Absolutely best experience ever!!! I was just going with my husband to see what they had on the lot and what they would give me for a trade on my truck. Then we were walking through the lot spotted this truck and I was like hey babe this one looks nice. All of a sudden here came Jacob Waters and said hey folks have you been helped yet? I was like no, we were actually just looking right now but this is a beautiful truck as I had the passenger door opened because I had noticed I could open it and look inside. He was like hey I tell ya what why don t you just drive it up to the front and I will get you a dealer plate you can test drive it while get a trade value on yours and if you like it we can look at doing some paperwork if not we can tell you what we would do for a trade on yours either way and go from there. I looked at my husband and we were both like ok why not it s a clean great looking truck at a really good price. Took it for a ride fell in love of course didn t think I would get approved for a loan by myself but just in case I had brought along my spare key and title. Needless to say Jacob made my truck buying experience one of the best so far. He then handled me over to Dave in Finance and whala everything was done. So needless to say this was a Friday night, we showed up around 4 or so they close of course at 5 I was thinking yep no way not happening today. But from start to finish we were out with my new truck by 530 that night I can t say enough about these guys . Jacob was amazing right from the start, not pushy like some sales guys can be, very efficient and then Dave and him were right on the ball even surprising me with the fact that I was able to purchase my truck all on my own that night and walk away with the keys in hand wahoooo Anyone looking for a good team, this is the place to go (ask for Jacob Waters and tell him Elizabeth Cynor sent you because he did such a fantastic job)!!!!!

Unorganized. Rude to wife on phone and credit union. Poor communication. If not for the exact vehicle I was looking for, I would have never purchased from here. One of the worst dealings with a vehicle purchase. Don t plan on negotiating here. Maybe another salesman would have changed my experience at S&L, never again. Even talking with employer to no longer purchase fleet vehicles here as well. Normally do not do reviews, but had to be known. Tread carefully.

It's been a busy couple of days. Really crazy. But I want to thank S & L motors for helping my family and I out getting us into a new truck. It has a ton of room for everyone. We love the truck.S & L motors was great cutting money off of the top of the truck so it would fit into our budget we hope the van finds a new home it was a great van. Dan was great he answers all of my questions and was very helpful and picked up that phone many times even after hours.This family will be forever grateful for the friends we have and the great people we have met in this process.So here it is we bought a 2019 dodge ram 1500 5.7 liter it's an amazing truck and we love it.I definitely will be back to buy another vehicle from them and I will definitely tell my family and friends about them. If your looking for a dealership that actually listens to you and is willing to work with you on the price of your vehicle. These guys are it.Thank you again Dan and S & L motors for everything.

Had a great experience buying a used Ram 1500. Greatly appreciated that they didnt try to sell me anything other than an extended warranty. Sales and finance folks were very knowledgeable and personable. Would buy there again.

I had an amazing experience purchasing a truck from S&L motors. I took a chance to get a very specific truck I wanted that was advertised at a great deal, so I rolled the dice and drove over 900 miles to do business with Dan and Don and I will do it again when I need another truck. There was no surprises, no hidden fees, no nonsense. What we discussed before I got there was the same deal I had when I arrived, Just fair business and I was treated with respect!

He made the process of purchasing my Jeep very simple and answered my million and one questions that I had. He also remained patient with me and my indecisiveness which was much appreciated. The staff at S & L Motors were very friendly and helpful. I worked with a gentleman named Mitch. Mitch went out of his way to make my daughter and I comfortable and to find a vehicle within our budget. He didn't pressure us into anything and let us test drive anything he had available. S/O to the sales man JT but the after experience with the Sales Manager "Mike" and "Don" in warranties, I would never recommend buying warranties from this dealership again. Long story short, it took over 2 months for my warranties to get cancelled out and when I called to complain about Don not submitting the paperwork 2 months ago, Mike got rude and loud with me and even tried to blame me for being upset that Don didn't do his job. Good way to gaslight customers Mike!3/27/24: After a generic response from an automate from the dealership, I see no need to call and waste my time. It takes no skill to sell someone anything that they want to buy but it takes skill to have good customer service and Mike and Don need more skills!

We were looking online to find a car and found some we wanted to look at at S and L motors. The car was ready inside their showroom( much appreciated since it was winter).But the best part was our salesman John Swelle who took the time at purchase to go over EVERY button, option, etc to make sure we knew how to use all the technology it had. He spent a lot of time with us.Other places simply tell people the car has this or that and you need to figure it out by yourself. Service here is outstanding!

