Glen was so great to work with. Great customer service, and thankful for a great team. I just heard a horror story about another dealership and my exact words were "I'm so glad I don't have to worry with Fillback."

Friendly, helpful and quick. I decided to wait in the service department waiting room while my oil was being changed. It was spacious, clean and they had popcorn made by a local company and drinks. Fillback went way out of their way to help us during a very difficult situation. We were in the middle of a move when we became aware that the key for my mother's Town and Country van was lost. The move was taking place that day and Fillback pulled a "rabbit out of a hat" and went way out of their way to accommodate our needs and make it happen. They are awesome.

They did a good job with the engine repairs but they did not communicate anything with me. It was over a month that I was without my truck and not once did I get a phonecall or anything on the setbacks that they had.
