Very friendly guy believe name was Tony. He help me get what I wanted. And was up front and honest and he was amazing to just sit back with and talk. For sure will be doing business with him again... very pleased

I'M FROM ILLINOIS AND HAD TO TRAVEL TO WISCONSIN TO BUY ME A MOPED AT CLASSIC SCOOTERS. GOT THERE AND MET WITH TONY WHO HELPED ME FIND THE RIGHT MOPED AT A GREAT PRICE . IT WAS HARD THE PICK ONE, BECAUSE I LIKED ALL OF THEM. THEY EVEN PUT IT TOGETHER AND SHIPPED IT BACK TO MY HOME IN ILLINOIS. IF U ARE LOOKING FOR A SCOOTER OR MOPED, TRY THEM FIRST.

I cannot even begin to explain how amazing Tony service was! I went there completely nervous and didn t know anything about what I wanted. All I knew is that I wanted a scooter!! The customer service that I received was beyond what I was expecting. He took his time and didn t make me feel like I was just a sale to him. Any questions that I had he answered and even made me feel comfortable. He didn t just sell me a scooter he sold me how it genuinely he is a person. If you are looking for your first scooter or another scooter to buy I highly suggest that you come here. You will not leave disappointed. His prices are reasonable and he knows his knowledge. It was worth the trip driving up there. I don t regret my purchase!!

I bought my first scooter here in 2016 it was a buddy 150 and I loved it,tony is a great guy to work with So for that reason I came back this summer and bought a beautiful wolf 300 and my brother also bought a scooter! So if your looking I suggest go to classic scooter, iI had an amazing buying experience and they know what they're talking about. I would 100% recommend to anyone

Purchased a Hooligan 170 at a different dealership. Thought I'd give this place a chance to do 500 mile oil/check up. Was offered a 400 dollar package as the valves should be adjusted? Was told its a big job. Motor needs to come out to do job. After 5 mins of research, was shocked it's more of a 15 min job, and motor doesn't need to come out at all? Beware the SCAM!!!

Amazing customer experience - even picked me up from the train station. Bought a almost brand new 2013 buddy 50cc at an amazing price. Headlight bulb didn t work and took it upon himself to personally pay for the service at a different scooter repair shop. 12/10 customer service and made kept in contact to make sure everything was fine and dandy. Tony is the best dealer in the Midwest and I couldn t recommend anyone else besides him. Thank you tony for the amazing customer experience and for the great deal on my buddy scooter!!!

Just have to say that after five years of owning a lance 125 from this place they just did a full service and it may just run better than when it was new. In addition they re super nice and the owner actually helps me load and unload it each time I m there which has only been twice. That being said he also remembers my and my wife s name who really own the scooter. Too notch place!!

Just traded in my previous scooter that I bought from Tony a few years ago and purchased two new ones, for my daughter and a bigger one for myself. Highly recommend Tony, he s easy to work with, very reasonable/fair, and extremely knowledgable on all things scooters! Happy riding!

Classic Scooters is the best place for scooter repair and service. Was having issues with one of my BMS Chelsea scooters and they went above and beyond to fix it. Great customer service with Tony. Also, pick up and delivery to my remote location in Delavan was fantastic through Keith. 5 stars and double thumbs up.

Came in with a scooter that was completely totaled, and left with a slightly used one for a good price! Worked with Tony. Very nice man. Gave us a free pair of goggles as well! Overall great experience here!

I have never had such good customer service from any mechanics in my life. These guys are knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about scooters, and they go the extra mile because the quality of their work matters to them. The prices for repair work are extremely reasonable, and although I haven t purchased a scooter from them yet, I very much plan to do so next spring. On my way out today, I was trying to put my receipt into the bucket under my seat, to find that the latch to open the seat wasn t functioning- they went ahead and fixed the latch for me on the spot in 5 minutes, free of charge. I hope my moped has no further issues, but I can rest easy knowing that if it does, Classic Scooters USA has my back and will get it back on the road and working better than ever.

Scammer, sold me on a $400 tune up package for my Honda scooter and did absolutely nothing to it. When I went back to tell him, he compared his mechanic to be "more honest than Jesus", which is a ridiculous thing to say. Tony is a salesman, and untrustworthy.

I bought two scooters from Classic Scooters USA. This is a first time purchase for my husband and I. It was such a great experience. As new riders, we appreciated the tutorial of how the bikes worked, as well as the assistance in getting them loaded into a trailer.Riding them was a dream too. If anything, the quality was understated. And the tips for getting started as a new rider were spot on.Thank you, Tony & Rick, for the great experience!

