They've been pretty good to me while they are repairing my vehicle. The only thing that made me rate 4* was because I wish they would've told me on the phone (before bringing my car in) that they wouldn't be physically working on my car for at least 2 weeks. I picked up my rental the same day dropping off my vehicle thinking nothing of it, or at least thinking they'd be working on it within a week. I get a call almost 2 weeks later asking if I would like to pick my car up because they were done doing the assessment of the damage and ordered the parts that were needed, and I could pick it up and drive it until the parts and everything else came in. I was confused because I thought they were already working on my vehicle. I'm thinking well, I don't think I can just pause my rental time and pick my car up. Right now, that is our own running vehicle, and we only have 1 or 2 days max with this rental now. And I don't think it'll be done by the time I have to drop the rental back off. I can't afford to just throw $300 more down for a deposit to keep this rental, especially after Christmas and the holidays. Thankfully, I have a relative who is willing to help me out until my vehicleis done. But, I've been very patient. I know things would take longer to come in, especially since it's around a bunch of holidays. And I do appreciate them for keeping me updated as much as possible while they have my car. Again, everything has been amazing with this company. The only con I have was with the communication in the beginning. If they would've said, " Hey, don't get your rental yet until after we do the assessment and order parts. It'll save you on days with the rental. " This is my very first time hitting a deer or getting into an accident, so I didn't know what I was even supposed to do. I didn't really have anyone to walk me through on what to do and what to expect. But again, they've been great. I'm hoping I don't ever have to use them or anyone for something like this again because who would (no one wants a have an accident or hit an animal) but I DO recommend them!

Made her look brand new! They even cleaned the front seats of the Jeep, and got the sap off my baby! Just wish they could have run a vacuum over the dog hair in the back. Other than that, very pleased!

They do good work but expensive and pretty terrible customer service. Lots of excuses as to why the work is taking longer than quoted, no offers of loaner vehicles. I ll go somewhere else next time.

Following an unexpected encounter with a deer, we contacted our insurance and, while telling us we could go anywhere, they told us they work directly with Quality Collision Center. We looked at their site, read reviews and decided to work with Quality... a very good decision. From our first call they were friendly, professional and gave us good information about the process of ordering parts and completing the repairs. Everything proceeded on time as we had discussed and resulted in, what I would call, a perfect job ...everything looks new, the headlight washers work as expected ...and we are truly very pleased. Sign says free estimates but they arnt free. Had them change oil, tires and alignment. When I got my car back I took it right to the car was(it was dirty already). Went to open my passenger door and it was hard to open. Then hard to close because it was catching my skirt. Went back showed them and they did fix it or should I say patch it. Because they lifted my car wrong the first time. Couple days went by and my driver side skirt had fell over night. I went there about 4 days later(after my work week). Went to show Katie but she didn't care about anything I had to say. She was more upset that I had ruined her 5 star rating instead of the problem I was having. Her coworker had came over and they had cornered me against the door asking me if we were done here. At which point I was starting to get upset so I left. Pictures on bottom first 2 or driver side that had fell you can see they must have broke that side too and tried to patch it and not tell me. 3rd pic is the passenger side and is the side i noticed the day of pick up and i took back and made them fix. When i went back to have them fix the driver side is when they started attacking me. (April 2021)

I have had body work done a couple times and they have done excellent work! They matched the paint great after fixing scratches and even detailed the inside after replacing a headlight and bumper. Great customer service, super friendly people and Jason went out of his way to make sure the vehicle was done in a timely manner! Highly recommend!!!

This was the best customer service I've possibly ever received! My son did some damage to my car this summer over the July 4th week. The staff here got me in right away (even though I don't think they really had extra time) and was incredibly helpful and kind. They really went above and beyond to help me (and really, my son! ;) and I can't thank them enough. They kept saying "we've all been there" when I was so thankful. This is really customer care that you don't see that much anymore. Thank you so much for still keeping us first! I highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Quality Collision to everyone. They were very friendly and informative. The work was done in a very timely manner and in exceptional quality. Jason told me my pickup would look like new when I picked it up and it does. Extremely satisfied with their work.

We are unbiased and have no friends or family that are affiliated with Quality Collision.Quality Collision is the very best! Top notch professional management, customer service and work! Never disappointed when we go here!We recommend them to everyone. Living in our area, we have tended to hit a deer once a year on average. Add onto that a fender bender, and we have had some experience with local auto body shops to last a lifetime.We feel fortunate to have Quality Collision to do top quality work in a very timely manner. They hold true to their timelines, unlike other body shops that have extended the time by 2 weeks! Got a quote in June after a small fender-bender. The employee was nice, professional and enthusiastic full insurance coverage, so it was basically free money and I went along with high hopes for their service, even choosing them over a comparable collision repair shop. They told me they would order parts and contact me to schedule the repair, but two or three weeks went by with no word. I called, they had no idea who I was, took a while to find my file, but assured me again that they would order the parts and update me. Repeat. Repeat again. Three months later I ended up moving, and called insurance to change to a new repair shop. At that point, I found out Quality Collision had in fact received the insurance check, but I never got a single call with an update on the insurance claim or on the parts order.

Was charged 3.5% on top of bill for a credit card fee. The owner needs a new house. I called around and to other shops and they are not charging a fee for credit card payment. When the bill is hundreds of dollars it adds up. I will be going elsewhere from now on. I used my credit card at numerous other locations in town and this was first time I've been charged extra.

Jason and the guys at custom collision had my car looking brand new after a deer accident. They were extremely helpful, courteous and honest about my options. I wouldn't take my car/truck/boat anywhere else!

This is a 5 star body work shop. Jason, McKenzie and Craig go out of their way to make sure the customer is taken care of. Definitely recommend, and will be using Quality Collision for all future body work.

When I got my car back it was cleaner then when I brought it there, they fixed everything that needed fixed. Did an awesome job!!! Had a deer run out and dent the hole side of my truck Brought it to gerber and the walked me through everything and had it done fast and took care of everything with my insurance was very hassle free
