Went in for a wheel alignment and new tires put on and left paying for other work that I didn't come there for which my bill was over 700 bucks and my car drives crooked I'm holding my wheel sideways to go straight. Next day Saturday I went to another shop who done a correct wheel alignment and gave me a print out off the alignment spec which klamm had me all out of wack and didn't even correct the rear toe of my alignment after purchasing parts that they said I needed for my alignment . These people are careless and a rip off. I'm going to report this place to the better business bureau especially if I dont get some of my money back I had to pay another shop the very next day for a REAL wheel alignment and a rear camber bolt in which klemm should have fixed in the first place. Friday 3 /1/24 ..I was at klemm and Saturday and paid another shop to do the job right for 175 as opposed to spending over 700 bucks . You ain't right klamm ..

Horrible experience. Dropped off our vehicle the night before to make appointment easy. They did an alignment then took it for a test drive. During the test drive the wheel fell off. 4/5 lug nuts fell off in the parking lot where the vehicle was sitting in a pile. This ruined the almost brand new wheel and wheel spacer. They had to put on the spare. We were then charged for two alignments and removing the wheel spacers. Costing $270. This doesn t include the extra $150 we have to pay to replace our wheel. They said that the wheel falling off was our fault. Mind you we drove 20 miles to go to this place with zero problems with wobbles or sounds that the wheel was loose. Unsure if the wheel was tampered with overnight when we left it in their parking lot. Wouldn t know because they have no security cameras to monitor the parking lot that has a lot of vehicles in it. Definitely would not recommend this business.Service: Wheel alignment

I brought my autistic son there after being there once before. I wasn't to happy but I tried to go somewhere I felt semi familiar, and wouldn't take advantage of him after I left. $127.00 to loosen bolts on his tires. Then didn't even finish the job!!! Left him broke and confused. No more people in my life will get brought to you in the future. BTW..My check engine light came on !! WHAT A ABSOLUTEL SCAM!!! DO NOT TAKE THEIR QUOTES AS TRUE, I WAS QUOTED 400-450 FOR PADS AND ROTORS. THE GUY CALLS ME AND TELLS ME 490 SOMETHING IF HE DOESNT NEED CALIPERS... I SAID IF YOU NEED CALIPERS TOO JUST STOP AND ILL TAKE IT ELSEWHERE, I WAS TOLD 400-450 FOR PADS AND ROTORS AND YOU JUST TOLD ME ALMOST 500. SO HE "BRINGS THE PRICE DOWN" TO 450 SOMETHING TO "HELP"... I CALL BACK LATER AND MAGICALLY THE MECHANIC "BROKE A BOLT" SO THEY ORDERED A PARTS KIT ALLEGEDLY, AND HERES THE MAGIC PART... THE PRICE IS RIGHT BACK TO WHERE THEY TOLD ME IN THE MORNING! 490 SOMETHING! WHATEVER I GO IN TO PAY FOR IT FIGURING 500+ TAXES. NOPE!!!! SHOP SUPPLIES ON TOP OF THOSE!!!!!MORAL OF THE STORY IS, THESE GUYS WILL BLEED YOU DRY, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!Invoice number left so they know which customer will not be back!

This is the third time getting an oil change here and the second time they had to keep my vehicle due to not having the correct parts. Not once did they offer a discount or reimbursement for my Uber home and to work the next day. When asked if they had a rental or if they would help with Uber or something comparable they told me no. This was not a spur of the moment oil change this was scheduled out a week in advance (as well as the others have been). Also they never offer to top fluids, for $150 oil change I would expect something. They were not helpful and did not care that I was inconvenienced aside from an apology but still had to pay full price plus Ubers for home work and to pick up my vehicle. Absolute trash!!!Service: Oil change

For the last three years my Nissan Quest has been living in mechanic shops. I would pay thousands of dollars (plural) for my van to NOT be fixed.Come last fall I decided my van was going to be nothing more than a paperweight in the back of a driveway.My mother asked me to try another mechanic, she chose these guys at Klamm Total Automotive.For the first time in 3 years, and less $ than I ve spent ANYwhere else, they absolutely repaired my freaking van.My freaking dream car is back in my possession thank you so much Klamm!!!!!!!Services: Electrical, Auto battery maintenance

If you aren t a regular customer they will rake you over the coals for whatever repair they can and then add some of their own. Went in for new tires those were reasonably priced and then i get a call back with an extensive list of just about every front suspension part needing replacement. I only chose to fix one that they claimed they absolutely had to do for safety even though i had recently replaced many front suspension parts. The day I picked it up I immediately noticed it was making a humming noise that it wasn t before. Took it back and they said I needed a front wheel bearing, kind of odd it wasn't making that before I brought it in and paid $1400 for repairs on the front suspension. Come summertime I try to use my A/C for the first time and it doesn t work, instead of taking it back for what they would claim is a new compressor I decided to look for myself. Low and behold the plug going to the compressor right next to the control arm they replaced was unplugged. Seems like they wanted me to come back?? The plug didn't fall out by chance, I needed just short of a hammer to get it back in fully. I also took my truck in for a simple alignment prior to this and they claimed I needed new $200 lug nuts, wouldn t doubt if they destroyed them and claimed I needed new ones because my car I brought in actually had the swollen lug nuts they claimed and they never said a thing when I got my tires replaced. I understand making money, we all want to make money but you just lost what would have been a lifetime customer because of terrible business practices.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Excellent work and prompt response to any questions prior to mechanical work. Definitely recommend and decent prices for services. Jared was busy with many clients making calls and definitely can tell business is booming but despite that he did not hesitate to assist me or ever keep me waiting. As I mentioned very polite and professional with clients and from the short time I was there organized. My first time there but will return for other automotive work

