Last night we drove over a box cutter blade which resulted in a bad flat. I called Racine Tire and they told me to bring the van in and they would try to fit me in right away. Sure enough, they dropped everything the moment I arrived to assess and repair the flat. The three guys that helped us were knowledgeable, the work was done quickly, and the price was MORE than fair. They did not once try to talk me into new tires that I didn't need yet. My 10 year old son was with me and he has such a great experience the first thing he did when he got home was to create a model of their store. I have attached a picture of what he came up with :) 5 star experience all the way! We will be back when we need a new set of tires for our van!!! Thank you Racine Tire!

Husband called for a quote for a full set of tires. Was told if we could come in in the next 15-20 minutes they could fit us in. Stopped by, dropped it off, ran to Starbucks, and it was done when we got back! Quick, efficient, great customer service, and great pricing! Thanks guys!!

Found a nail in my tire. They took me in right away. Pulled the nail, patched the hole. Done in 15 minutes! Awesome job guys! Thank you!

My family did a lot of business with these guys when both Jeff(the owner) and I where a lot younger. I soured on them about 15 years ago when I ordered a set of expensive Michelins with a 700 wear rating and got some soft compound(400) for the same price. The 400s wear a lot faster. This summer I thought I'd give them another shot as Rick had left and Jeff was back running things and they are just up the street from me. The permanent "Help Wanted" sign in front and the homeless looking guys working there should have sounded the alarm in my head. I ordered a set of German made Generals, had them installed on a Friday and on a trip to Kenosha on I-94 that Saturday, I thought the wheels were left loose(lots of vibration). On further inspection, the balance weights from the previous Firestones where still on the rims. I took the car back and they tried balancing but I wound up taking it to my mechanic who had a good laugh at the shoddy work.

Excellent customer service!! We highly recommend Racine Tire for your tire needs and issues. My husband's car had a slow leak and on a whim we stopped. They squeezed us and we were in and out within 20-25 minutes. We chatted with the owner while we waited and couldn't be more pleased! Support local businesses like this one!

After getting a flat tire on I-94, I called Racine Tire & Auto the next morning. Jeff helped me schedule a 4 tire replacement later that same day. He said the tires needed to be ordered and likely delivered between 11:30a and 12:30p. He called me at about 12 noon and said I should come in as soon as possible. I arrived at 12:40p and the tires were installed and ready to go at 1:30p. I was pleasantly surprised that the whole process was completed that quick. The prices were good and I liked going to a local independent shop instead of Walmart or Discount Tire, etc. I highly recommend this business.

First time here. Purchased 4 new tires. Reasonable prices. Can't comment on tire quality until I drive them for a while. They were efficient and pretty quick. Also they got us in the next day. I would recommend this place for tires.

Life savers ! Great service and great price !Called at 450pm on Wednesday when it pouring rain. They took us in without an appt for a quick plug in the front right tire !

I needed new front tires and had an appt for Wednesday but one of my tires would not stay inflated on Tuesday know my way home. I asked if I could park it for the night. Of course they said yes but once I got there he offered to put my new ones on right away! 30 minutes before closing! It was the best thing that happened to me and so appreciated it. They have my service here on out! It's nice knowing there are still good places like this still around! Thank you!!!!

Needed a valve stem replaced, called and they told me to come right in. Not only did they replace the valve stem but they also found a nail that I had no idea was there. All done within 1/2 hour of my calling to ask if they could help. Fast service, knowledge technicians, great price! I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat...

I called right at opening to schedule an appointment to fix a tire, they got me in within the next few hours. I was in and out within 30 minutes for the actual appointment. Extremely helpful and friendly staff!

I had a nail in my tire. They patched it, in and out, Easy repair. Friendly Staff, VERY efficient, 10/10 would recommend getting your tires fixed here.

Been a customer for years; no frills, not a cushy place but fair, fair pricing, honest and good at what they do. When I've had a problem for any cause, I've gotten solid and prompt support. I recommend them to friends and family.

I suddenly had tire trouble during a very hectic week, and several places were too busy to diagnose/fix my tire for over a week. I called Racine Tire and they said to bring it over. 30 minutes after arriving, I drove away with a fixed valve at a reasonable price, and was a very happy customer! I'd highly recommend Racine Tire & Auto.

I gave my friend your name and number to get their new tires put on rims and when they called that person who answered the phone was extremely rude and just said no. Not very good customer service.

Incredibly kind and friendly service! They took the time to talk to me about what may or may not be wrong with my tires (I only had a hunch, but badly needed two of them replaced), made sure I understood everything, and gave me advice on other adjustment services that may be worth seeking that they do not offer. Really impressed!

This is the only shop I use to get my tires serviced, anymore. I've had 3 sets put on here for our car and 1 on the truck. The shop might not look sparkling clean, but I always know I've left the place with a good product and the work has been done correctly. They have always included free rotation and repairs on tires they've installed, which has come in handy. Definitely recommend Racine Tire.

Don't expect soft and cushy customer experience. These guys are all about business, they are on time, provide solid advice and are focused on the job that actually needs to be done. No time for chitchat. I have been there few times already with different vwhicles, and have no problem going back for service again. Definately call ahead to make an appointment.

These guys went above and beyond to help me with my tire. I got there right before closing and they took care of my problem within 5 minutes. All other companies would've tried to sell you something you didn't need. Highly recommend this place.

Dads tire had a bad valve. We called and they were able to fit him in really quickly before they closed. We got there. They fixed the problem and put the tire back on for him, free of charge. Super thankful

Now I know why they almost have five stars on here. The service was awesome. These guys took care of a flat tire in no time. This is definitely my new favorite tire place. I will be back for sure if I ever need service.

They made an apt weeks ago for my sister to get new tires and when she shows up the guy told her the tires aren t even there yet. She s been waiting around trying to figure out what she is supposed to do with a newborn baby in a cold garage. He has to help all these other people and isn t focusing on her. Who has been there for a while already.I Do NOT recommend this place.

Rick has always helped me on the spot. Living out of state but often back in Racine, he has come to the rescue when I stop in with a concern or problem, especially knowing I have a road trip back to Michigan, and looking for peace of mind! Super knowledgeable and honest. Thank you. Will continue to go for any service needs, should I have when back visiting in home town of Racine. Also, I often recommend Racine Tire to family & friends!

I needed to get new tires on my vehicle and didn't know where to go, so I asked a friend, who recommended Racine Tire. I am so glad he did! The guys couldn't have been more helpful. I dealt with Rick and he was able to get my new tires ordered and in the building the next day. Got them on the vehicle and it took less than 30 min at the shop. Not only that but they give you free tire rotations and if there are any problems (nails, etc) you can bring the vehicle in to them and they'll take care of it. These guys are quality mechanics. I will definitely recommend!
