Rick and Sarah are amazing to deal with.... no pressure experience..they can answer all your questions highly recommend getting anything from them.. we drove two and a half hours just so we could deal with them on our new four wheelers

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Rick, Sarah, and Rod were all great to work with. The machine was clean, full of gas, and delivered to Guttenberg by the owner next day. Pricing was very fair and competitive. I strongly recommend them for all your motorsports needs!

Stopped in just to check things out..... Left with the brand new side by side. Stopped in again to check some things out.....left with some accessories.I'll be going back there for service as well. I don't see much reason to deal with the BS at other places or the online hassles; The whole team provided great customer service and great deals. I have no reason to shop anywhere else.

Had a good purchase on Black Friday. Still waiting on our two up seat and snow plow. They are still on order a little bit disappointing to have to wait especially for the second seat. Hope it will be in soon. Update accessories came in but if I had not stopped by don t know when I would have gotten a call they were in. It took about a month.

Excellent place to buy a ATV, UTV, or motorcycle. I bought a new Kawasaki Mule there and the buying experience was great! The sales people are excellent and efficient, plus they have an inventory of machines in today's supply constrained environment. I haven't worked with their service department yet but expect they are good as well.

The service and communication from both Nick and Sarah throughout the entire process were exemplary. We drove half way across the state to find the UTV we wanted, and we have no regrets. We were treated just as I like to treat my customers, and that is a very big deal for me. Thanks again, so very much, for making our experience one that we will brag up for a very long time.

"THE FOLKS ALL MADE OUR PURCHASE EASY AND QUICK. WE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED AND CHOSE THE SP 570 BECAUSE OF ALL THE ACCESSORIES AVAILE FOR POLARIS VERSUS KAWASAKI. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE NEW MACHINE AND IT IS PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS. WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING THAT THE DRIVERS DOOR WHICH WAS DEFECTIVE AT DELIVERY TO BE REPLACED. WE WERE TOLD THAT A CLAIM WAS PUT IN FOR NEW DOOR. WE WILL SURELY BE BRINGING OUR MACHINE BACK TO PMS FOR SCHEDULED SERVICE NEEDS"

We called & said what we were looking for they said okay we will get stuff ready. We drove an hour away & once we got there we decided we wanted a completely different machine. They were very patient with us, not pushy. They ran credit ect for both machines. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!! We will be definitely going back & sending family friends their way!!"

"I am from Tulsa, Ok. and was in Prairie visiting family when we discovered I had 2 bad tires. I had to buy my tires from 2 different dealerships. Prairie Motorsports, despite a full schedule, got me in and installed 2 tires to get me home. Thank you! "

Great experience working with Rick and Sarah in purchasing my Pro Mx Mule earlier this week. Anticipate delivery next week Friday. If the machine arrives as scheduled and operates as expected, I'll certainly recommend Prairie Motor Sports to others.

I had an absolutely perfect experience. They found the exact bike I was looking for. Sarah was helpful and wonderful to work with. Paperwork was easy and quick. Parts department helped me with ordering oem and aftermarket items I wanted. They also went through the bike from top to bottom to explain all the features.

Great customer service! We were on a motorcycle trip and had a bad back tire, 4 hours from home. They went out of their way to get the correct tire for us, fit us in that day for service, and loaned us a side by side during the tire change. We will certainly give them our business again.

My wife and I bought a new Mule Pro FXT this past week to replace my aged, but trusty, 2009 Trans Mule on Thursday. Rick and Sarah were great to work with in getting the sale completed and they also had the new FXT delivered to our house in Gays Mills Thursday evening so we would have it available for transporting company we had coming on Friday evening for the weekend. Great experience at Prairie Motor Sports and will recommend them to any friends that are looking for a new ATV.

We have done business with this dealership for many years. It is under new ownership as of January 2019. We just purchased a new UTV from them. We were treated with the utmost respect. The new owner (like the old one) is all about customer service. He went out of his way to make sure we were 100% happy with all aspects of the sale. Would recommend this dealer to everyone. You wont be disappointed.

