Two weeks ago, I headed into Dahl to buy a different vehicle. I was met at the door by a saleswoman! What?! Hell ya! I didn't have to deal with a "male used car salesman," who can be intimidating, pushy, or treat you like you don't know what you're talking about. (At least that has been my experience in my lifetime.)So Myra met me at the door and she made me feel comfortable right away. She wanted to genuinely take care of me. She listened carefully to what I wanted and brought up the first vehicle and I was in love. I didn't have to test drive any other vehicle. They gave me a fair trade-in value which I appreciated. Paid off what I owed and then some.Within three hours, I was set. Because of some of the extra things I added on, I had to pick up the vehicle the next day. Otherwise I could have left that day.I had a small issue with the windshield wiper fluid spray. As soon as I brought that to their attention, it was taken care of right away. The sales manager was super friend and super patient. I had a lot of questions about what I was signing, sometimes about the vehicle and he answered them all. He did not try to push me to buy any extend warranties or any other junk that can often be added on. I liked that I was able to make those decisions on my own without being pressured. Very good natured and personable. What I did not like:There are 3 beautiful American flags flying outside the front of the building. Warms this veterans' heart...until I got close... they were torn and ragged and in need of repair or replacement. It's embarrassing. There is a large veteran population in the Northwoods. There is a VA medical clinic 1.5 miles from there. The Veteran Service Office is 2.9 miles away. Plus numerous veteran organizations. IMO keeping your flags in good condition is a small nod to the veteran community. They posted a picture on social media which is fine, but I would have preferred that they blurred out the licenses plate. To many creeps and stalkers out there. No need helping them out.Would I go back, absolutely. I hope when I go back that Myra is still there. (Thank you, Myra)

After purchasing the premium extended warranty, I was told it would be $189 to look at tailgate that was difficult to open. Took the truck to Brickner's Park City instead. Got great service thrre.
