It was great the first time I visited. I went there to get my brakes done and a caliper fixed, due to it being rusted. THAT TIME I was very satisfied! Then when I went to get my inner Tyrod fixed and an alignment done (for $300+ may I add), they didn't even DO THE ALIGNMENT and I'm about 98% sure they put a USED TYROD on... My car was driving EXACTLY THE SAME WAY as before, if not WORSE! I tried to bring it back to have them show me where they fixed the tyrod, and I was told I had to wait for all the other cars to be done. Basically, I had to wait in line, which I felt like I SHOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT! They just needed to put my car on the car lift for 5 MINS to show me the work that was done, that I PAID $300+FOR, but nope! I was treated as if I didn't matter.. so! My opinion as far as rating goes, is 50/50.

You won t find a more helpful and knowledgeable group of professional auto mechanics anywhere in SE Wisconsin. And they re prices always beat the competition. I don't know how they do it! My family has all auto repairs done here. They are the BEST!!!

I wish I could give zero stars because they don t even deserve one. I Took my car here for brakes and rotors and have had to come back FIVE TIMES to have them repaired again. Each time the manager acts like we owe him gratitude for helping us! They have attempted to charge us for the repairs at least once. Horrible attitude, poor customer service, unknowledgeable about repairs, horrible workmanship! I wouldn t recommend anyone to get their bike fixed here- let alone a vehicle.Service: Auto brake replacement

After having my driver side headlight bulb go out I purchased a new pair only to find out that installing the headlight bulb would require much more work than I expected since parts needed to be removed for my specific model and the employee from O'Reilly's where I purchased the bulbs recommended Wisconsin Muffler and Tire which I am very grateful for because after calling them right away they were able to immediately squeeze me in and charge a very fair price Plus the person who assisted me named Will was very helpful and I'm especially grateful for his assistance so I would highly recommend Wisconsin muffler to anyone in the Racine area looking for a quality work on their car at a fair price.

They plugged a hole in my tire within a few hours at no charge! The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, as well. Will definitely be back should my car need any service.

This is the only place to go to get work done on any motor vehicle. All the people there are easy to talk to, are well versed in repairing your vehicle. PRICES are great, ask about senior discount. All repairs are done within a great time frame and not overcharged.highly recommended

These people are some scam artists and lairs. I went in for a wheel alignment and these people told me that I needed ball joints, lower wheel alignment and struts and also new tires. I have a receipt that I paid for brand new tires $475 my lower ball joints were changed 2 weeks prior and the struts are brand new. They tried to scam me out of money lying when In fact I have a receipt from the previous shop of the repairs that were made on the vehicle. I told the guy this he still was trying to tell me it needs to be changed before they can do the work. Scam Scam Scam ripping people off of their money just for business. I wouldn t recommend getting an oil change or anything from them. Im going to report them to BBB

These folks were truly out to help out and not make a buck. My bill ended up being less than my quote!! Can not say better things about this business and wish anyone experiencing issues with your exhaust to stop in

Car didn t drive straight and now it smokes and doesn t drive straight.I brought my car in after an accident (hit from the side) because it didn t drive straight. I got my car back 2 weeks later with no charge because nothing was fixed. I was told when I called a second time asking for an update was that they had put in a lot of effort into it and tried a couple different things but couldn t fix it . However I gotten different answers as to what had been done and what was wrong throughout the process. After leaving with the car I was told it was my frame however, after leaving my check engine light and hydroplane warnings were both on and my car smoked like a bonfire. Reminder that I brought my car in because it didn t drive straight and received the same car back two weeks later being told both a lot and nothing was done on the car and it is is worse condition than I dropped it off in.

Asked for the fuel and exhaust systems to be diagnosed, had no check engine light but sluggish acceleration and issues with shifting in low gears, They said it wasn't fuel or the catalytic converter said I need to see a transmission specialist or have to take it to a dealership. I did that only to find out it Was the catalytic converter restricting airflow and choking out the engine. Being that's supposed to be thier specialty They should have been able to identify that as the main issue. For that I'm seriously disappointed with them. Employees were all polite but not very comprehensive when it comes to taking time to analyze a situation.

Quoted me a reasonable price, and charged me less than quoted; said they were able to provide the fix cheaper than expected. I never would have known...they could have provided a shortcut and charged me the same...I saved at least $50. due to their honesty. Vehicle sounds great now.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Dale and Brian really work with and help their customers. They make sure that us as customers have a full understanding of what is going on. That kind of customer service now a days is far and few between. Keep up the good work guys. I really appreciate it

Taken our vehicles here for various repairs. Check their website for specials. Nice they offer a senior citizen discount. On a vehicle we've owned 19 years (WI winters contribute to rust) once again it needed muffler work done, I asked if they had done that prior repair? They checked their records sure enough the muffler was under warranty, because it had been done at their shop there was no charge on those parts.

Brought my car in a few weeks ago for some exhaust issues. I was quoted almost $1,300. After picking myself off the floor, I got three other estimates, (all much less) and ended up getting the work done for $650 at another shop in Racine. Doesn't seem right to me. I will be writing a review for them as well, with a 5 star rating!

I had a fantastic experience with this local shop. I visited Wisconsin Muffler this past Saturday morning due to a issue with my exaughst and was treated with the utmost respect. The technicians were very helpful, respectful and most of all honest. They explained things clearly and provided me with prompt service. Pricing was very fair and affordable. I highly recommend and will return in the future. Lastly all employees wore face masks and practiced covid safety protocols. Overall superior service!

I was told my tire was too dry rotted to patch at a big box tire store. Call them up and they said they d look it over. They saw no problem, patched me up, and in good to go! $15 for a tire repair versus $500 for two new (truck) tires. Very happy, good small business to support.

Offered services at an excellent speed and price. Did not pay attention to details very well however. I had an exhaust job done specifying that I wanted the flange after the catback back done, tapering up to 2.5 and straight the rest of the way. When I received my car they did not remove or weld a new flange, they left 1 yard of old pipe, roughly welded 2.5 directly to that pipe, and then on the other side of the muffler downsized from the 2.5 opening to 1.75 again for some reason. I was quite disappointed, however their price was unbeatable. In time I will have the job redone at a better shop.

Been going to Wisconsin Muffler for years oil change and various repairs on different cars at a decent price most of the time Guys very helpful.Would love to keep lobby area clean and maintained if needed.....

Thanks for fixing my Muffler, but my perfectly working Oxygen sensor that is only barely one year old mysteriously quit working instantly after you worked on my pipes. Now you want another $185 to fix it. Yeah. I don t think so. What are the odds of the O2sensor failing on the same day and hour of my service visit ? Update: They unplugged the sensor and wanted to charge me to fix it. I took it home and plugged it back in. Works perfect.

I feel I've got to write this review oddly about a refreshing experience I just had with Wis Muffler. Honesty and mechanics are words I rarely use together. Kudos to Chris taking a confusion situation with a break job and the warranty of pads from previous work and straightening it all out. All I should say is, it was a surprisingly fair outcome.
