If you value your time, stay away, because they don't. An appointment means nothing. Vehicle not even pulled in until an hour and a half later, while walk-ins were taken first. Then, another hour and 15....to change two tires. Top it off with greasy black finger prints all over the lovely white paint. Do better. Certainly won't be back.

I went there for a noise in my car, turned out it was something simple. They tried telling me I need a lot of other things done on my car. I took it to Wild Rides for a second opinion and was told my car is perfectly fine. Will never go to Midas again. Go to Wild Rides instead.

Don t come here for parts, get things changed. Do not trust these people. Get your oil changes and go. They replaced all 4 struts, my sway bar link and a ball joint. I have already had to pay another mechanic $700 to replace the front struts. Struts I stated did not feel right. The last time I went there was in March 2023. Scott completely dismissed me and made up a lie saying I had to go back to Subaru because the issue was my electric power steering. Guess what, it was not my power steering. They put incompatible parts on my car and didn t know how to fix it so they pushed me off onto someone else. I will probably have to replace the other parts as well. A waste of time and a mental headache. I hope this place shuts down to be quite frank.

I ran over a brake pad in the road. Luckily I was able to drive a bit to get into Midas. They were super busy, but squeezed me in. The tire was ruined. They had the tire I needed in stock. Very friendly and professional service.

I had my alignment done. The next day I noticed it wasn't quite right. I called them and they told me to bring it in and they would be happy to take a look. They put it up on the rack and figured out what it was. Very small issue and they took care of it. Very friendly and understanding the entire time.

Would never go to Midis unless absolutely necessary. They tell you things are wrong with your vehicle when there isn't. They are over priced.

After she went in for an alignment, this Midas store offered a former customer of mine a $25 brake inspection and then gave her a $1200+ estimate for rear brakes on her vehicle when the brakes were worn less than 1%. The brakes were making intermittent noise which consequently I discovered was due to a very small foreign object caught in one drum. Her brake shoes had so little wear, they still had areas that hadn't even begun to wear yet. The salesman who spoke to her on 8/25/14 attempted to convince her this work needed to be done immediately and that she would be in danger of brake failure if she were to even drive home from their shop.I did a full inspection the very next day and found the foreign object and documented the condition of the brakes. The existence of this foreign object meant the Midas technician did not even inspect that brake. I was so bothered by the disparity between what I saw and what she was told I went into the store and spoke to the store manager and the mechanic who looked at the vehicle. I was given an absurd story about a leaking wheel cylinder causing fluid to leak onto the shoes which resulted in the noise; and then, the contaminated brake lining was wearing away from usage, making the noise disappear. After I disclosed that I was a mechanic and inspected the brakes myself finding them to be in like new condition, they refused to speak with me further. There was no leak and I was able to cure the noise with a simple cleaning. The brakes appeared to have been replaced less than 1 year prior. When brake shoes & pads become contaminated with brake fluid, they are permanently contaminated and typically will no longer even provide enough friction to continue to wear down; brake fluid will soak into the porous composite friction material and cannot be removed. If you need brakes take your vehicle to a shop you can trust and don't let the crooks at Midas scare you into spending 3-4 times more than necessary. If you get an estimate that seems ridiculous, trust that instinct and seek a second opinion. The estimate they provided afforded them a markup in excess of 100% over dealer retail prices and labor charges several hours more than book time on the unnecessary work they were advising.

Recommend if you like your time & money to be messed with. Usually don t do reviews but since it s car related it s necessary. A lot of being sent around in a circle. A lot of errors. The last straw has been pulled. They gave me the wrong price up front (huge inconvenience) and had to pay about 200$ more than expect. When Carlos said to me that they would give me 2 free oil changes I accepted and moved on. Mistakes are common. But when I scheduled for the one of my oil changes they tried to charge me and say that didn t happen. Still got a free oil change for yet another inconvenience. Moral of the story: find somewhere more professional and organized. At least my car works I guess.

Obviously these jokers don t care about their customers or their reviews. After being issued an initial quote for the repair they called when they originally promised the work would be done to recommend doing more work. When we declined they changed the estimate and completion time to the end of the day. Once they finished the repair one would think we would be charged the second estimate. I mean if this was a reputable place sure, but alas these highwayman tacked on additional fees. These shadetree techs and services writers are the worst. Stay far away from this group less you want to be robbed.

