I have gone here a few times for vehicle repair, I am shocked that after going here periodically that they actually had no idea what they were doing. They tried to say my vehicle was beyond repair because the frame was shot that they wouldn't even hoist it, come to find out they were looking under my doors! Not the frame itself! My rust was nowhere near the frame, my frame is in good condition. I had went elsewhere for my repairs and they successfully fixed my vehicle with no issue! And for f &f to charge me a grand just for brakes! Was extreme! I will never go here again! I don't recommend this place to anyone honestly. Sorry guys

Half way through our 500 mile trip our SUV begun to act up. Found F and F via internet. They found a way to get us in at 4pm and back on the road that evening. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Highly recommend this service center.

Amazing service overall. They are honest and work hard to answer any and all questions asked of them. Would recommend time and time again. I will be going back for all of my future needs.

Excellent service and very fair prices! I've been taking my vehicle to F&F for years, and they provide me with the peace of mind in knowing that it operates smoothly and safely. They have always been honest about what repairs need to be done and have helped me prioritize those repairs to fit into my budget. Amanda is incredibly personable and always remembers me when I call or come in, and they are fantastic about answering questions and documenting all repairs done on my car. Highly recommend F&F to anyone!

Each time we have dealt with F & F Automotive has been a very good experience. We appreciate the laid back, friendly atmosphere and the prices charged for the work done were reasonable. Even the shop dog, Mattie, is welcoming. I'm sure we'll be coming back again in the future..

F&F service has given us the best service in the last 8 years. They have serviced our Volvo. There are not many auto repairs that work on Volvo's and do a good job. F&F is very dependable and courteous. Their tech's are well trained in their field. We have no problem leaving our car in their care. We thank them for their good service.Will & Marlene Wahler

I have been a customer of F & F for many years, since Fred, Sr. began the business on South Main. My first choice in automotive services has and will be F & F. The staff is courteous, timely and efficient. Not to mention extremely professional! 10 stars out of 5!

We loved the service and treatment we got from this business. very hard to find anybody who can do work on an older volvo, also they put up with all of my questions and accommodate requests when they can. Great service and affordability. Trust they are not over charging and are doing a great job. They thoroughly check over your car and give you a fair and honest price. Have never had to wait long to get the car repaired. Excellent place if you need car repair. Would not go anywhere else.

I just moved into town and the engine light went on in my Volvo. Jerry got me in that day, did a scan, cleared the issue and did the work promptly so I could make another commitment. The work only took 15-20 minutes and there was no charge. I needed an oil change a couple weeks later and made a same day appointment, work was done promptly and at a very good price. I have found my go-to auto shop and just moved into town!

F&F has a fantastic staff that is focused on their customers! When I called to inquire about service I was treated to a refreshing attitude of "how can we help you", rather than the usual "why are you bothering me" attitude. My vehicle was serviced promptly and thoroughly, without add on's or a sale pitch.Hat's off to F&F!

Very fast. Could have just done the work I asked and charged me but instead gave me an honest estimate of what needed to be done and referred me to a shop to do it. They asked me to come back to resolve another minor issue at a later date, but have to order parts. Great to see such integrity from them.

These folk are really willing to work with you. I've got a goofy schedule and have been able to get the work I need done in a timely manor. The other thing is that they are half the cost as the dealer is. I'm going to keep doing business with F & F.

I have been taking my vehicles for service to F&F for more years than I care to count. They have serviced my Ford SUV's, my Nissan, my Mitsubishi and now my Mazda. You will never find more honest, competent and experienced mechanics. And, they are just really good people.

Great owner and staff. Before I consider buyer any import, I call Fred, and he gives me free advice that I can understand. He answered my questions about Suzuki, Audi and Subaru vehicles. F&F is the best.

I noticed my car was taking longer to start. So I stopped in and he came out and check my battery.then he had me shut my car off and battery was totally dead. He went and looked for battery for my car and took it in shop and put it in. He took time out of his busy day. Thanks for great customer serviceService: BatteryService: Battery

F&F Automotive is one of the local businesses that a) gives an honest estimate b) repairs our Toyota to run correctly c) lets us know what repairs to anticipate d) courteous professional and warm service. I cannot think enough fine words for them.

I was refered to F&F by a friend who is totally into cars. He said these guy`s were honest and would treat me right. WOW what a plesant surprise he was absolutley right. Know these folks and we wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else. They know what they are doing and they are genuine folks. Could have easily charged me more and done more that we really didn't need to do. Customer for life.

Over priced. Was charged 100 dollars just to check out my car. There are plenty of other friendly shops that are willing to look at your car for an affordable price. Will not be going back!!!!!!

Overpriced, 100 dollars just to scan my car. So many other places will scan & if you re not willing to move further, will give you back your car for free or a small payment
