Just wanted to give a shout out to Chuck and Leah in the service department. I've brought my jeep in more than a few times now and they always take care of me, especially this last trip. Mind you I did not buy my jeep here and I've had it going on 7 years now the first 5 were great not a single issue then it kind of all hit me all at once, needed new power steering lines, radiator, tires etc. and not all at once but over the course of about a year and half to 2 years. This last time my water pump was giving me issues but Leah assured me not to stress and if I can just get it over there they'll help me out with a loaner for the mean time even though they were not obligated to do so. Once I got there chuck came out and gave it a good look see, nothing jumped out at him couple days later I got the jeep back and its running great again. Really appreciate the help these guys have gave me the past few years.Thank you!

Took car in for some electronic issues. Service was fast, very reasonably priced and service department was great with explanations that answered all my questions. Very happy. Highly recommend.

Mechanics know what they are doing even before you bring the vehicle in. Describe the problem and they have fixed it before and know what to do.

Let me tell you this is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. Have an issue with lane departure sensor. First time they just turned it down said all good. The car pulls new tires show wear took somewhere else for an alignment couldn t be do needs Jeep special tools. Back to Jeep they again mind you I am pagoda the work tell me car fine and refuse to do any work. Car needed and alignment and rear brakes guess they re so popular they don t need work. Not to mention these new Jeeps are junk tired under 30,000 miles rear brakes needing replacement and now crash sensor and lane sensor issues. Stay away from this dealership for service. Chuck is the biggest jackass ever not to mention the worthless female that works back in service she is the most useless person I have ever ment thinks she knows it all set the sensor less sensitive and shipped car out. This place is useless

We are very happy with there service. This is the second oil change I have, had done with them. My husband also had his oil change, his first, we are very happy. We will be using them for all our services needs from now on. I bought my Jeep at a different dealer. I will not go back to them. Ever!!! Was not happy with there service department...

Our family of 7, five of which are children, brought a van from here (Reedsburg location). We have had the van for just over a month (purchased March 21) and haven t even driven it 1,000 miles. We recently drove the van down to Milwaukee on the interstate, and the transmission wouldn t switch gears. On the occasion it did, it would wind up super high. We took it to a local mechanic. They said it s an internal transmission problem and since we just purchased the vehicle, to take it to our dealership. We paid slightly over $8,500.00 cash for this 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. When test driving it, there is no where to push this vehicle over 55 MPH in the area, and we were given 10-15 minutes to test drive it. Customer service at the time was fine. We called this dealership and are being told we are responsible for whatever needs to be done. We are a family of 7 and are out a whole van that we just purchased as a family vehicle. We are being treated like dirt now. Terrible service, awful ethics, lack of morale. I cannot, in good conscious, recommend anyone to be subjected to this service, or be out of their hard earned money.

I was very upset how the price went up by almost $6000 over the sticker price. I guess i'll learn someday. Too bad this will be our last car at our age. I hope I don't hurt anyone's feeling. Maybe I should have asked for more information and details before I signed the contract so I guess the fault is all mine. Everyone there was pleasant and helpfull so if you are looking for a car check them out but read the contract first!!

Great first experience. Came in for their Spring Special. Was in and out with-in an hour. Advised me of a malfunctioning brake light, said I would fix myself. Price was average for synthetic oil change, tire rotation and inspection! Will be doing business with them again!

Took my van in for a problem and no one ride could find the problem to it not starting...replaced a relay seems to have fixed it. Cost 100 bucks witch all shop labor is to high but nice folks honest.would recommend

Was on the way to Wisconsin Dells for vacation and my transmission went into limp mode. The service department had me scheduled in less than two business days. I dropped my truck off and they provided a loaner while my truck was repaired. Great communication, great service, and great people. Thank you for taking care of a stranded tourist. A+ for Fedderly.

Very disappointed. I got my 2013 Chevy equinox a year ago. Within not even two months of having this vehicle my engine light came on and my vehicle started chugging. Took it in. I was already over warranty miles but that s when I was informed that the equinox was bad for oil consumption. I didn t even hit the 5000 for oil change that was needed. Fast forward. Started doing oil changes 3000 but needed to add oil half way between those changes. Back in October or so I went back again tho I was adding oil the vehicle started acting up again. Got told the same thing. Fast forward a month ago. My engine light came out, my Traction control and my speed was reduced. I figured I just needed some oil so I did so and the engine light came off the next day. Week later same thing happens this time I m leaking oil. Discovered was rear main seal, took it to a mechanic and told me same thing about equinox s and that the issue will keep happening unless the engine got rebuilt. Which I ve heard and read similar stories to this issue. So here we are 3000$ to fix this issue I ve had since a month first owning the vehicle. I contacted Fedderly to see if anything can be done since I ve only had the vehicle for a year and it s only 6 years old. Basically said nothing they can do. But than they say they stand behind the vehicles they sell This clearly isn t true. I don t feel I should of had to dish out 1/4 of my what I ve already paid on the loan back into the vehicle with a year of owning it. I think anyone would be upset about this situation. I believe something should of been done even the smallest thing. I will not be back to fedderly for another vehicle needless to say.Only positive thing. Frank was a great salesman and a really nice man. Sorry I won t be back tho due to this issue.

Took my 2012 Ram in for tires. The back 2 were shot and the front were borderline in my opinion.Guy who took appointment was cool, day of appointment was good, went back to get truck and only 2 tires were swapped out. Guy said the front tires were in good shape and had plenty of life. They could have easily padded the ticket and put on 4...the fact that they didnt says something. I'll be back the next time I need something. Plan on trading up for a 2020 Ram next year...they'll get first crack at that as well.

Questioned the breaks on a vehicle we bought,reasurred me they were 80% and they went out two weeks later. Door was broke and promised to fix if we bought. They fixed it and it broke not even a week later. Do not buy from this garbage dealer

Was great and friendly at first. They knew I needed a vehicle fast. Sold me a SUV that wasn't worth what I actually paid for. My mother-in-law came here and bought her 2008 Dodge journey for 7000 and I bought a 2005 GMC Envoy for 10,000. Whatever was my fault I bought it for this much. While it was under warranty I took it in 3 times saying there was noice coming from the undercarriage and squealing. All 3 times they said nothing is wrong they took it out for a ride and didnt hear anything. Thank God I have a uncle that is a certified mechanic. While Fedderlys could not find what was wrong my uncle found in 5mins. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM FEDDERLYS OR RECOMMEND FEDDERLYS TO ANYONE.

I really needed a vehicle so they sold me a 2005 GMC for 10,000. When my mother-in-law got her 2008 for 7,000. Mine had more miles then hers as well. My fault there. Took it in to service 3 times making a lot of noice from the undercarriage and squealing. They said nothing is wrong they don't hear anything. Took it to my certified mechanic uncle found out what was wrong in 5mins. They don't care about u after they get ur money. WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM FEDDERLYS AND WILL NEVER TELL ANOTHER PERSON TO GO THERE FOR A VEHICLE.