Should have known better because they had times available sameday. Had issues with my car shutting off immediately after starting and losing power while driving momentarily. After having my battery, alternator and starter test several times at different places with them all saying they were good. I made the HUGE mistake of going to midas. They claimed my alternator was malfunctioning and needed it to be replaced. Parts were were $583, which was normal for the car, and $444 for labor. I dropped it off after 10am and it was ready by noon. Charged me over $200 an hour for labor. Stole a half a bottle cologne out of my center console. The next day went to start my car, same issues persist. Take it back they tell me it's a recall for the issue, call the manufacturer no recall on the issue. Finally they actually look up the issue and says its a computer issue and to contact the dealer. Took over week of my time costing me a rental car and over $1000 to do NOTHING! Paid almost a $100 dollars for a oil change and an inspection of my truck like the brake check, hose check and things like that. I had an appointment and they were running behind which wouldn't have bothered me if they had did my truck right! They didn't even inspect it. I found out my tires are bad and I had a headlight out so I know they didn't even bother to check my brakes, hoses and things like that I will not be going back at all. I even asked the man who checked me out if everything was fine with my vehicle and he stated yes! I used to go here for my oil changes all the time now I will go somewhere else. I have 6 kids that I have to transport in this vehicle I want to make sure it is kept up and on point because that's the only vehicle we have right now! So ya I'm done with them!

Left with my brakes worse then before the inspection. Making a loud grinding noise that it was not making before hand. After waiting 2hrs for the oil change & inspection my son had to go to work so let them know we would have to comeback to get the work done. Will not be back after they would not even look again when I came back & informed them of the grinding...

Thought I had my brakes"guy".Wrong. Sub standard parts.Keep returning for vibrations. Bull speaking liar at the front desk[Scott]tells me I have a leak in a "membrane" in just out of warranty rear brakes. NO SUCH THING! Stay away for these liars.Independent brake check found nothing leaking, just garbage parts. Cheats just trying to get more money out of trusting customers! Would give zero star review but,you must give at least one star to post. Stay away!Service: Brakes

I brought it in for a tune-up. They told me that there was differential fluid leaking from the rear and rear axle service was needed. I come back two days later to drop it off, and they recommended that I get one of my brake lines replaced for an additional $50. They assured me that the brakes were fine, they did the standard checks, and everything was good. They didn't bother to bleed the air out of the new brake line and my emergency light came on as I got 500 feet from the shop. I contacted corporate, and the regional manager got a hold of me a few days later about my experience... never apologized. I demanded that they bleed the air out of the lines, which they should have done in the first place. I waited unnecessarily for 90 minutes. Then, I got pulled aside by the assistant manager for him to tell me the rear bleeder screws are done for (one was clearly lopped off so they couldn't bleed the line they replaced) and that I need new rear pads, new rear calipers, and a flush of the brake systems... another $400 after dropping $1,000 last week??? Especially when you wasted my time and there was no improvement to my brakes??? Never again.Update: In filing a complaint with the State of Wisconsin, Midas offered to add a $50 credit to any future brake work that needed to be done. I let the State know that that sleazy gesture was a slap in the face because at this point, why would I trust them with my vehicle again when they already sabotaged it?Avoid them at all costs! You have been warned.Services: Auto engine tuning, Brakes

I had a tire replaced due to it being damaged from a break issue, which they fixed, the tire they replaced it with had factory issues and the tire walls were faulty, told me it wouldn't cost anything, they changed it and gave me the estimate of 0 dollars, do the work, get word back that it's not covered and in order for me to leave with my car, it would be 232 dollars, but that they would work on getting me a refund, 24 hours later my new tire is going flat, and now I'm skeptical to bring it back because I don't want to pay them for an additional bad tire, I am going to be requesting a refund and taking my business elsewhere from now on. If your reading this I suggest the same as everyone else I told about this has a similar story.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes

First time I took my car there it was because my back breaks were bad, asked them to fix those and do an inspection on the front tires as well, when I got the car back $800 later, my car was still extremely loud. The 2nd time I took my car was for a very specific complaint of my vehicle, I was told fixing the ball joints would resolve the issue, drove the car the next day and the same problem remained $1000 later!!!!!!!!!! I took the car back and was told that they would correct the problem free of charge and when I called to check on the progress, was told about a million other problems that I did NOT ask them to check for!! At this point I just want my car back!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes

Very helpful service. I called ahead to get a quote for the two front tires, and that was the same price I paid at checkout. I had an additional issue with a ball bearing under the tire, they agreed to show me the exact issue and were able to fix the problem in the same day. Now the car drives a lot better and doesn't slowly veer one way or the other while your driving. Very happy with the service, and would probably go back there to get my tires fixed again.

Knowledgeable staff are not only informative but positive and encouraging, without overselling you parts and labor that you don't need. Fair, legitimate prices, and willing to go that extra mile with customer service and helping you find coupons, beating out competitors. Communication is the best I've seen anywhere. I always get my car dropped off and picked up quickly, with all needed work done effectively and efficiently. John and the rest of the staff are always a pleasure to do business with here.