I had been in the markets for a Mule Pro MX LE for two months. I had one on order from a local dealer near my house. They could not give me a hard date as to when I would receive it. They said it could take about 3-4 months. I called around to other dealerships looking for one I could get an earlier delivery date.I called Prairie Motor Sports on a Saturday morning and told the salesman my situation. He asked me if the dealer I was working with was actively trying to find me a side by side from other dealers and networks. I told him they had not done anything pro-active to get my Mule Pro sooner for me. He said let me call you back and see what I can do for you. He called me back that afternoon and said he had found the Mule Pro MX LE in black as I wanted. I asked him how I could get the Mule and I told him it was going to be a tight fit on my trailer, not to mention his store was 3.5 hours from my house. He said he was actually the owner of the store, and he would personally deliver it to my house.The day he delivered it he was on time and it was in an enclosed trailer to keep my Mule clean. He went through the entire machine with me to make sure I had a thorough understanding of all the components and features.I remarked to him that was a great experience. The way he handled the transaction, his ability to get the product in a timely manner, and his professionalism was exceptional.I would highly recommend Prairie Motor Sports for all your motor sports needs.Rod Hall is running a fantastic business!

"I ordered a Mule Pro FXR in October and only had to wait a month for delivery. Nick was awesome communicating with me and setting me up with the machine I needed. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told Rod was just finishing it up....Rod, the owner? He's finishing up my machine? Sarah was awesome with all the paperwork. Talk about teamwork! I definitely recommend stopping in if you are looking for a machine. Great people, great service, and I am very happy with my experience."

Thought it would be hard for the new owners to be as good as Erich and his wife. I met the new owner and the new guys behind the counter. They were very friendly and helpful and they fixed my teryx's problem very very quickly. Great guys! I was worried how the new owner was gonna be and I'm very relieved now after meeting him.

Just purchased my second UTV from Prairie Motor Sports. Manette again got me an awesome deal on financing and Rod made sure my new ride met my needs. Then, Rod stayed late on a Friday night assembling the accessories and personally delivered it to me in the Dells so I had it for the weekend. Friday night 8pm delivery by the owner!! I cant say enough how awesome this dealer is!

"I typically treat dealers of all kinds as a commodity. Prairie Motor Sports has changed that for me. The service, support, care and honesty they provide is lost in the world today. The quality of my Kawasaki FXT pro is matched by the quality of people that sold it to me. The owner and service team care and understand the business they are in. When servicing the machine they always try to get it back (delivered) to make sure we have a great weekend. No question they are a premier dealer and add value to the experience of owning a UTV." What brought me to Prairie Motor Sports was a used yamaha FZ-6. I got a great price on the bike and Rod the owner went the extra mile to get me a stock exhaust for it at no extra charge, I like quiet bikes. The cherry on top was the customer service from Corban, who came out to my house to put the exaust on when it arrived. I'd have given a 5 star rating, but working with their "product specialist," Lucas, was frustrating at best. Lucas does a poor job of managing customer expectations. I told him my helmet size was XL, he ordered me larges. He told me he'd get me a good price for the helmets I was interested in, I found the helmet I was looking for on revzilla for 100 bucks cheaper. He left me hanging for two months with no updates. He'd tell me he'd contact a product representative and not inform me of the outcome. If I wanted an update, I had to call him (which I did every two weeks). I would absolutely purchase another bike from Prairie Motor Sports and would happily work with Rod and Corban again. Lucas, never.

Dropped my 4 wheeler off the end of July because the carburetor was leaking fuel and it needed some brake work. I just picked it back up in November and after over 3 months sitting in their parking lot nothing is fixed, even though they charged me $100 and said the carb was fixed it was leaking gas before I even got it loaded up on my truck. After two phone calls and stopping in once nobody behind the service desk seemed remotely interested in helping me get my atv working and had a bad attitude with me and my frustration. I would really recommend taking your atv/utv somewhere else for repairs.

Beautiful new building. ATVS and UTVS with lots to choose from. Staff was great to work with out front and in the service department. Thier test track was almost done when I visited and it's going to be cool

Absolutely fantastic , there's not a lot more to say . when the owner makes a delivery at 5:00 pm on Saturday , that means they go the extra mile , and at no charge ( to Dodgeville ) Thank you Rod and staff .

A few months ago I purchased a new UTV from Eric @ Prairie Motor Sports, after shopping around the Madison area. Since I live 100+ miles away but have land use in the Bagley/Patch Grove area, I wanted a local dealer. I asked around the local farming community & one name keep popping up time and time again. When I started looking at pricing from multiple dealers from Madison towards Prairie du Chien, the decision became a no brainer. Eric gave me top dollar for my King Quad on a trade in plus when I had a small issue Eric & Steve fixed it right away no questions asked. I will be purchasing another off road machine w/n a year & have no intention of going anywhere else. Service, Sales, & over all friendly people to deal with!!!!
