Hotel was clean and comfortable. Exactly what you would expect from Country Inn & Suites. The true stand out was Drew. Part of the Front Desk staff, he was always attentive to absolutely anything that would make our stay more pleasant. He's a real asset to this place. Thanks Drew!Breakfast was just average and the breakfast room itself is just too small when the hotel is busy.

Made my reservation specifically to have adjoining rooms. Called twice to confirm. When I arrived all of my information was wrong and there were no adjoining rooms "they were all booked long before I booked my rooms" Wouldn't have chosen that hotel if I knew we wouldn't have gotten the rooms I specifically confirmed we were getting. I was given a shrug of the shoulders as a solution.

I absolutely loved this hotel. My only complaint was the bed being a little too firm and the pillows sunk too flat. Tasha, Tyler, and Cody were phenomenal with their customer service and being so accommodating. Having the restaurant there on property is definitely a bonus. The Ruben sandwich was fresh and delicious. We also had the fried pickles, and they were amazing also. We utilized the hot tub and pool. We definitely will be back.

Gave me one price at check in and charged me a different price on my card account. Not so good. Lobby and halls were dirty. Pool area was kind of gross. Glad to leave there. Will never stay there again. Quiet location, but not worth the hassle. I agree with other negative comments about the staff. Absolutely nothing special about this place. Yuk.

Had my daughters second birthday here today and the experience was completely ruined by the woman at the front desk (the manager) she was completely rude all day to everyone for no reason then when we had finished swimming we had been told prior that we could use the hotels towels but when we asked her she rudely told us the towels were for guests only and then when we told her who has informed us we could use the hotels towels she publicly in front of many small children cursed out the guy who had told us that we could use the towels. She did nothing to fix the situation no apology, only more rude behavior. When I asked for her boss's contact information she told me there wasn't one. It's incredibly expensive to be treated this way.Only left one star because I had to.

Never have a cook when I want to go eat there. Bartenders though are absolutely amazing! Nice & very helpful when needed.Food & drinks: At least they have drinks..

Some hotels get along for an incredible length of time without updating furniture and it shows.Beds in this room sounded like empty freight cars being loaded and unloaded. Box springs warn out from years of shame and abuse.Bio stains can be found on the duvet.Left me feeling glad to have my own blankets.Showers will get hot enough to scald so at least I can leave here feeling clean. Not rested mind you.. because children run up and down the halls from all hours.

All Staff was super friendly and helpful from the front desk to the housekeeping including the lifeguard! We had a fantastic experience! The room was clean, the pool was clean, breakfast was great! We were greeted with two complementary bottles of water and staff was more than helpful when asking about the local area. We took my son there for his birthday with a friend of his and we will definitely recommend this place to everyone and plan to come back! Absolutely no complaints fantastic experience!

Nice hotel, beds were comfortable, mostly friendly staff & good location.Free breakfast was good. I have a special needs son and housekeeping was amazing meeting our extra needs.Nice having water park & grill bar connected to hotel.A few things that would make it better.1. A lifeguard on duty to use big slide in water park. No lifeguard,no slide.2. Grill/bar only open Tues-Sat. 4p-10p.3. Dining area in hotel closed after breakfast.Rooms do not have enough space for a family to eat in the room.

I was quoted a room for $60 less then what my total came out to the next day. I was told to follow up and they would change the amount charged to my card the following Tuesday. I have called NUMEROUS times and have yet to be called back or given the ability to speak to the manager. I am not someone to typically write bad reviews, but this experience was really disheartening. The woman I spoke to when I checked out was very reassuring, but apparently I am just naive.

The wife and I planned a short vacation touring Southwest Wisconsin. This room was book by a travel agent. The first room we were in, the TV didn't work right. Either the satellite box or the TV wasn't working, so they moved us to a suite. VERY COOL. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our room had a faint odor of smoking, but it was livable and not over-powering. The bed was hard as a rock, but not too uncomfortable. The staff were absolutely perfect! Super accommodating and helpful. Desk staff member (Alex or Andrew, not sure) was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and recommended several amenities in the area. Overall, our 3 night stay was fantastic!

I stayed here for a weekend when attending a wedding. The hotel is nice, newer decor, and clean. Comfortable bed. The water park type pool area attracts families with kids so lots of kids running through the hallway. Free Breakfast was typical items, but always hot and serviced well.

If going for the "watermark," go elsewhere. The pool wasn't open the first night because they didn't have a lifeguard. The next morning, they had three lifeguards, but not one touched the water at any point. Simply stopped kids from going down the slide "because they aren't good swimmers." The front desk employee tried to help when reporting, but my son's confidence was shot and he went into shy mode.Beyond that, the pool area is disgusting. Garbage on the floor, broken cable dangling from HVAC, staff wheeling carts of garbage through to the dumpster, the list goes on.The beds are terrible. Possibly the worst we've encountered at a hotel.Stay somewhere else.

This is probably my 3rd time staying here in the last 10 years. I am continually amazed at the standard of "high" customer service every employee exhibits. Andrew checked us in at arrival, and gave a us a good overview of the establishment including the pool, parking, breakfast, check out time, etc. Breakfast in the morning was above and beyond with hot eggs, sausage, and potatoes in a tator tot form. My adult son and I had a great stay at a fair price. Thank you!

I'm definitely a fan of this place. The only thing that I found less than desirable is the other guests. I experienced multiple times a group of people who were not sober hanging out in the front parking lot and in their cars . This is extremely undesirabm theto m meand I am aware that it is unfortunate for the hotel that it was beginning . These people were acting like they were feral and their behavior is going to really impact the bottom line of the hotel. Sadly it was beginning to look a lot like a housing project in the hood.Rooms: The rooms were just a little bit better than the other top shelf hotels in the area. Unfortunately the other things I mentioned in my review are really taking a terrible toll on this hotelSafety: I personally know of 2 incidents involving a few people that were brandishing guns and causing commotion in the parking lot and I chose to leave after that. I am a very experienced seasoned traveler but I would never knowingly put myself in a dangerous situation with people who are not civilized or even house broken. I sincerely hope that the hotel survives these people who are a corporate account and need to be evicted and possibly prosecuted for their bad behavior

Great hotel with clean spacious rooms with mini fridge and microwave. Awesome free breakfast with waffle makers, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels, yogurt, and more. Really cool pool with water park slide and features. The kids had a blast! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for anything more.
