Clips were missing, the door isn t flush with the quarter panel, inside the door was also missing clips damage to the trim because the auto body workers can t take their time. Just bad handling.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They have had my vehicle for three months and have not touched it for at least 2 months. Keep getting the run around. They said they can only work on it 2.5 hrs a day. It s a 20,000 dollar job why sit on it. I truly believe they can t fix it because I was also told by the estimator that they have never done jobs is extensive they replace panels that s it. You guys are a collision repair facility. If you cannot provide the collision service you should not be in business. I am recommending to my insurance company which is state farm that they drop you from their premier list or their contract with you and move on to somebody that can.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've recieved nothing but the best care here and if you can choose where to take your car after an accident, I'd highly recommend Gerber Collision. I'm 1 year out from my accident and had problems with water in my tail light, took it in to have it replaced due to the lifetime warranty and they have already ordered the part and let me know when it is expected to be in and get fixed!During my accident they were also nothing short of amazing as they gave me continuous updates on the work they were doing as it was completed and an accurate timeline of when it was to be completed. This was hands down the best expierence I've ever had getting my car repaired and I can't recommend them enough.

I made an appointment with this company to have an estimate on my vehicle. I explained what I needed, I ask questions, we were on the same page so I thought. Nope not at all they need a some kind specialist present to do my estimate. Meanwhile I hold up my end with being on time when we scheduled, bringing in the appropriate papers. I was pleasant when they could not find my reservation. I waited patiently. My frustration is that I took the day off work to have this done. Very unorganized and didn t care that I was inconvenienced. You will not get a good review from me. I will not reschedule with them. Costomer service not up to par. Sorry

Disappointed that my car still has a black mark on passenger door that was supposed to have been fixed. This is even more disappointing, as they had my cat more than a few days due to the wrong parts being ordered, there should be no reason this wasn't completed. I wouldn't go back, not send anyone there.

My third and last time here. Car was damaged during the repair and repairs were done poorly. They had to fix their repair and damage. Thankfully I had video of the car before I brought it in to prove the damage was from them. Three trips and it was finally repaired. Quality assurance and communication are sorely lacking.

Amazing service, 10/10 recommend. Wrecked my front bumper in a snow bank, took it and got an estimate, got it fixed for a good price while only taking 2 days. You re also able to get updates which is really nice. Very friendly staff as well!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My car was in the shop for 5 months not all at this place but when I got my car from them within 16 miles my check engine light on and car kept dying. Very dangerous when I have my kids in the car

Easily one of the best experiences I've had at an auto body shop. The manager was professional and kept me up to date on what was going on with my car. If I ever need their services again (hopefully I won't) I'll definitely return.

My husband spoke with them after I was in an accident. He drove it to the shop, they took pictures. The next week we were able to drop the car off after hours on Monday. Tuesday I was called with an update as well as Thursday. I will be getting all call 2x A week until the car is,done.

I was in the hiring process at this company and they had initially hired me and basically screwed me around for 10 days and when it came down to really starting for them 1. They didn't have the resources to have me come on as a full time tech, the total average of body shop hours was 108 for 3 techs. 2.The management that hired me couldn't even tell me themselves that I was no longer hired, basically not hired because I pointed out the fact that there was no hours available for me to have work. 3. So their delay in hiring me cost me another opportunity for a better job than this one, when they were being so apprehensive in the hiring. 4. This company doesn't want to pay a real technician what their worth, and their signing bonus is probably a myth, I asked about it and the impression I got was they are apprehensive to pay.So in conclusion I don't recommend a tech that has journeyman experience to go work for this company based in the 4 reasons I stated. So when you're in the hiring process be really aware that there is no hourly guarantee, that you will be asked to bring your tools and split whatever hours that the shop currently averages, which in my case was 108 hours to be split by 3 people. Say hello to Shane, and Carl, especially if you're interviewing in the Racine Wisconsin area. They also give you a speal that they are all about their employees, the experience that I received was their all about themselves and when they wanted me to have my customers come to them and they low balled me at 2%, what a kick in the sack.
