Left my car at noon for a slow leaking tire, I was told it would be done by 4:30 when I got off of work. I show up and am told that my car "is next in line". Just ended up leaving. I understand you are busy but under promise over deliver. Took it to the dealership and was done within 30 minutes and not even charged. Will not be returning.

I've tried to book appointments many times over the last 3 years. ALWAYS get a call back, "we only have one tech, we're open Sundays but don't work on vehicles, we need your car for 3 weekdays." no matter the service requested. The only reason to overpay for Firestone is weekend availability. You need to update the online appointment slots, doesn't matter if they're open because they're useless!

I got a alternator and battery installed a yr ago. After I received my vehicle back it wasn't starting when it got cold outside. I took it back several times and they kept telling me it wasn't nothing wrong. Which I had to call roadside assistance every other day to get a jump. Which cause me to be late for work, kids late to school or picking them up. So, going into this year when it started getting cold and the samething happening again. I took it to them and they had it for a day or so and called me and said it was the battery. Which cause me to have to get it towed and a rental for a week. Which I didn't have the funds for neither. That also put me in a bind where I have to pay people who let me borrow the money because I needed my vehicle...I'm a single mother with a disabled father and it was hard to try and manage for that week.I would never use their place of business again. Also, they showed no care and I believe since I'm a woman that I didn't know about cars.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. I set up my appointment online to get my tires changed. When i get there i am told they could not put the tires on for me due to the fact that the tires were not shipped to their location. Was not told that prior to the location. Wasted my time driving there. Also, the place is a DUMP. Do they not clean the shop? I get it it's a tire shop but having trash and garbage right away made me uneasy about the place. The manager was dressed very unprofessional. Was just not a good experience all around. Went down to discount tire and they could get me in that day and done within an hour. Highly recommend Discount Tire over Firestone. Do better.

Needed new tires and I thought one rim as I had one tire losing air daily. Honda had looked at the tire several times and could not find a leak. Jim suggested having his team check the tire since I was there and they found a leak. Tires I want are out of stock but at least I will not be filling my tire up daily! Thank you!

Good service. But phone calls need work. Leave you on hold too long. Just like anywhere workers being spread too thin.

Took my truck in two weeks ago for a vibration and whining noise around 40mph. They diagnosed and replaced the left front wheel bearing. I got my truck back and the vibration and noise was the same. After throwing $600 into the truck and still having the same issue I decided to bring it to another shop for a fresh look. The new shop diagnosed and replaced the right rear wheel bearing and problem was solved. Firestone did offer to take another look before I brought it to the 2nd shop but I had no trust in them. I was afraid I'd be throwing more money into a problem the Firestone techs couldn't identify. Morale of story is to get a second opinion. A few months ago they did my brakes, they did okay with that.Services: Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

Long time customer and the last few years the level of experience, professionalism and communication has become awful. The indifference and lack of accountability is appauling.Aug 11 I had my car in for inspection & repair for a front left shimy with hard braking. No major issues found however the left cv boot was torn and so I agreed to have it replaced sooner than later to avoid more extensive damages. I was notified that during the repair the abs sensor was damaged and that a new one was being ordered and expected to arrive August 15. Date came & went as did the following 2 days. All days I had to call for updates from the shop. On Thursday the 17th #6 days after they damaged the abs sensor) we were told "We need to order the right part" on Friday we were told the part would be there Saturday and to stop in for a quick repair. That turned into leaving the car for an all day affair. We called at 4pm for an update and we're told 15 minutes. After 5pm we received a call letting us know the vehicle was ready. Upon pickup I asked the sales manager for an explanation of the situation and was told "I guess they didn't make it a priority". Also told that "don't take this the wrong way but we have a lot of customers". When I went to recap my frustrations said sales manager busied himself shuffling papers and avoided any additional interactions. Of course the manager was gone for the day. The original shimy with braking is still an issue!!!

I have never been so disappointed with a Coporation. I went into this store to get my brakes done, 850 dollars later I still don't have brakes, I have a brake line leak which no one seen while I got the brake service done. I am also missing my master cylinder cap and still haven't received another one. I have called the customer service number after filing a complaint about March 15 on the store manager Jim, and my experience in this store and I still haven't heard anything back. I was told I went back into the store March 27 which never happened, I was told my claim was resolved when no one has reached back out to me. And after each "48 hour wait" I have to wait another 48 hours to not receive even a phone call back! I have 2 small children, one of them special needs to where I need to take her to many doctor appointments as far as almost 2 hours away due to her disability. This is outrageous.Service: Brake service & repair

Unfortunately, they weren t able to get us in until the following day so we went elsewhere. We tried one down on 75th St. by Highway 31. They got us in within 10 minutes and then 30 minutes we were gone and everything was perfect.

Was pretty pleased with my visit besides 1 thing, I had tires put on was charged for an alignment although no adjustments were made. I understand it takes time to set the vehicle up for an alignment but when it comes to tires a check should be performed as a courtesy n if adjustments are made then charge for the alignment. Maybe that's just me but the shop I use to work at would do it that way.

Not impressed with the lack of hours. Still had tires done & then found out needed more work done, odd since it was just repaired. Thankfully it was under warranty from a reputable place that backs their work. Had it towed to the other place to be fixed. Discount Tires can not be helping this place.

