SERVICE WAS AMAZING. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOTH DISPATCH AND THE DRIVER, DESI. HAVING A CUSTOMIZED LOWERED CAR, I HAVE SEEN THE CHALLENGES ASSOCIATED WITH TOWING IT. If you have vehicle issues and are in their area, these are the people to call! Everyone from their dispatch to their mechanic were amazing! They're fast, efficient and they really do everything to try and get you on your way as quickly as possible without trying to empty your bank account in the process. They went above and beyond what we had ever expected and I can't say enough good things about them. I got roadside assistance with them. I was totally panicked and an hour away from home thinking I would be stranded. They provided quick and professional service and they were very kind and understanding, and explained the problem to me.
