This is the only place I take my car other then the dealer for warranty covered issues. I like the fact that they are always honest about your car maintenance. They also do emissions testing. Friendly and treat there customers right. Will continue to keep on going there.

I bought a Barn find Car.. That had been sitting for 10+ years ..after doing multiple repairs just to make it drivable, I drove it 600 miles home to southeast Wisconsin.. Soon after getting it back the rear brakes started seizing up intermittently..I was unable to remove the drum, so I brought the car to Durand automotive..They took care of me.. Completely fixed the Issue at a fair price..Definitely recommend this place to anybody in Southeast Wisconsin

Stopped at Durand automotive center for an emission testing after finding out how many automotive centers and repair shops no longer perform them and was grateful to find out they still did because the entire process was fast and simple I was in and out in less than 10 minutes the information was immediately sent to the DMV and I was able to renew my plates right after plus the lady who helped me was very kind and friendly so I would like to thank Durand automotive center for all their help.

Haven't had to have any repairs done here yet, but I can say they're a convenient place to go for emissions. Will definitely try these guys out if and when I have car problems.

Drove into Durand Automotive Center unannounced without a reservation, waited about 5 minutes, another previous inspection was being done. They then took my keys, tested my car, passed and was on my way all less than in 10 minutes after my arrival time. Lady who performed test was welcoming and very pleasant. It was a quick and excellent experience.

Since we have relocated to Racine, we have been taking our vehicles to Durand. We have been able to trust Durand and found they are able to manage any issue we bring in, both efficiently and effectively. Renee is always completely honest and transparent with us. She offers phenomenal customer service, understanding our needs, although we don t speak car . We trust Renee and know she always tries to offer us out the best she can. With a large family, having a mechanic you can trust means a lot. Durand is an auto shop that shows integrity and care for the customer. They have a solid skill set in the trade and have never let us down. I give them my highest recommendation.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto emissions testing, Oil change

Holy smokes, what a great place. My tailpipe was super rusted and falling apart. I brought my car here and they gave me a quote. I went to pick up my car and was told that they found my parts cheaper and they charged me $200 less than I was initially quoted. They could have charged me the full amount and kept the difference. Not a ton of honest people out there, but I m glad I found some at Durand automotive. I will for sure bring my car back here for any future needs. 10 stars!!!

Got in and waited a couple of minutes. I was here for emissions testing which starts at 8am. 1st come 1st served. Very fast and courteous. I would go here again.

Three words describe Durand Automotive Center... "Incredible Customer Service". Every time I go in there the lady behind the counter is friendly... talkative... and seems to care about your issues and why you are there. I go there every time I need an emissions test... I am done in 10 minutes. And it is finished with a thank you and a smile. They always take care of me. I highly recommend Durand Automotive Center!

Brought both of my vehicles here for emissions testing. Staff was friendly, efficient, an there was a clean, contemporary waiting area. Testing completed in just a few minutes and my vehicles were brought right to the door for me. Excellent service, highly recommend.

If you're looking to do an emissions test, this is your place. I was turned down at Jiffy Lube, and other auto shops before finally being recommended Durand Auto. I will say it was painless, and quick! they also got me my sticker for my license renewal that same day. The blonde lady that works there (sorry forgot her name) is super sweet and legit no hassle abt getting us in and out of there. Will def be going there from now on!Service: Auto emissions testing

You definitely don't find places like this around much anymore. Good, honest, dependable, knowledgeable and most important...affordable. Every time my wife and I take our cars here we always know that they're going to do a great job and are not going to take advantage of us financially like a dealership typically does. We always feel appreciated whenever we come here for our car repairs. I needed an emissions test for my vehicle. It was my first time here. They were friendly and fast. I waited safely in the lobby while the test was performed. The whole process took about 5 minutes since I walked in. Thank you for fast service.