Was having A/C problems and narrowed it down to the compressor or clutch. I brought in the vehicle and was called and told that it can't be a stuck clutch because it's an electric clutch, which is completely untrue, and that the refrigerant being low was the problem. I was then called back later in the day and told the compressor was broken and needed replacing. They replaced the compressor twice over several days and said they needed more time. I needed the car back and said I would drop it off at a later day. They left a brand new compressor in the car, and it was broken. I had to then bring the car back and leave it there several more days to have more technicians look at it. They then told me it was a broken compressor, AFTER I BROUGHT IT BACK AND SAID IT WAS BROKEN AGAIN, and replaced it. I was charged more than I was told the at the first drop off and offered no compensation for them keeping my car for nearly 2 weeks. The A/C tech, who is also the manager, is incompetent and couldn't tell if an A/C compressor is broken, nor could he even do his job and diagnose the compressor in the first place (which I did at home with no tools and told them it was the problem in the first place). Over $1000 for a compressor replacement, and over $100 for an oil change/replacement of 1 wiper/battery terminal cleaning. Overpriced, poor service, incompetent staff, very slow. Never use this place for anything unless you want to pay to have your vehicle in worse condition than you drop it off in!Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Went to get an alignment and oil change. When I got my car back the oil was barely touching the dipstick the next day (no previous leaks or burning) and the car pulled even worse. Had a friend who works on cars take a look and he says it looks like they didn't even touch the car to do an alignment. Very unacceptable considering I paid over $140 for these servicesServices: Wheel alignment, Oil change

They charge way too much. They wanted $1,000 for a four pad, four rotor brake job. I got it done for $550 at Fuzzy's. I heard them tell someone it was $98 for a full synthetic oil change, Scrub-A-Dub charges me $65. I would go to this place only if I had to.

This used to be a great shop but its declined to the point where I will never go back again. Set an appointment ahead of time, bring your car and be prepared to wait all day or even next day before anything gets done. I brought my car in for a simple tire repair/replacement at the appointed time and hours later they still hadn't even looked at it. When I went inside the woman told me they were busy because a sale was going on. When I told her I made an appointment ahead of time I got an "oh well" response. The same response I got when I asked for my keys back and told her I wouldn't be returning.Previously I went there for a diagnostic and they told me I needed a catalytic converter replaced. They didn't have the parts and said they would order them and then I could bring the car in for repair. Parts came I made an appointment to bring it in when they opened at 7. Dropped it off, went to work, got off at 5 and had to wait another hour in the shop while they finished it. When it was done it was a bit noisier than before but I accepted it because I was sick of waiting.I've never had the quick turnaround that people in other reviews talk about. Parts I could pick up at Autozone down the street take them days to get. That would be fine if the work done was of a high quality, but its not. Parking brake line now dangles after a repair job, I've lost 2 wheel hub covers from them because they don't put them back on tightly and there's a grab bag of mismatched lug nuts on my tires. Also it seems that you're always paying extra for stripped or broken bolts or bleeder screws with every repair. That's really the point of my dissatisfaction with this location. Even with an appointment it may take days to do even a simple tire repair. They don't honor their appointments and the work is adequate at best. Don't be surprised to hear "we'd like to keep it for a day or two" while walk ins seem to take precedence over appointment work.I love the Firestone brand and I'll find another shop to do my work. I would never go to this location again or recommend it to friends and family.

I've been in a few times since I moved to the area, starting with an oil change. I got a great deal and friendly service, so I took it in again when something seemed off with my brakes. They did a full inspection of my car for free. I took it in again just the other day to have some issues addressed, and was beyond pleased with the service I received. The staff are very honest in differentiating what is required for safe driving, and what is recommended for optimal driving, which I am extremely appreciative of. Fair prices, friendly service - highly recommend!

Worst experience ever! Very unprofessional! I Had to leave my car overnight because they couldn t figure out how to reinstall my battery correctly after removing it to give me a price on a new one. When I picked it up the next day it had scratches throughout the passenger side and rear of the vehicle and I can t get anyone from the corporate office to call me back. Not to mention the damage that they did to my rims when installing new tires.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have very fair prices that can't be beat anywhere else. Ed and his team took care of my wife's tires in record time. The warranties offered are well worth it. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This is one of the two places in town that I trust taking my car to. I once asked for 4 new tires to be put on my car. Upon my arrival home, the mechanic called and told me 2 of my tires were in really good shape. Now that's honesty!!! Most mechanics would've just changed the tires and taken my money. They explain everything in easy to understand language. They also can get your vehicle in for minor and major repairs rather quickly. They even stayed late one night to get my vehicle done as I needed it the next day. (It needed a lot if work done on this occasion) My neighbors have also started taking there vehicles there as well because of the great customer service, honesty and fair prices.

Went in for a vehicle inspection, and I paid them $30 to make my brakes squeal horribly, the left rear drum has major issues now only after they attempted, and failed, to remove it. The entire staff is unskilled and uneducated in basic auto mechanics. They quoted me over $400 more then the actual dealership with trained techs. Complete hacks avoid this place like covid if you don't want to be scammed.

I was having difficulties getting tire quotes for 2 rear tires. I tried Farm & Fleet (who wouldn't even answer the phone or call back) and Walmart. They both didn't seem interested in selling me tires and I was getting very frustrated. A family member suggested FIRESTONE and I went online. I was super impressed with the ease of getting an "out the door" quote and was able to set up an appointment for the following day. My vehicle was done fast, the staff was friendly and informative. I can't say enough about how great the customer service was. They turned what was a very frustrating process into a great experience. They didn't pressure me to have extra services done, they stuck by their original quote and they provided excellent customer service. I will never go to Farm & Fleet or Walmart for tire services again. Their pricing was also comparable to what I seeing from their competitors.

I was recently told by another company that I needed all new brakes and rotors and it would cost me $992 and that I needed to do that asap as my back brake pads were almost grinding on metal. I took it to Firestone, where I had always taken my past vehicles and they advised me that I did not need the new brake pads, and they also found a nail in my rear tire and repaired that right away. Needless to say, I will never go anywhere else. These are very honest people and they are so wonderful to work with!
