I brought my vehicle in to Don Johnson after a small fender bender. They were able to work with the at fault driver's insurance and get my vehicle in for repairs in a very short amount of time. I was able to get a rental vehicle dropped off right at Don Johnson and my vehicle was beautifully repaired in a little under 2 weeks' time and looks brand new again. The customer service was excellent and I would certainly recommend the Don Johnson Collision Center to anyone who needs quality repairs done on their vehicle.

My car had slid on some ice and hit the side of a bridge, but after the repairs were done, it looked like nothing had happened! I received phone calls with updates about the progress along the way, so it felt nice not being in the dark about the whole thing. They worked great with my insurance, so I barely had to do a thing.

Dealership quality you say, well, half is what was done, I got my insurance work done great, however repairs I wanted done, out of my pocket, were less than high school shop class quality. When I questioned staff, I was refunded for that amount, and given a new estimate double the original, you do the math.Not impressed on dealership level work at all.

Work appears to be done well. Super busy because of hail damage in the area so 2 month wait. Our car was drivable so not a huge deal. Had the car for a week. That was the issue. Small repair should not have needed to be in shop for a week. Nice professional staff.

I have had alot of work done by Don Johnsons throughout the years, and always have done a great job. The staff is down to earth and friendly. Just had my truck fixed from hitting a black bear and can't even tell. Thanks again for everything.

4 stars for the work they did. 2-3 stars for communication. I had front end damage. The repair work was expertly done. There is felt hanging in my wheel well now, and there doesn t seem to be anywhere to attach it.I had poor communication through Progressive and Don Johnson, sadly. Multiple times I asked for information and follow-up but had to call to continue to get information. It would have been nice if they stuck to what the said by calling and providing better customer support.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The work on the vehicle was done very well. The only issue w was the communication between shop and office as to when work would be completed. Nothing bad just seems to have not been clear between them.

Lots of miscommunication when scheduling estimate and repair. Probably due to volume of repairs from hail storms in area, but at one point I thought I was dropping off for repair (a week) only to find out after the week that they didn t even start it or order parts.

Had to get a painted bumper replaced and some dents pulled. Amy worked with me to help me keep my down time of my vehicle to a minimum as it is a daily work truck. Absolutely horrible experience. Minor accident damage on left rear of a 2019 CX 5. Scheduled in February. Dropped off on June 27th. Returned to us on July 19th but they "lost" some tow hook covers and had to wait for those. They came out and put those on on Aug 1st but one of the covers had paint runs visible. Waited another few days before that was completed. Lots of excuses but we will never go back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have had many experiences provided by Don Johnson Motors and have never been disappointed. I am a car and truck nut and very particular. I recently had their collision center repair and paint many dents, dings and scrapes all around my 2014 Ram. Troy and his staff made it look like new and it was clear that they not only wanted me to be satisfied but that it was important that I come back. The service is always done professionally, priced fairly, clearly communicated and with a positive attitude. I ll be happy to go back.Comment added Sept 2023:I did have to go back for yet another near perfect repair following the recent hail storm in Rice Lake. The truck looks like new and there is no sign there was any hail damage. The people are great and the work is done right, it s how they do it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The estimated repairs were dead on and we're handled expertly. The quality of the repairs and paint were excellent. After hail damage last spring, I took both of my vehicles there. The truck was a 1996 Ford F-250 which they did a wonderful job finding parts and repairing. I chose Don Johnson Autobody to repair the damage on my car. I was met with a rental car, which was very nice and comparable to mine. When I picked my car up once all the work was done, I was greatly surprised my car looked like a brand new car again they did such fantastic work. my car was spotless inside and out. They detailed the whole inside. Also, this is the second time I ve had Don Johnson do autobody work for me and I wouldn t go to anybody else. I highly recommend Don Johnson for all my friends and family and if you need good bodywork done, I would suggest you go to them also.Service: Painting

The staff were very friendly and very helpful with assisting me with my collision repair needs they coordinated with the insurance company to make sure that my claim was submitted properly with the right documentation and repair estimates. They provided me with the brief overview of how the insurance company generally works out claims with the repair shop and told me that I would be updated accordingly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality friendly professional collision repair shop.
