they hate their jobs. Sometimes prices are cheaper and sometimes they are higher, this time I had a coupon and it was still quite expensive, over all a good place with fast service so that is nice!!!!

Shoutout to the guy who changed my oil this morning (8:00 1/16/24). He could tell I m totally ignorant to any of this stuff but still took his time to ask me questions (as this was the first time I ve taken my car here to he serviced) and when I wasn t sure he explained why one option would make more sense than the other and we figured it out! It was quick in and out and even had a $20 coupon I found online. Paid wayyy less than I have before at other places in RL. Thank you!

Oct 21 2023 I Got my oil changed in my 2018 Ford F-150 at Grease Monkey in Rice Lake, WI at about 11:00 AM. I went home parked the truck in the driveway as usual.After doing normal day things such as running errands and thing going out and coming back and parking in the driveway until after dark I pulled the truck into the garage for the night. The next morning I noticed oil spots in my drive where oil had leaked every where I parked the day before a slight different spot each time. Then I looked in the garage where I park the truck and I had a big ring of oil drip spots on my garage floor. I opened the hood on the truck and found oil on the battery and down in the battery tray I cleaned some of the oil with paper towels but the battery needs to come to get all the oil wiped up. I went back to rice to the Grease Monkey store showed the guy my oil in the battery tray and such. I turn the steering wheel to one side to show him where leaked down the various tubes and wires and eventually to ground where the truck is parked. He was very defensive and said they might of spilled a little oil but said he seen the guy wipe the spillup. He offered me another free car wash. I dint want a car wash. I told him he needed to remove the (Curse-Word) battery out and clean out the oil they spilled. He said he wont be cursed at and walked away.

I have always had great service and I know these aren't inexperienced young people doing the work. Look for valuable coupons.

I have been a customer and always receive coupons by email and they always have coupons online; however, when I recently went to get my oil changed, I forgot to bring my phone and did not have access to coupons. Unfortunately the "grease monkeys" did very little to give me the discount. I will not be returning. Bad customer service.

If you re a woman or someone guys may think are dumb, watch these guys because they tried to dark, dirty oil back in my rig. I asked them and they gave me a line about the filter falling off and the oil have been through the system once and that s why it looked that way (like coffee?). Obviously, I couldn t tell them to stop doing the oil change after giving them the side-eye.Too bad for them I know some things because I used to change my own oil 20 years ago and left this honest review as a warning because I was basically discriminated against.

This was my first visit to Grease Monkey, after I had received a coupon for service in the mail. Upon arriving, the staff, Shawn and Devin were very friendly and helpful and did a great job of explaining what they would be doing and checking for during my oil change. I was also informed what my total would be before they began doing any work, which I greatly appreciated. They advised what items they would recommend changed or fixed by my next oil change, which was also very helpful. I would recommend Grease Monkey for a fast and friendly service.Service: Oil change

All was good but they told me the underside of my car was good and solid when I knew it wasn't. It was so rusted you couldn't jack it up that's why I brought it to a quick lube place