Car sales side was awesome!! I would happily deal with them any day. Service on the other hand was horrible. Bought a certified vehicle that had tons of issues they missed like a broken mirror, broken handle, rain sensors not working, etc. all things that was checked . They did repair the damage and broken things but it took 4 months and tons of calls. Then the brake pads that was like new 90% or more turns out to be 50% pad left when checked during a tire rotation 5k after buying van at my local shop I trust. Service is horrible and clearly don t inspect the cars they sell as certified. I will never use there service department and makes me nervous to buy from them because you can t trust the inspection!

I took my truck in to S&L motors for emission recall, ran fine when I took it in, ran fine when I left, put approximately 30 miles on it and it just quit going down the road. I called them and was told it was nothing that they did. So I had it towed and is going to be diagnosed hopefully, scanner said low fuel rail pressure. I wish I would have never taken it in.

S&L has the worst service department and especially employees working in it. My husband and I made the regretful decision of bringing my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee to their service department. I took out an extended warranty and since bringing it to S&L's service department for help my husband and I have been disrespected, purposely lied to, and over charged. WOMEN DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A MAN THAT CAN ADVOCATE FOR YOU & WILL KNOW IF YOU ARE BEING OVER CHARGED! One of the most unfortunate aspects of S&Ls service department is that their employees are women and they have the audacity to belittle, undermine, and straight up screw over their customers. They charged me for a diagnostic alignment which is included (depending who you talk to there because they all lie and will do anything to overcharge you) and refused to refund me for it. They charged me twice for the diagnostic fee (lied that they charged twice until they couldn't get out of the lie). Charged me twice for my warranty deductible. My husband & I know several employees in other departments (every single other employee in the other departments are outstanding, if you need a recommendation don't hesitate to ask) and know my Jeep was torn apart. Rather than having optimal customer service and try a spark plug for the problem, lied to my husband that my Jeep was not apart and wanted to charge more for it. If I didn't have my husband, I would have had several hundreds of dollars in bills to pay because of over charging me.As for the employees, speechless. When my husband would call to ask for an update regarding my Jeep (because they would purposely not contact us, even though we had knowledge my Jeep was diagnosed) the service representative, Julie Adamski, would literally read the codes from the paper. Not tell us what is wrong and what needs to be done. She has absolutely no knowledge whatsoever on vehicles. Julie didn't even know how to get me a replacement key fob. Best yet for employees is the service department manager, Christina Pflugradt. She believes her office and surrounding department is a day care/after school play ground for her children. Her daughter was throwing a sticky thing at her office wall to see it stick and running around like it was a play ground. Extremely unprofessional. Her employees had to supervise her daughter for her while she talked to me (after Julie talked to her twice and she finally decided to talk to me).S&L is a wonderful dealership, don't mistaken that from this review. But when purchasing a vehicle, a customer wants/needs the reassurance that they will have satisfaction from the service department. Not question if they are being overcharged, manipulated, or lied to.

I had a great experience going into S&L to purchase a new one ton diesel to replace my older one. Being a small business owner I'm busy enough with everything especially this time of year. My salesman Mitch Koehne did an awesome job stream lining everything and making sure I was comfortable with our deal from start to finish! Thank you again to the team and your help! I will be purchasing my future trucks from this group!! Would recommend to anyone having issues with other dealers. This team, makes it happen.

Was trying to buy a used vehicle here. The vehicle ended up being a Canadian import. The manufacturer voids all warranties when vehicles are imported to United States. They first tried selling me a extended warranty, so the vehicle would be covered. And then eventually they said they would give me a warranty that covers just like the factory. I drove six and a half hours to their location after verifying the vehicle was in great shape and clean to find out it was filthy, headliner had marks in it and the vehicle didn't even have correct wheels. The used car manager said he didn't know the vehicle had wrong parts. Damon was my salesperson, he was fantastic and honest. Everything that was going on in the background was not told to him. The used vehicle side seems very shady, and I would double or triple check everything on vehicles there. But on the plus side I was able to listen to 13 hours of great music while wasting my time.

The service team at S&L Motors did a great job handling my routine vehicle maintenance today. Wanda ensured all my concerns were addressed during the process. What's more, due to their shuttle driver not being available, Wanda drove me to my job site herself and had another team member pick me up later in the day. Thank you to all for the great service.

We just bought a truck at S&L, John Swelles our salesman did a great job asking what we needed and wanted with a pickup truck, what we would actually use it for and where. He basically put us in the truck that fit our needs .We highly recommend them. In the past I've bought three new GMC trucks so I did not plan on buying a Dodge ram when we went there but I kept an open mind and ended up buying one there. Very personable, friendly and informative.

My vehicle was supposed to be picked up early for an oil change as well as to figure out why my navigation and media screen cuts in and out. They arrived late, couldn t find the error with the media screen, but did return my vehicle quickly and also washed it. The young man that picked up my vehicle was very apologetic unlike my service agent. He made a bad experience great!
