I have brought my Toyota to Dairyland 3 times, one for a consultation, 2 for service. I have been impressed with the friendly atmosphere and for the high level of professionalism shown by everyone there.The work has done efficiently, correctly (in my opinion) and there have been no questionable fees added to the billing.I believe everyone should have a great doctor, dentist, and auto mechanic...I now have all 3.RICK

Steve is really great to work with. He was very customer oriented and honest the whole way through. There were no surprises. I would be confident sending someone that has very little automotive knowledge here too. They took good care of my vehicle, completed the requested work, and a safety inspection as well. In my opinion, Dairyland Automotive is the best option for auto service in the Sauk Prairie area. No doubt, I will be a returning customer.

They're our new service provider, they deserve it.RICK

This was my first dealership vehicle purchase and I am beyond grateful I found Dairyland Automotive. I bought a used 2011 Toyota Prius and had quite a few questions regarding the vehicle and potential issues I might be faced with. Steve went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my purchase including calling their mechanic who is a Prius owner & has worked for Toyota in the past. He was able to answer a lot of my questions. Steve also showed me the hybrid battery through an OBD2 scanner ensure it was in great condition and it also allowed me to check for any potential problems. Even after all of this, Steve was still not pushy for a sale and it really helped make the deal easy and more transparent. I m stoked to join the Prius community (I got 50mpg on the drive back to Madison from Prairie Du Sac!). I will be recommending Dairyland Automotive from here on out and hope to be doing business with them for my next Prius. Thanks again Steve!!

Steve was wonderful to work with, he was very nice and no pressure at all. It was an amazing car buying experience and I highly recommend anyone looking for a "new to you" car give them a look. I am also loving my new 2020 Tesla Model 3!

I m not one to write a review but after the great and honest service I received with Steve at Dairyland Automotive I wanted to share it . I was thinking I would need to purchase a new car after my now former mechanic told me that my Toyota Prius would cost more than it was worth to fix. I was torn on what direction to go in next. I was car searching on line and found myself looking at a Prius at Dairyland. I m so grateful for Steve s honesty and his awesome mechanic that was able to repair my car for half the price my former mechanic was going to charge and told me just to junk it. I am so happy to have my car repaired and not have to go through the hassle of a new purchase. Thanks to Steve for making this happen even though he could have easily persuaded me to purchase the Prius on his lot and made more of a profit. Dairyland is now my go to mechanic shop which is worth the drive from out of town.

They took my car in on incredibly short notice after a scheduling snafoo on my end, even came to scoop it up for me! On top of it, they were an absolute delight to talk to, kind and courteous, & walked me through everything that was going on so there was no confusion. Highly recommend and will have no hesitation going to them from here on out!

Customer service was great, prices are fair, and they got my car in and out in under 24 hours, even with having to order parts, not to mention I got a loaner car so I could still get to work. I'm absolutely thrilled, and will for sure be back.

Very accommodating to my needs and schedule! I They came and picked my car up to be serviced and an hour later they delivered it back to me ! I think they did an awesome job ! Five stars in my book !

Steve at Dairyland Automotive was great to work with! With having only seen the car on-line in pictures from over 2 hours away, he was more than willing to accommodate a detailed video walk-around and answer any question I had. After seeing it in person, we knew this was the car for our daughter and we surprised her on her birthday! Needless to say, she's over the moon with it! Thanks Dairyland Automotive! You made our car purchase easy and fun!

After a extremely long arduous journey in search of a new vehicle, after my last one was pit maneuverd by a deer than jumped through a drainage ditch, I found dairyland automotive. Steve was very kind in helping me into a fantastic new vehicle at a price I could afford, moreover it was / is a car I am very happy with.At no point did Steve attempt to pressure me, to be frank (for at least a moment and not ghost :) this was by far the easiest car purchase I've ever had especially from a dealership. Upon my arrival after a quick meet and greet and any questions I had were answered I was simply left alone (in a good way) to look over the car. During this time I never had a salesman standing over my shoulder like most other dealerships do, moreover at no point did I feel pressured to make the purchase.The car was cleaned up fairly nicely and recently had it's fluids changed, I was allowed to test drive the car on the surrounding streets not just around a tiny parking lot, and I was allowed to thoroughly look over the car without interruption.Steve and his staff were very kind to listen to my long winded story of how I ended up needing a new car and genuinely cared to take the time to listen despite me likily repeating parts of my story (I was excited). The one thing I noticed was my tire was very slightly low by 3 psi (this is normal due to temperature but as a past lube tech I want them proper), I mentioned it and very quickly Steve had his mechanic Inflated my tire and even offered to make sure it wasn't an issue (it was just tempriture related only).In closing if you are needing a car or want an upgrade I highly recommend stopping in at dairyland automotive as there prices are very reasonable, they do not use any pressure sales tactics, and they genuinely want you to get into a car you want.Last but not least something especially rare for me these days, I get to mention that this is a IAM GHOST APPROVED BUSINESS! If you don't know me, I am a professional reviewer and review a LOT of things and businesses. As such I have learned a lot about good and bad businesses and obviously this is in the very top of the fantastic business list.I appreciate you taking the time to read all of that, now go get yourself a fantastic car from dairyland automotive. I purchased my 2017 Ford Edge from Steve and I absolutely love it!! He made the process run so smoothly and very quick! I informed him about not wanting a high interest rate and he went above and beyond to find the best options for me. Highly recommend Steve at Dairyland Automotive!

This is an amazing small family business. No pressure to buy. Steve was very knowledgeable and has been in the automotive business for a long time. The whole process was easy and there were no hidden terms or costs. Everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend Dairyland and will most likely buy another vehicle from them again. We purchased a vehicle from Steve in May 2021. Vehicle was just as described in the listing. Steve met us at our convenience on a Saturday afternoon and he let us take all the time we needed to look over the car and test drive it. Purchase was quick and easy. Friendly, excellent service! A+ rating! Would purchase from him again in the future!

I appreciated the straightforward nature of Steve at Dairyland. Shopping for a car as a woman I was amazed at how I was treated by other facilities. Mis information, trying to get away with things, and disrespect.I experienced none of that from Steve. Good car, fair price, very helpful working with my finance company in the weird Covid time period.

Had some work done today. Very fast service, very friendly staff, reasonable prices!!!! Half of what the dealer quoted me They explained everything very clearly . You can not go wrong having them work on your car!!!!
