These guys are truly top notch! I drive over an hour to do business with them and I have a Ford dealer 10 minutes from my house. I have bought two vehicles from them and the experience is unlike any I have dealt with. The nicest people that work hard to make the process go as smooth as possible! Nice job again Pocaro Ford!!

My husband and I had a great experience at Porcaro Ford while unexpectedly needing to buy a vehicle . Coltrane was our salesman and was very patient with us. We never felt pressured to buy a vehicle from him. That being said we did purchase a Ford Bronco Sport from Porcaro, which I just love. Coltrane and his manager Joe are awesome at what they do. I greatly appreciated the rental car Joe provided until my bronco was ready. Thanks to you both for all your help.

I was in the market for a newer Mustang convertible. I had traveled to several dealerships but could not find a Mustang with the mileage and features I wanted. I contacted Chris Balke, a Salesman at Porcaro Ford, about a 2021 Eco Premium Mustang. When I arrived at the dealership, the Mustang was detailed and sitting in front of the dealership ready to test drive. Chris was super helpful and laid back. I found the Mustang to be in better condition with lower mileage and price than the other Mustangs I had looked at. I found it impressive that Porcaro Ford provided a free CARFAX report and even though this Mustang had only 10K miles, they had replaced the battery, filters, wiper blades, and changed the oil. In an hour, the paperwork was complete and I gave Porcaro a deposit. In working with Mary Kay, the Finance Manager, I greatly appreciated that she made me aware, but did not push, gap insurance, extended warranties, and other add-ons. When I brought the Mustang home, I noticed a seatbelt holder cover was missing. When I called Chris and told him about this, he said, no problem , ordered the part, and mailed it to me. I am older and have purchased many new and used vehicles. My buying experience with Christopher Balke at Porcaro Ford was one of the best I have had. Thank you, Porcaro Ford!

The service department quickly handled the issues needing to be addressed. They were prompt to get our vehicle in for diagnostic and repairs. They communicated with us through all steps of the process. We were very satisfied with the level of personalized customer service and would recommend them for all service needs.

From start to finish, buying my used Ford Edge was a positive experience. Filled out online that I wanted to test drive a particular Edge. Within a short period of time (same day) I received a call from Coltrane. Set an appointment for the afternoon. Test drove the SUV. Coltrane gave me history on the vehicle , remaining warranty information and figures for purchase with a trade in. My husband couldn't come until later that day. Coltrane stayed past his shift to accommodate our schedule. We test drove the vehicle and worked out a sale. Coltrane was very helpful, professional and friendly. Even when I picked up my SUV the next day he was very helpful with setting up features and explaining functions. Thank you, Coltrane, and Porcaro Ford! Loving my new wheels!

Professional and fast service at an affordable price. Making an An appointment was effortless. Quick lane has pick up and drop Off services Available if requested. Very satisfied five stars!Recently had my F150 serviced for a faulty gear shifter. Randy in the service department is absolutely amazing!!!! Honest, professional, beyond outstanding customer skills, and I could keep on going! I m not happy with what happened to my truck but I m more than happy with my experience with both the service department (Thank you Randy) and the mechanics! I ve had my ford at other dealerships in the area and I ll tell you that no one has gone out of their way to help me as much as the Porcaro fords team has! Porcaro Ford is old school where you take care of the customer, not that the customer is always wrong and you get a bad attitude! 5 star team without if doubt!

This is the best Ford Dealership I've delt with in a long time. I live in Minnesota and found the vehicle I wanted at MSRP price here at Porcaro Ford. Stephan Paulson was our salesman and did a great job with our vehicle buying experience. We got a Maverick and had it delivered to Minnesota for reasonable price. Everything went pretty smooth and I highly recommend this dealership.

Best car shopping experience I ve ever had. I tried several cars before making my purchase. Caeden was knowledgeable and didn t pressure me to make a decision. He just wanted me to be happy with my purchase. He addressed small details I wanted taken care of. Mary Ann was great at explaining the warranty and closing paperwork. I highly recommend Porcaro Ford! Great place to shop for all your car needs!

Ive been a long time customer of Porcaro and was very happy with the previous service I had received for years from the department with Paul and the others. But had been disappointed a few times with service from the Quick service department. I hadn't been there since the mishap with my tires. I recently was there to get my wipers replaced and I noticed new faces again. There seems to have been a big turnover with employees in that department lately and I believe that may have been the issue when I was having my tires done. I will say though that the young man that was at the desk this time was very courteous and I'm satisfied with my wipers. Thank you!

