A small car lot and repair shop with a ton of old school vehicle repair and knowledge. I bought my dream car from him, a 1985 El Camino.

Just experienced the rudest service ever!!! Dont take your vehicle to Stephans auto on Douglas!!Not only was he rude but was over priced!!He wanted $440 for muffler! Rudest service ever!!! ,plus he threatened me if I didn't pick up my car,he was going to have it towed immediately.How can you tow someone's car immediately if they refuse the work,like come one now this is the most unprofessional shop I've seen and I use to work customer service.Ik for a fact that they work on commission per job and not a hourly rate,it's why they are rushing the job.I'll never go here again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible customer service. I ve been going here for quite sometime now and the service has steadily declined. I most recently made an appointment for an oil change I dropped the car off at 0800 and around 1600 I never heard anything. So I called and they haven t even started on my first car, so I went elsewhere. Today I had an appointment to get some work done and I asked when will the work be done and this guy said it will be done when it s done in a rude way. He s like you re always rushing me to get something done then last time you took two oil changes away from me. I said yes you had one of my cars all day. What am I supposed to do let you keep my car for two weeks. Most people would like a reasonable timeframe. I spent a lot of money with you you guys but never again. Dude had the nerve to say I don t care what you think. Stay clear of this place.

Prompt, quality and professional service every time. Greg is a pleasure to work with. He always finds quality parts at the cheapest rates possible to save me money. I wouldn t consider taking my vehicle anywhere else.

So my wife had an awful experience at this place yesterday, dropped it off to get a quote on an exhaust leak which only needed a new gasket between exhaust and the muffler but he said the flange was no good n quoted $440 cash only to fix it but she's a woman so time to take advantage of her but what he says next on the phone is just a jaw dropper..... Come pick up your vehicle or it's getting towed???? Then when she arrived he gave her the keys and said get outta my shop!?! The only reason she decided to go elsewhere is because he's a cash only business so no paper trail leading back to his tax evading business. Makes one wonder how many ppl he's taking advantage of... Women, old ppl etc. You jus don't talk to customers like that whether they choose you or not.

This place is awful. Took a car there to have a water pump replaced, after walking there in the middle of winter because they were to busy to drive one and a half miles to get me I get hit with a $400 bill. I thought that was high but needed my car, go to give them my visa and was told they don't take cards, how in the heck that a place that does thousands of dollars in repair not take credit cards? After asking them that question they said that they guess they can take it and some how managed to find a credit card sweeper.One the way home the next night my serpentine belt comes off and leaves me stranded again, I have the van towed to the place and I was told that whatever happend was no fault of theirs and they hit me with another $150 bill. That night i'm looking over the two bills I got and find out that they charged me almost $40 for two gallons of antifreeze and didnt even fill the over flow container. Never never go to this place. Very crooked people.

I went in to get my brakes changed, because they were making a funny noise. They had it fixed the same day, and I picked it up the next day. They were very helpful and they had a reasonable price!

Literally the worst experience I have ever had. The owner is completely nuts and seriously needs anger management. I would never bring my vehicle here again, and wouldn t refer my worst enemy to this shop. Run far from this shop and never look back.

Mechanic AND owner were very respectable and I was very pleased after my recent visit. Had multiple things fixed and everything looks and feels great now!!! Definitely going back
