They charged me almost $350 for an alignment. I didn't have many options because we needed it. I am extremely disappointed this place took advantage of me after I had told them I had been broken down for the last 2 months and just trying to get back home. They also refused to give me a quote, and I was shocked by the bill. I have NEVER paid more than 120 for an alignment. Do not recommend!

We had an excellent experience. Had RV trouble as we were traveling through town. O'Donnell's were busy but agreed to help us. 2 hours later we were back on the road with a new brake caliper. O'Donnell's diagnosed the problem and fixed it with reasonable and fair cost. We interacted with 5 different people there and they were all very nice! Highly recommend them.

I delivered a load close by, and noticed that the gasket seal on my driver axle was leaking oil. I got here and they were really nice. He removed the axle, (its only 8 bolts) removed the old and installed the new one. He checked the oil and that was it. It took 5-10 minutes . I waited for 20 mins for the bill and then got my surprise. $114The gasket was $3 and I really expected maybe 1/2 hour labor, maybe $60-80. Really disappointed that they couldn't hold themselves taking advantage of the situation. Well I hope it was worth it for a dissatisfied costumer.

We had some trouble with the alignment on one of our trucks. After going to O'Donnell's, we found where the problem was that other companies couldn't find and got it fixed. The truck has been perfect ever since. Thank you so much!

I ve personally known Pat O Donnell for over 15 years and you will never meet a more decent, honest, hardworking, and trustworthy businessman or person. He will tell you like it is and his repairs will be what you need no more or no less. If you have a heavy load vehicle that needs repair, Pat and his staff are who you want working on it.
