I got a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from E &J Auto and am very satisfied. I had a lot of questions because I really don t know much about cars and every time I text Eric, he would reply right away. Sometimes I texted him past business hours and he would respond.I wasn t sure which car to buy and he asked me what my personal needs were and gave me his professional advice which worked out perfectly for me.The car is very neat, and when I run the vin number, they had inspected and maintained the car really well. I have no issues with the car, it drives well and I got a really good price for it. What I value most is Eric s honesty and sincerity, which is rare among auto dealers.

Spent the good part of a month looking for a good used car. Came across a car at this used car dealership. Was a bit skeptical of buying a car from a used dealer, but these guys changed my impression.Eric was super helpful, knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. We ended up with an awesome deal and he was quick to respond to my follow-up questions. We drove an hour from outside of Chicago to Racine, WI and it was totally worth it. We would do business with them in a heart-beat.

E & J Automotive Sales deserves more than 5 stars. My husband and I bought our Chevy Volt from them. Like many reviews state, it was just a pleasant experience. Eric is so knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The car was exactly what we were expecting, no surprises.However, it s easy to have a great experience when everything goes as planned. After our purchase, we had some minor issues and reached out. Eric responded right away. I took the car in and was provided a loaner car to drive home. After fixing the issue, Jonathan delivered the Volt directly to our place. They turned a could have been poor experience into an opportunity to shine.Excellent dealership that goes beyond great customer service - they provide hospitality. My husband and I would absolutely recommend.

Hands down the best used car dealerships in Racine! There s a reason this place is accredited by the BBB.The owners of E & J Automotive Sales were very knowledgeable and honest about all of the vehicles for sale. You can tell they put in a lot of effort to sell reliable vehicles. They also have some of the best prices around! Highly recommend shopping here for a used car

My husband and I purchased a 2011 Chevy Eqininox from these guys. After going to several different used car lots, we found the best prices on very reliable vehicles here. The guys were very helpful and friendly. We have had our truck for about 4 months now, and we still love it!!! We have been considering getting another vehicle, and if we do, we will definitely be going back to E & J Automotive!

Absolutely the best car buying experience I've probably ever encountered in my 30years of owning vehicles. I'm located about 35 minutes from the dealership and found a vehicle I was highly interested in,being a decent drive from my home I reached out to the dealership with many questions about the vehicle .Eric promptly answered all my questions and concerns with no hesitation. As I pulled up to the dealer Eric politely greeted me,and knew who I was based on our several conversations throughout the week.the jeep was exactly as promised and advertised, there were no surprises with the vehicle whatsoever. Honestly the vehicle was better then my expectations.. Over the years I have dreaded buying a New vehicle all the back-and-forth Nonsense spending all day at the car dealership. Getting frustrated, wanting to leave, Buying a new vehicle should be exciting and a fun experience. But most car dealerships ruin that part. That was not the case here. Everything went extremely quickly being a Saturday. I was not able to get to the bank and I work a lot during the week. And had no idea how it was gonna get down to Racine to purchase the vehicle. With my hectic workschedule. Eric personally brought the vehicle to my home. Did the paperwork in my driveway? And we were done in less than 15 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this car dealership to absolutely anybody looking to buy a decent car at a fair price can be treated extremely professionally, thanks again, Eric.

I have to say that I had the best service of buying a car from the dealer. I reached out to them over facebook and set up a time to go look at the vehicle. Went the next day they were open to look and test drive. Eric had the car ready when I got there introduced me to Jonathan his partner as well, he went through the whole car with me . Very polite great customer service. The next day, then brought my husband to do the same . We were in and out with in 45 minutes . Process was the best we ever had. Thank you so much for the awesome experience Eric.Deb

5 stars. E & J is originally from Kenosha as I understand, providing incredible service, selection, and filling the extremely large void for QUALITY used car options in the heart of Racine.Make no mistake, these are used cars and as such, you may need to spend a bit after the purchase to shore up for the long term. As with most all vehicles they will last as long as you treat them well. Mine was no different, I purchased a 2018 Chevy Trax. Shortly thereafter, I had a couple worn hoses replaced, fluid replacements, tire changes, and within the next 10,000 miles some front end maintenance. All this for a 95000~ mile car at about 11k$ and I have to say I am completely satisfied.The owners were nothing but friendly and informative from the moment we shook hands. I am not well versed in car purchasing procedure but I will hands down say of all experiences I ve had, this was the best without a doubt. Never once did I feel pressured, never once did I feel deceived.If you visit here with reasonable expectations they will be more than exceeded.Great Cars, Great People.

Eric was absolutely amazing to work with! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he sold me and super honest about the recent work done. The transaction was quick and easy and I drove away in a new (to me) SUV in less than an hour. Thank you, Eric! I appreciate you!I would also like to point out to anyone that knows about the old owners of this lot and are leery about going here. This is NOT them! E&J Automotive are the new owners of the lot and, from what I can tell, they sell quality used vehicles. You wont be disappointed. Im not!

I've owned lots of cars so I know none of them are perfect so I reached out when I saw something that interested me. One of the owners (Eric) was super prompt getting back to my Facebook messager request for vehicle information. As an out of the area shopper he helped me feel confident about the value for the purchase. I'd definitely recommend E&J.

E & J Automotive Sales, LLC 1225 60th Street Kenosha, WI. 53140 is the place where I made a recent purchase of a used automobile and I have been pleased overall with my buying experience there, because the owners were honest and straightforward with me throughout the process of mypurchase, and it was definitely worth the expense and time to visit their business.I also am convinced, because of my experience, that theowners are exceptional and certainly much better than somany others in the business that I have met over a period of decades in car buying for both new and used vehicles.Also, I am happy to say that after my purchase of the vehicle,I drove the car back to my home state at a distance of over 500 miles without any serious issues, while on the highway, and thatsays much to me about the service and vehicles sold at E & J Automotive Sales, LLC. 1225 60th Street, in Kenosha, WI. 53140.I would recommend this Used Car Dealer to other prospective buyers that are seeking a maintained, reliable, and sound, Used Vehicle, and I would buy a vehicle from them again, because it was indeed an excellent buying experience, flawless, and distant return road trip back home for me to my home state, but certainly worth the effort!