Ok this is a little long but I will make it as brief as I can. I went moped shopping this summer and found this place. I looked at the scooters and i walked out because I was convinced I would get a better bike online. Well I bought this beautiful Red bike online for 1000. Less than Tony at Classic scooters would sell to me.I get my bike in 3 weeks, which should have been here in 3 days. I paid extra to get it sooner. Ripped Off. On the 2nd day I had to change the gas line the handlebars and tape the front of the bike because it would not fit in place. This was only the 2nd day I had it. Long story but I went back to Classic scooters and had to eat Crow and I didn't like it. Tony made me an offer on a bike that he had and he knew what I wanted and Really held onto his cool. I wasn't agood customer but that man truly worked hard to make me the best deal ever, even for me !Sure I paid a little more but when I got on my bike, I couldn't believe how Safe I felt. There's nothing falling off, and the motor purrs like a kitten. I don't almost fall off my bike when I hit a bump hell I barely feel the bumps and she starts up like I never touched her. When I am driving down the streets I feel so happy and confident that I will be able to make it home from anywhere I am.!! At first I thought that Tony was only trying to sell me a cheap bike, but I really believe in Classic scooters and in Tony, and Rich,his technician. I gave them hell about his bikes, but they still gave me Excellent service and a great price. I now have a Quality product and I am so happy. I will Never go anywhere else for a new bike, besides Tony has already told me that he will always be available for anything that may go on with the bike and also he has already said he would give me a great deal on a up grade!! I can't tell you how much I truly love my bike now. I only wish I would have listened to them the first day I came in. I would have avoided a whole ton of problems with my first bike. I appreciate the time and energy it took to convince me to buy from him.!! Thank you Tony for a Great bike and Thank you Rich for your Great service you have done on my bike. Megan Molkentin. Remember, don't waste your time looking at cheaper bikes. Tony truly has the Best Scooters ever!.And I promise you that he will always give you the best deal that I can.

I had a fantastic experience with Classic Scooters. I just purchased a new moped and it was exactly what I pictured, and within my price range. The owner is so friendly and caring. They went above and beyond to provide good service. When I went to pick it up, the owner, knowing I was a newer rider, didn't just release me into the wind but helped me get used to it first, lent me his own personal helmet, and did everything he could to make sure I was safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!

They are amazing! I bought a Cabo 200i from them a couple months ago and it has just been a absolute blessing! The scooter is amazing I just love riding it! There were no problems when buying it also the service was absolutely amazing and they are extremely flexible! I would 100% recommend this place for scooters and amazing service!

Classic Scooters is a great place to buy a scooter but also to maintain and repair it. My scooter had a little fall and Rick made it look brand new. Tony kept me informed all through the process. The cost was less than I guessed so all around, a great experience!

These guys are great! They have an excellent number of bikes to pick from. We went with the Rougestar 50cc and couldn't be happier. We got the exact one we wanted, very friendly and helpful staff, I would recommend them to anyone looking to get one! We are first time moped owners, and they helped me get it for my son's birthday on the same day! Great service and knowledgeable staff. Thank You ClassicScooterUSA!

This place is great! I came here this weekend and bought a scooter and the service was amazing! They helped me choose the best scooter for me and I love it. Wow - all I can say is that these folks are VERY rude. I have been working with another dealer to locate a scooter we would like to purchase. The dealer stated that it would be a number of weeks to get one in and suggested we call around to see if another dealer has one in stock. I called Classic Scooters and was told that I could not be given pricing because I mentioned that we had talked to another dealer. The guy cut me off and told me that I was trying to screw over our other dealer when I was attempting to explain the situation. He continued to say that we were in the wrong (despite our other dealer's recommendation to check for stock elsewhere) and ultimately stated that he did not want our business and hung up on us.What a way to sell products. The man was extremely condescending and I will not ever recommend anyone go there to buy a new product. I work customer service for a living and all I can say is that this man needs to find a new line of work. If you are going to treat potential customers with such disrespect, you should not be in a customer-facing position. And finally, if you are not going to sell product to a customer because they talked to another business, you should not be in a retail market. Jerks - zero stars if I could give it.Edit: the man said repeatedly that they had "special prices". I looked on their website and they are easily $200-300 more than any other dealer, even down in Illinois lol. So basically the guy was mad because he knew he was over-charging and was not going to get business anyways. Bad business all around.