Coltrane took my phone call from Atlanta, GA as we left a dealer who posted a price addendum of $5,000 over sticker on an almost perfect Transit. At Porcaro, It was a Love Supreme as Coltrane s name would suggest. Porcaro had a perfect Transit ready for the taking at MSRP and below with Ford incentives! We are thrilled with the long distance purchase experience with Porcaro Ford!

Service appointment on time. Friendly, professionals (2) at desk. I had some Lincoln app points I forgot about, and the person checking me out, reminded me I could use them. Free car wash a bonus too. The work done was explained in detail. Very pleased with Porcaro and will continue to have my maintenance work done there.

Took my '19 Mustang here with a catalytic converter issue. Worked with Bekah. Kept me informed the whole way, and they had no issues honoring the warranty. Will now being going to Porcaro from now on for all other upcoming repairs. Very happy with how I was treated.

If I could give less than 1 star I would not hesitate.I brought my car in for a diagnosis and warranty claim for repair. My warranty claim was denied for failure to maintain but I was never asked for my service records to prove this was false.When my vehicle was with them for diagnosis, I got a notification from my LoJack that my battery was critically low. I called them to let them know and their response was during diagnosis we hook cars up to the super charger to avoid battery death . Okay cool. A few days later after my warranty claim was denied I went to pick up my vehicle and they told me that my engine was seized and not drivable due to the issue I drove it in for. I went to start my vehicle and it would not even turn over. No lights, no dings, no power. I knew that my engine was not seized. I came back early this week with a new battery and what do you know.. the car runs and drives just how it did before I brought my car there. Run far away from this establishment. Especially Amanda in the service department.

Had my Mustang MachE in for service for a recall. The service writer and the technician both completely understood what needed to be done and my car was returned the next day. Which was 1 day earlier than expected. They always treat me with respect and the work is done well. Thanks for a great experience!

The Service team was amazing! We had a long list of quality issues and never felt like we were abandoned or forgotten. At every turn Porcaro kept us informed as to what was happening and stayed on top of each issue. Customer Service is indeed Porcaro s number one focus.

Jason helped me work out the deal for my Ford Flex and Caeden was there to help me when I picked it up, and explained how everything worked, and was very knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining the many buttons and switches. and Mary Kay was very helpful in getting my coverage for the vehicle and explaining it all.

The entire team at Porcaro Ford is fantastic. Starting from the Service Department (Michelle) helping me with recall repairs on my original vehicle. Because of the phenomenal service her and the service team provided when I decided to purchase new, I went to Porcaro Ford rather than my pervious dealer. I had had the absolute pleasure of working with Sales Associate Chuck Rizzo, my experience was stress free and fun! The finance team did everything to ensure I was taken care of, and I left with a vehicle I love! Having purchased multiple vehicles from other dealers - this experience was like no other --- I strongly recommend!

I would highly recommend going to see Chuck Rizzo at Porcaro Ford. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with what I wanted in a vehicle. He took the time and didn t rush me to make any decisions I was not ready to make. The lovely woman in the finance department worked extremely hard to make sure I got the best financing available to me. She explained everything I needed to know before I left. I could not be any happier with my purchase of my 2022 Ford Escape Titanium! Thank you, my new Ford Family for all you have done!

Had a an appointment set for 11:30am on a sat. They took my car in right away at 11:30, did an oil change and tire change. I was in and out. They quoted me what I was charged and answered all my questions I had. Very respectful and fast! Highly recommend!

I bought my used 2023 vehicle via the internet. The sales person was very helpful and everything went smooth. I paid for my vehicle to be shipped. I was told the vehicle would be clean when arriving. The front interior was clean but the back seat area was not very clean. Whoever was assigned to prep the vehicle for delivery did a half-effort job. Only disappointment considering I was very excited about receiving this low milage truck. Had I lived in the area, I would have had this issue addressed. Hard to complain from 1100 miles away.

With my experience I can say their diagnostic fee is fair. I unfortunately had the work done somewhere else. However, Amanda went up above and beyond her role, and if dealer prices where more reasonable, I would have used them. Amanda made me want to spend the extra money,sadly I could not. Great Job Amanda

0 stars. Beware these people are complete SCAMMERS. Always pay attention to the bad reviews, the good reviews here are FAKE. Jason has to be the WORST car salesman that I have ever came across. He doesn t care about the well being of customers. My sister has two masters and my brother has a PHD and I make more than both of them. I bet you do, greed will end you. Make sure you go to any other dealership than this one unless you like getting ripped off.

I had recalls and alignment completed. Porcaro explained that my car wasn't safe and corrected the issue!! They offered to bring my vehicle to my place of employment! I would highly recommend Porcaro.
