I continue to experience exceptional service here! I live an hour from this business, but I will continue bringing my car here due to the quality of the service, friendly staff, and appointment availability. I cannot recommend Reedsburg Care Car enough!

New to the area and had some issues - went to another place decent experience but so high price. Thankful we gave these guys a chance. With three family vehicles we ve seen them far too much BUT service and prices are TOP NOTCH! Thanks for all your help!!!

This was my very first time coming to Reedsburg Car Care to get work done on my car and I have to say I'm very impressed with how nice the staff is and how helpful they were! My husband and I have always taken our cars to the dealership and have always gotten over charged. Today that changed! My husband and I will be taking our cars to Reedsburg Car Care for now on!Thank you Justin and Staff for being so helpful!

I had a allinement and 2 tires mounted and 4 tires balance I was aware of a cross treaded stud and they cross threaded another stud snapped a stud and what looks like they drilled out my aftermarket rimes dident replace the stud they broke or cross threaded and never told me abt my rim or stud being snapped or another stud being cross threaded I had three of the five studs on my truck when I got it back from there shop I was waiting for two and a half hours when they said 45 min job to alline and tire mount and balance my tires

These guys are simply excellent. Called with an emergency flat. They had me in and out in no time and for a very reasonable cost. The shop was beautiful and comfortable while I waited. The whole staff was super friendly. Great equipment and knowledgeable mechanics which was evident from chatting while I waited. Thank you Reedsburg Car Care. I wish I lived closer so I could use you guys for everything! What a gift for those who live in or around Reedsburg!

This was my 1st time here, I just moved to the area. It was a reasonable wait time for the appointment. They have a safe key drop box which was helpful because my schedule didn't line up with their hours. They called me with detail about the problem with an estimate to fix it. I paid over the phone and I picked it up at my leisure. I'm very happy with the service here.

I've purchased tires here twice. Both times prices were good, installation was great. I will continue to use them for all my vehicles.

You could tell they were a communicative team. It was chill waiting in the lobby, coffee and tv. Respectful, knowledgeable, timely. If I need help I'll go here.

I was traveling and needed assistance quickly. They were able to help me out and were so kind and considerate and went the extra mile. Cannot thank them enough. I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road and I would absolutely come here again. As a female who doesn't know too much about cars, I can say I would trust this mechanic to do right by me. That's not something I've come across often :)Service: Tires

Been going to Douglas for a while now. Always excellent service, honest quick, and reasonably priced. I make it a point to use Douglas, because I appreciate good service and honest businesses. They've helped us out of some tight spots and for that and they're excellent service they've got a customer for life in me and my family.

Douglas Car Care is amazing! Beware of the fake one star review recently posted, that "customer" posted similar reviews on a number of Reedsburg businesses. I have always had excellent customer service and quality work at Douglas. It's a small family business and they care about each one of their customers. I would definitely recommend.

Took my car here for a new set of tires, oil change, and even a small windshield wiper installation. Staff were friendly and cordial both over the phone and in person. Despite not knowing much about cars, they made me feel like I was getting a fair deal with quality service. It's nice to have a locally-owned place to go in the area that's not a dealership that I can trust my car service to.

I started going to Douglas Car Center a few years ago after a horrible experience at another location. Everyone at Douglas is wonderful and through oil changes, new tires, plugged tires and alignment checks they've always been thorough and make sure everything is complete and correct. Larry is so helpful and makes sure to try and get you in for your service at a time that's convenient for you, whether it be scheduled or something that's come up unexpectedly. I'd recommend the Douglas team to anyone who asks!!

I'd really like to give more than 5 stars. Planned on getting a new truck so wasn't too concerned about getting tires before going on a trip. New truck purchase fell through and I needed tires prior to my trip. I called and Larry was able to get me in for new tires and mounting all in the same day!! On New Years Eve... I can't thank Larry and his team enough, they really helped me out in a bind. Kind courteous and accommodating. Hats off to all of you! I will recommend you to anyone who needs auto service or tires.

Great service for either tires or oil changes or what ever. Larry and Brandon are great to work with. They are flexible and are able to accommodate just about any schedule. Prices are great. I wont go anywhere else for tires or oil changes!

Douglas car care is frickin AWESOME!!! Went there for some new tires and the service was great!! Price was even better! Staff is friendly and super duper knowledgable. I ve taken all 7 of my corvettes there.

My Jeep Compass would sputter and/or stall unexpectedly, usually after filling the tank. I found a possible issue in checking the online Compass owner sites and mentioned it to Brandon and Larry who then went further and found it to be a bigger issue that involved replacing the tank altogether. I found a used tank online that had damage likely from shipping; Larry and Brandon were able to find a replacement locally and still had the repair done same day. They also replaced some inexpensive parts like while the car was apart to prevent future issues. Thanks guys for going above and beyond to get the job done! We've been taking our vehicles to Douglas for years and will continue to do so with great service like this experience!

Had boat trailer bearing go out while in town for a few days. They took care of it that afternoon. Very friendly, and work was done quickly, and fairly priced. A great, reputable place.

It has always been a pleasant local business to support. The staff are courteous, efficient, and willing to come pick up and return your local vehicle for repairs/maintenance from your workplace which is very convenient as well.

I will never go back here. Took my car in for a fuel line leak. Rather than calling me and telling me that the entire line was corroded so i could say to replace the whole thing they only fixed the section that was leaking. Then told me I'll probably have to come back because it will likely leak again. If all I wanted was a quick fix I would have taped it. And then I'm looking at the bill, they were in and out in 10 minutes but the labor portion was $130. And my check engine light is still on. they couldn't even plugit in to the computer to find out why or reset it to make it look like they had made an attempt to fix the problem.

Terrible just terrible customer service and I wasn t happy with the experience I wanted an oil change and was told yesterday was fine, then all of a sudden the guy said he couldn t do when asked he said he shouldn t of said he could. Like no kidding! I would NOT recommend going there to anyone ever!!!!!!
