If I could give more stars I would! Brandon assisted me with roadside assistance on the highway which was extremely scary but he made it super easy. He was very professional, fast and extremely helpful. This was my first time using roadside assistance and he made it very easy! I m very appreciative Thanks to Brandon I will be a new regular customer here!

Brett was extremely helpful with getting me scheduled for an oil change. Mallory was knowledgeable when getting me checked in and called with updates while I was away. They definitely have a new forever client.

Other than the fact that you now spend as much for a set of tires as I paid for my first car we re pretty happy. The fact that they look over a few things and give recommendations is good too. Always get good service there and feel respected. Pretty seamless.

From the time I reached out to them, they were kind and very willing to help me purchase the correct tires for my wife's car. They're the experts so I relied heavily on their knowledge. They were having equipment problems and contacted me to reschedule a free service rather than pretending it had been done. Very honest and honorable. Will definitely use their services again in the future.

I bought new tires for my SUV last year from Richlonn's and was pleasantly surprised to find out I get Free Tire Rotations. I was in and out in about 30 Minutes and they even had free coffee.

I was looking to purchase a new set of tires for my pickup truck. I stopped in and talked with Tony about the different options available, he was very knowledgeable. The type of tires that I wanted had to be brought in but this happened in a timely manner. I booked an appointment that worked best for me and they accomidated that. I was impressed that they accomplished the new tire install, along with completing 2 customized requests with zero problems.I highly recommend stopping in and talking with Tony for an honest estimate that they stand behind.

My favorite guys at Richlonn s in Racine have taken care of all of my automotive needs for decades! Everything from regular oil changes, tire rotations and even the stripped bolt holding my license plate!! Today was a new set of brakes and rotors. Rick was amazing and completed this in about an hour!! This entire team is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I don t trust my car to anyone else!!!

Very friendly, courteous staff. Told me my ball joints had some movement in them so the alignment wouldn't be ideal. They gave me the option, with quote, of having them do the work but told me I could also do the work myself or have done somewhere else and come back in for another alignment. They still got my truck aligned as best they could without "selling" me other services. Pretty rare to find a good honest shop. Will definitely be back!

I blew a tire while in Racine for business at 10am. I was able to drop off my vehicle and the crew was able to replace all 4 tires before 5pm on the same day. I was able to pick up my car on my way out of town without a hitch. What great service and professionalism!

Dropped my car off due to a slow leak in one of the tires. Got a call way quicker than I expected that it was just a nail and they had finished patching it. All the employees that I spoke to were kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Been coming to Richlonn s for 20 years. Always get really great service when I bring my car in. They explain things well, answer all of my questions, and are welcoming and friendly. Having Richlonn s as my go-to mechanic allowed me to feel confident owning my last vehicle for 15 years. Thank you!

It was a good service experience unfortunately service always cost money that's the only part I hate about it but very nicely run operation very clean very organized nice waiting area. And I did not feel that I was being taken advantage of or lied to so that's good good overall service I'll be back to you if I need anything further

Clean store. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff. The wait time to get tires was actually much quicker than I expected.