Went for a wheel alignment, got home too inspect that my sway bar link was off just hanging You would think it would be more professional for them too say something because it was clearly noticeable. Mind you it was on when I brought the car too them, Because I installed everything myself. I also had a second person s opinion at that time too make sure everything was tight and on properly. Also after leaving them my car isn t running properly all of a suddenly it s misfiring and turns over but when you give it gas it turns off Service: Wheel alignment

In the past we have had tire installation, balancing and alignments performed, all were done in avery professional manner at a fair price. Recently an emergency flat tire was repaired promptly and efficiently. They also took care of an exhaust system repair on my Wife's BMW. I was recommended to Klamm, my car needed wheel barrel. I was told I needed to replace them both by another automotive place, took my car in Jerad was very nice, pleasant & honest, he looked at my car and said you don't need both. But gave me the option. I love the fact this business was honest & reasonable. If you looking for good quality work on your vehicle I recommend klamm.

Was recommended to go to this shop for an alignment. Dropped off the vehicle and waited for 2 hours before we got a call that several issues were found with the car and that it could not be done. After picking up the vehicle, upon further review, there was only one minor problem that could cause them not to align the vehicle. We also got charged a fee that we were not told about, but apparently it's on a sign inside the building. Talked to the owner about our frustration and was talked over and basically told that my husband didn't know what he was looking at. My husband has been an automotive technician for over 10 years!!! Very rude and poor customer service! Also, if you don't replace what they tell you to then they will not fix your vehicle. I guess they like to make money by making people pay for other parts that aren't even broken. What a joke!

They were friendly, fast and efficient. There were a couple things outside of the immediate problem they discovered but did not push me to fix those right now and focused on getting my car safely running. They even came and picked me up when I said my ride wouldn t be available for another couple of hours (thought he it helps I love just down the road). Definitely will be going there in the future.Service: Engine repair

I came in to have my air pressure check as I had a light on. He told me it would be $20 to fix the tire if it had a nail. I agreed. No nail. The pressure was hight. He wanted to charge me $36. I ended up paying him 20 something to let air out of my tires. He said he tried to reset the light and that's what cost $36. I didn't ask for a reset only a pressure check.Service: Tires

Got me in on short notice with some suspension issues and I was in and out in a few hours and to be honest, the car hasn't driven that nice in a long time, and that's saying something for a car with over 200,000 miles.Highly recommended.

This is the only place that I (and tell others to) take vehicles for alignment work. If they tell me that something needs to be fixed, I always feel that it is an honest assessment. I do a lot of my own automotive work and I never feel pressure from them to have my vehicle repaired there if they find something that needs to be fixed. I would definitely call them when there is a repair that is over my head. The best part is that they are very friendly and treat you like a person, not just someone that they can push extra repairs on.

Highly recommend. These guys have gone above and beyond anytime I've brought my truck to them. They are professional, informative and decently priced.As a female with a background in racing and mechanics, it's easy to know when I'm being ripped off. You won't find that here.If you're looking for an honest mechanic, Klamms is the place to go.

Had an appointment for an alignment at 9:00 am, got there at 8:50 am. Was told they were running behind and it might be a little late, they finally got my car in the shop around 10:30, came out after 5 minutes to say I needed a new lower ball joint on the passenger side, charged me $35 just to make me wait almost 2 hours and not even get my alignment done. I'd rather go to homeless Joe under the hwy 20 bridge next time.

I have had them fix several issues on my 2010 jeep liberty.Excellent customer service with competitive prices.This is definitely my goto shop when I have issues with vehicles I don't feel comfortable fixing myself

Fast, Friendly, Fair, and always Fixed.Klamm is my favorite auto repair facility. They are the best auto repair shop I have ever known in terms of quality and service. There has never been a time where I had to wait days to get in for repair, and they always have delivered top quality service at a fair price. I believe they have world-class experienced and trained technicians. I trust them with my vehicles because above all I think they will never allow one of my cars to leave in an unsafe condition, which is important as I drive older vehicles. I really can't say enough good things about Klamm. They have taken us in right away (without appointment) when we have had emergency repairs where a vehicle has barely made it there with a tires going flat fast or brakes failing, etc.

I recently brought my truck there to get an alignment and they showed me some things that needed to be taken care of before the alignment could be performed. I highly recommend them and this is coming from a technician/previous service advisor. Fair people and awesome service!

My Husband and I have been a customer of Klamm's for a while now and have never had a bad experience. The owner and employees are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. There were several times we brought our vehicle's to them with concerns and after checking them out they were unable to find anything wrong. I know a lot of places that would have charged us for stuff that they never did or invented things just to make money. we love and respect everyone at Klamm's and will never take our vehicle's to anyone else. When you find the best the heck with the rest. Thank you Klamm's keep up the awesome work.

I took my minivan for some simple wheel alignment, they charged me nearly $500. Dollars, all fraudulent charges including charging for shop supplies?, micelanous?, first aid supplies?, Knee pads? even the receptionist asked the scammer guy: " are you going to charge that much?" The scammer guy replied: " yes".

Lousy customer service. Was recommended to them. Wasn't willing to negotiate labor rates because I had my own parts. Who jacks up the labor rate because you have your own parts? I personally wouldn't recommend them to put air in a tire. Sad to turn away work over petty stuff.
