Took our car in for a transmission problem. Everyone was very nice and my car was done in a week. Chris made sure she kept us up to date and called us whenever necessary. Chris and her team are always friendly. Their mechanics do excellent work and are very reasonably priced. Fast service, don't have my stuff for days in end. I take all my vehicles to them. Highly recommend.

I'm the kind of guy that wants to know what/why and not just hear "it's fixed". From the moment I first spoke with any of the staff I appreciated how everyone involved took the time to listen and explain. I now have a new, comprehensive understanding of my drivetrain, what the various "modes" do, and what to look out for. Very highly recommended.Service: Transmission

I found this place through word of mouth. I m glad I found it because it is convenient and so far my transmission seems to be OK. This is the sixth time I ve had transmission problems and I ve been through all the big-name transmission companies. I like Ike. If I have problems within the next two years I will update this post. Until then, this is the place to go to for your transmission service in the Washington County area. UPDATE Still going, I still drive it like I m 16 and it hasn t let me down.

Ike's did an excellent job on my 2010 Subaru. I took it into 2 other shops trying to diagnose the problem. They were able to get me a quote that morning and had it done the same day. Will be coming back!

Gil and Chris do an exelant job.The service machanic really knows his stuff.No waisted time, very good work. I travel from Menomonee Falls to get work done. Love this place.
