After dealing with a month's worth of back and forth from a different dealer trying to get our engine replaced, we decided to take it to Eric Von Schledorn after hearing great things about this dealership from family.Was able to get an appointment fairly quickly to diagnose the issue. They were on top of submitting paperwork with Ford and always answered when we called with our many questions. Kevin was great to work with and had lots of patience when answering our questions. As soon as all the paperwork was submitted with Ford, they had our engine replaced very quickly. We are very satisfied and are going to make sure if we have any work needed with our vehicle, or are in need of a new one in the future, that we will go back to Eric Von Schledorn.Thank you so much!

Very poor customer service. I made an appointment to look at a vehicle. The drive to the dealership was over 1 1/2 hr to get there from my house. I called the dealership to verify my appointment and the sales rep told me the vehicle was sold and shipped out last week! Why was this not reflected on the website??? When I asked the sales rep about this he got very indignant and telling me it wasn't his problem! Then he got very rude on the phone. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone doing business with this dealership.

We worked with Kyle and he helped my stepdaughter purchase a vehicle. My wife and I came first to test drive this Mazda 6 and he gave us such a great car buying experience that we insisted that our stepdaughter come and look at this vehicle. She did and loved the car too. Kyle didn't pressure us into purchasing anything that we didn't want. The whole car buying experience was fantastic. The only thing my stepdaughter was adamant on was that this vehicle will last her more than 2 weeks and they guaranteed it will since she has had some bad luck with cars. unfortunately the cars battery died 4 days later after purchase and after replacing the battery, it died 4 days later again. We spoke to Kyle and once again him and the whole team at Eric Von Schledorn in Random Lake is taking care of her for this inconvenience. We used to have a dealership/salesman that we liked that recently retired that we would go to for all of our car buying needs. The wife and I feel that Kyle and Eric Von Schledorn will be the new people we can trust.

I worked with Kellie to purchase the 2022 F-150 Lightning that I ordered. Kellie was awesome to work with! Very responsive to questions and her communication was excellent! Alex in the finance department was great too. Not pushy on the extras like many other dealerships I ve been to. I would definitely buy a vehicle here again. Hopefully we will be back to order a Mach E soon!

As a little background, I purchased a 2017 mustang GT from EVS random lake in may of 2017, I bought new to reduce car repair related expense for myself as well as to enjoy the benefits of a warranty because my job demands solid attendance and I don't have time for a vehicle to be down for the count long enough for me to be able to fix it myself.since the purchase I have had 0 issues with the car, and have always brought it to the quicklane in the attached parking lot for service and record keeping of such service. as well as coming back to the dealership for any issues, questions, or concerns I may have had with the car.today I brought the mustang in to have it looked at in reference to some possible warranty repair from the trunk lid rubbing the tail lights and rear bumper. upon inspection, I was told that it's not making contact (completely ignoring paint rubbed off all along the rear bumper, cracked off the trunklid corners from contact with the tail lights, and rubbed off the center of the trunklid from the trunk liner.)after asking how paint rubs itself off the bumper I was met with "someone must have sat on the trunk" or "you must have slammed something in there"after informing them i'm the sole driver (wife cant drive manual) and no kids to possibly mess things up, and that i'm either driving it or it's parked in the private garage of my home, so those events would have been known to myself, they kept with the previous excuses.after such a great buying experience initially, with plans to replace the wifes vehicle with a new purchase from their dealership as well, todays events with the service department have left my confidence in EVS near rock bottom for continued ownership support.EDIT: as of 6/25/19 after bringing the vehicle to a different, competing dealer, a warranty repair requisition was sent in to ford on my behalf. 2 hours later i recieved a call stating ford agreed to replace the tail light, bumper cover, and decklid panel at no cost, as well as provide me with a loaner vehicle during the process.EDIT 2: after numerous attempts to contact mike for a resolution to this issue, spanning weeks, only to find out he's "not in the office today" every single time i called, i gave up.Boucher ford of west bend had this issue fixed, and my mustang returned to me within 3 days, with the paint work corrected, and a brand new taillight assembly installed, while providing me with a brand new luxury loaner vehicle in the meantime. They made the whole process super simple, and for a dealership i originally would have never considered using after terrible experiences with their sales team, they impressed me.

From the first phone call to the pick up of my new Bronco, Kellie went above and beyond to help make this a smooth process! I drove 8 hours to trade my vehicle and it was worth the drive! Kellie sent hotel and restaurant recommendations, and thoroughly went through the features with me. She answered all of my questions to make me feel confident in my purchase! Alex in finance was equally as friendly and helpful! It was a very smooth process and I couldn t be happier! Thank you so much!!

My wife and I bought new vehicles and were very please with our Sales person Kelly. She was very thoughtful of our needs and her communication with us was great. I was very disappointed with the dealership in regards to giving us a discount for buy 2 vehicles and the finance person seamed to be rushed and acted like we were unconvincing him.

I looked around for months for the "perfect" truck. Each bigger dealer had a pushy sales team who couldn't take no for an answer when offering additional products. I had the pleasure of working with Jon De Master at the EVS Random Lake Location, I couldn't of asked for a better car buying experience. Highly recommend working with Jon De Master if you get the opportunity

Being a (75%) Ford family from Sheboygan. Got sick of my Mother getting raked over by the local talent. One trip to EVS Ford and both myself and my mother are overjoyed with our experience. Alex was the best! Walked me through the shop, had my mom's new car prepped, ready, and walked us through every new feature her new vehicle had to offer.... Definitely going back to EVS/RL!

I was extremely happy with my sale consultant, Jon De Master. Once I was able to locate a Ford Bronco at their dealership, they responded right away to my request for information, and held the vehicle until my arrival at the dealership 3 or 4 hours later. They had the vehicle cleaned and waiting inside the garage (rainy day), and I zipped through the buying process in no time. Jon was a pleasure to work with, and I will definitely consider buying from them in the future.

Great transaction at Eric Von Schledorn Ford in Wisconsin! I was an out of state buyer who located a car that fit my needs and John De Master was excellent to work with and incredibly engaging throughout the process. Even lined me up with a ride from 40 miles away which was incredibly appreciated!! Alex in the Finance Department was also a huge help before and after the transaction. I would highly recommend to any Buyer even if your not local!!!

Recently bought my second truck from this dealership and let me tell you it was a very stress free and easy experience. .John is who helped me out and was nice enough to throughly explain all the features of my new truck and made sure everything was perfect and to my liking.The entire process was easy and everyone that worked there was very friendly.I would like to give out a HUGE shoutout to the detail department as when we picked up the truck it looked immaculate! So thank you very much, I m sorry we didn t catch your name but we appreciate all your hard work.When we were there they were quite busy so they must be doing something right. still managed to get us through in an effortless amount of time.The front desk was very lovely as well! My wife and I recently purchased a 2022 new vehicle from Eric Von Schledorn in Random Lake Wisconsin. Our salesman worked with use us for over a week to find the vehicle we were looking for.We live four hours away from this dealership and normally I wouldn't think of traveling that far to look and test drive a truck. But Jeff Kletzien our salesman spent so much time with us over the phone he really made us feel that it would be a mistake to go anywhere else.In today's business climate it seems the bar set for professionalism and service is low. This is not the case at Random Lake Ford.After the deal was made we worked with Alex Hernandez who is their sales consultant. He completed the balance of the paperwork and explained everything we were asked to sign and answered all of our questions.When we finished the documents the vehicle was ready to hit the road.On a scale of 1-10 and 10 meaning excellent that's exactly the service we received.
