On a beautiful March afternoon, we decided to try and check out the line at the Racine Valvoline to see if we could clear the message in our car telling us of the need for an oil change.Pulled RIGHT IN, with a very warm and rapid welcome and interest in our needs. They went through the whole system checks, lights, mileage, explained each step, asked if we were interested in an air filter, put did not pressure or judge.Payment was easy, everyone was very friendly and professional.Quality work done well, fast and friendly. I would recommend this center for your needs.

Stopped in this morning for an emissions test. The technicians, Brandon and Cory were friendly and quickly completed the task (in and out in less than 10 min.). I will definitely use this location again.

Fast service. Love that you don t have to get out your car. Only recommendation I have is to make their coupon links enabled. I pulled up a coupon from the actual website and it said it was already used. The employee tried on his phone as well and it wouldn t work either. That s about the third time that I ve tried using a coupon and it doesn t work.

I was in and out quick, everyone working was thorough! Big shout out to Charlie, Eddie, Brandon, & Darin! I took two vehicles here in 2 consecutive days and was out within a half hour. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back

Terrible customer service. Highly don't recommend unless u want to wait forever when u can quickly in and out at other places. They are inconsistent in their policies and just offer a coupon for being rude when I can get the same coupon online. So yeah don't recommend They are highly unprofessional

By far the best Valvoline I ve ever had the chance to experience thanks to Sandra and Brian! Both employees were extremely nice and hard working and made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. They even gave me important information on my vehicles maintenance checks to keep up to date with. Special thanks to Sandra & Brian!

Benjamen and the crew were so helpful. They didn t have the oil I needed and called the Kenosha location for me who did have it in stock. Then I had questions about pricing and my past invoices that Kenosha was unwilling to help with. He printed out everything that I needed to gain a better understanding. I love the Racine location.

Got my emissions tested and my license plate renewal at the same time in April 2022. I am now looking to renew my license plate and was being double charged. I looked at the emissions paperwork which had everything correct for my vehicle, but when looking at the paperwork for my license renewal the worker typed in my license plate incorrectly which then brought forward the incorrect VIN number. My vehicle has now not officially been registered for a full year due to worker error on Valvoline's part. Very disappointed in this service and would not recommend getting your annual vehicle registration and emissions completed here as they cannot be trusted to complete it correctly...Edit: Called the customer service and they advised they cannot help and I have to take it up with the DMV.. Very disappointed in something that was Valvoline's mistake.

I'm very disappointed with this location. I called to get hours for emissions testing and was told they'd be open until 5pm. Was also told they had enough staff the next day so I didn't need to call ahead. Went the next day and got there by 430pm only to be told they closed at 4pm. Was told they change the hours every week. Made me mad because I called the day before and I left work early.

Went in for a top off they had 2 cars I sat outside for a half hr no one greeted me. There were 4 cars parked an 1 person inside. Darin the tech guided me in an apologized for the inconvenience. Seems like this place is going down from the last time I was here..

Went for an emission change they were able to get me in and out and under 15 minutes even though they were quite busy. Even though this is a free service they treated me with the utmost respect. My car was kept clean, which was a aconcerned about because the cashier / lobby area was quite dirty and (due to covid I am sure) there were no chairs to sit down, but left there extremely happy with teir service. I will be going back for follow-up /maintenance care because of how well I saw everybody else come in and out with their cars being quite satisfied with their services as well!Service: Exhaust

definitely one of the best if not the best. I've used this location a few times now for both my wife's van and my car. Every time I was in and out in about 15 mins and that's with them doing all their checks and replacing the air intake filters. Went here for a conventional oil change and was told that they were out and I was not willing to pay more for something I didn't want. I decided to stick with valvoline which was just 5 minutes down the road. Staff was friendly and had good Ole fashioned oil. I am new to the area and I was not impressed at all with take 5

I visited this Valvoline location on a Saturday morning right at 8:00 when they first opened and they were not fully staffed. The gentleman whom I spoke with was short and rude to me. He explained that the wait would be more than 1.5 hours. I kindly let him know that I needed quicker service. The experience was very unprofessional and disappointing. I had visited this location a few months prior for an oil change, but now after this one bad experience I will not be returning. All it takes is one unfriendly rude interaction to loose a potential lifelong customer .

I came in on a Friday to get an emissions test. Three workers standing around. No other cars in the shop. The worker proceeded to tell me they don't do emissions testing on the weekend. (Even though it was Friday) Turned me away even though I normally get both my cars serviced there. Will never return again. Go to the shop next store... much more professional.

Got an emissions test done the other day. No muss, no fuss. Drove up, they opened the door, drove into place, per instructions I hopped out and left the car running, stood there just a couple of minutes, and done. Paperwork in my hand and on with my day. Thank you.

After waiting for 20 minutes they told me that they don t have my oil or filter for my Buick Enclave .You only do one thing, change oil and filters!!!!One of the ladies had a very bad attitude and was mean. You lost both of my cars Valvoline! 2 cars , 3 times a year full synthetic. Good job !

Employee Tanya greeted me, asked me a few questions, told me to do a few things with the car (lights, blinkers, etc.) but was so softspoken that I needed her to repeat many things. She quickly left to go somewhere to get drinks for the other employees.Employee Sam, while waiting for other employees to do their jobs, stood with her head on the desk and had NO interaction with me at all.Once the oil change was complete, the other employee (I didn't catch his name) told me I was good to go. I told him that my Engine light was still on and I wasn't leaving until it was off. He clearly didn't know what to do. He had me enter and leave my car twice before he finally looked up what to do.No filters or other fluids were checked. Wiper fluid should have been topped off. It wasn't.RIDICULOUS!Never once was I told "THANK YOU".Don't worry. I won't be back!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I took my mustang in here a week ago for a oil change . I've notice the past few days it leaking oil all of a sudden . I checked the oil and it a inch and a half higher then the max line! That can destroy a engine or breaks seals.. I also notice my old car quest filter is still on!!! I watched then do the change and noticed I didn't see them change it. I asked them did they change the filter they said yes . I though maybe I didn't see them since I was on the phone half the time . I got charged for a new filter . I will be calling them tomorrow to see what they say. UPDATE!!! Called them. They told me to take in the car . They did see it had a car quest filter . And that the engine oil was way overfilled . They told me the rear main seal is leaking. They told me Dave the manager is the one who did the work to my car . And they have gotten alot of complaints about him . They told me to not call him he won't do anything and dosent care. to call corporate and go over his head . I just got this car 5 month ago and now the engine might be ruined . The did do another oil change and changed filter . But after that now the engine sound different like now it ticks. I think the damage has already been done . I will be calling corporate tomorrow

I got an oil change done here that took almost 2 hours. First, it seemed as if no one there had any training about vehicles. Their knowledge was poor and the way they presented themselves was even worse. After my oil change. My car wouldn't start inside the bay. They supposedly had no clue but tried to point out things that they could fix for me that had nothing to do with a vehicle starting. It took almost 2 hours but then all of a sudden when a store manager finally showed up, it miraculously ran again. And then they wanted to charge me for this. I refused until I finally received a discount. I wouldn't bring a bicycle there to have them oil the chain, let alone let them touch my vehicle again.

Friendly staff....but not too friendly were they wanna talk more than work... always been a mobile 1 guy, but bought an older model truck were conventional oil was required...in and out within fifteen minutes. Best part was their own check off list where step by step they called out to one another while doing it. Definitely going back.
