Not a bad experience. I got a oil change. They never asked if I wanted the tires rotated. Which I needed but forgot. Also not sure they checked and filled any fluids.

Great customer service. Make an appointment or just show up, they will take care of your vehicle's service needs. It doesn't even have to be a Ford.The waiting area is comfortable and polished. You can enjoy complimentary water, tea, or Starbucks coffee while you wait. After enjoying your beverage spacious clean bathrooms are available for your use.Bring your vehicle in for service. Relax and enjoy a beverage while waiting.

Fabulous service. Quick and friendly. The gentleman at the counter, I believe his name wad Tony, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tires I had order and installed.

I took my truck in for a tune-up it was running fine, and now it will not run they put bad spark plugs in my truck.See the spark plugs they are not new. But they charged me for new ones.Also they friyed my coputer some howAnd my truck will not run.By the way if they tell you that you need to run your vehical after a trans flush.DO NOT DRIVE IT. They do not know what they are talking about they are guessing.Dont waste your time at this place.

Staff is always friendly and explain your inspection without being pushy about fixing something right away that may not need it.....and the waiting area is HUGE. Counter height desk with plugs and outlets, coffee machine and will upkept bathrooms. A few times the service had taken a little longer than expected but they seem to do a good job.

Nothing quick about it. Took 5 hours for oil change and sensor installation when claimed not busy. As well as not filling out any of the vehicle maintenance report sheet. Not the first time this has happened.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Very professional staff and they always have a friendly attitude! I am very happy to have them in the area. We actually drive 15 mins out of the way to get here for the excellent service.

I changed my front end ball joints, wheel bearings and struts and needed a front end alignment. The shop technician walked me out to my car and told me that it could not be done. I tried to explain to him how to align it, but he said that it could not be done. The manager tagged along and did not understand the issue. I then brought it to another shop and they were able to perform the work without an issue. Quick Lane charged me for this "service" as well. I have had oil changes and new tires put on other vehicles without an issue, but given they do front end alignments and did not know how to perform this operation, I will be hesitant to return.Service: Wheel alignment

Recently took my car in because of no heat. Everyone told me it was a thermostat. Got it into quick Lane to find out I was low on coolant. They could have charge me to replace it and I would ve never known the difference. I love the fact that they re very honest and don t make me feel like an idiot. Thanks for being great !!

Been coming here with various family vehicles for a few years. The service is always quick, but comprehensive. I appreciate that they check things that matter and don t try and sell you on reticulate services like a transmission flush like most other quick lubes.

Always very friendly helpful staff. Never any pressure. Great techs. Affordable prices. I like this place a lot. Expect to make an appt these days, not much available for walk-in service.

We found this place shortly after it opened and we absolutely love it. The manager Kevin and his team are top notch and always willing to help us. We had hoped that the Quick Lane in Saukville would be a great experience too, as it's only 5 minutes from our house. Sadly, there was no comparrison. Random Lake is the place to be. We'll drive out of our way for an oil change and any other repairs they can do for us every time! Thanks Kevin and crew!

I called ahead to verify their hours. I show up at 6:20pm and they are closed. When their hours clearly state they are open until 7pm. No postings on the door or anywhere else that I can see as to why. I wouldn't go here to let them check my tire pressure let alone do any actual work kn my vehicle. I have no faith or confidence in a business that can't do something as simple as remaining open until they advertise to be open until.

Great service, friendly staff, and really quick. Just had an oil change and was in and out much faster than I anticipated. Also a very reasonable price in my opinion.

My wife took her car in to have the low air light for the tires to be checked. While there they told her they had a special on windshield wipers blade replacement. Against my contuinous advice to her over the years to just let me take care of the windshield wipers she decided to jave them change then. 2 days later we had a wintery drizzle and she had to turn on the windshield wipers with the newly install blades. Within seconds of turning both blades made some terrible nosies and tore off flying in to the air. Made for an interesting drive vack to the house with no windshield wipers in bad weather. After a stop at the auto parts store and a minute or 2 putting our own blades on they worked just fine. I don't think she will every let them change her windshield wiper blades again. So either they had cheap blades, didn't know how to install them or just put the wrong ones on. Or even all of the above. If they can't get wiper blades installed correctly would I really want to trust them doing anything else...Service: Tires

When we bought our vehicle through this location we got a free oil change. They broke our hood latch and they covered it. Haven't been back since but since we received a free coupon to get a full service oil change we decided to try again. What a mistake once again they broke our hood latch again, but this time they said it was us and they had our car in there the shop for 45 mins before saying they couldn't get it opened! Sorry but it wasn't broken before we took it in so I will never buy another vehicle threw them or anyone affiliated with this company. The so called manager Jared is very aggressive on the phone also and just to find out he isn't even a manager. So beware before taking your vehicle here!

They messed up my ground effects with their jack and failed to mention it even after they forgot to put my air filter back... NOT JUST UNHAPPY, THEY COST ME 700 BUCKS AND WERE DISHONEST.

I went to have my emissions test done. They took my car in with no appointment right away. They were nice. I think I spent all of 15 minutes at most there.

My experience at Quick Lane Has Been Pleasurable Each Time. From The Staff that greets you to the Mechanics. Friendly courteous & efficient. Would Recommend This Place To Anyone.

Usually a quick entry and turn around time. Starbucks on demand coffee. Emissions testing. Front end guys are always nice and knowledgeable. Only complaint for one less star is usually they get the inside dirty after being in it. (Visor, door start button, steering wheel area)

Friendly staff and high quality oil change service. A bit more expensive than your standard quick lube places, but Ford service techs and Ford parts make it worth while.

Never an issue! Always informative regarding service, costs and recommendations. Quick and convenient too! A spacious and clean waiting room with coffee, water and every once in a while doughnuts!

Had a simple emissions test done. They had it done before I could even make a cup of coffee. Awesome service.

Slow in completing the oil change. Sat there for almost two hours. Broke a lug nut stud when rotating the tires and charged for the part they broke. Will not be back! Update:. they now have covered the cost of the parts, but I still we don't be back

Great place to go. The people running it are very nice. Helpful. Yes a Car Dealer is helpful. Quick lube oil change a great idea. All car dealers should be this smart.

My car was making a large popping noise when turning. Quick Lane was able to diagnose, order parts, and fix the problem within 1 afternoon.
