We were on a motorcycle trip when our Ural motor locked up, They were there to get us quickly and took us back to their shop, were they helped us get a uhal, even letting us use their car to pick it up. They helped us load the bike. Not so easy as it has a sidecar, giving us tie downs to secure it and has we were leaving the uhal wouldn't start so they jumped it. There friendly service made a bad day tolerable. They go above and beyond in service and friendly people, even the young boy that sat with me and talked about the bike. On a scale of one to ten they get 100 percent.

My husband had waited on AAA for over 6 hours. Finally called Bob's Towing and he had him hooked up and back to us in 35 minutes.

Ho there! Another great place. Man, wisconsin is on a roll! Had some truck problems, and these guys helped me out fast. Theve got a great team of very knowledgeable, and friendly folks working here. they made me feel very welcome and at home. They Explained to me what was wrong and what they to to try and fix it. And there shop is nice and clean. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had car trouble while in town, we are from out of town. Gave Bob s a call. The time they reached us at the park to the time they fixed our car back at the shop was less then hour. Pete was super. The office gal, sorry but I can t remember her name, was quick to react and get us help ASAP. I would highly recommend Bob s to anyone. Super friendly and honest service.

Truck overheated when radiator blew , we were from out of town. Bobs was able to give us a loaner car until the next day when the repair was done. The price was fair and their service was terrific. These are great people. Thanks Pete !

Very very poor service, went in my car wasn t starting they said they had it fixed and when we went to pick it up it had more problems then when we sent it there it did start but it was loud and it was telling us all the gear indicator lights were on , we called to try to get it figured out and the lady on the phone copped an attitude and said she wasn t dealing with it and then had some guy call us and he did the same thing and started talking out of his a** we asked if he did an inspection and he said we re not Midas. I would rate this a 0 if I could.Edit: upon seeing this review they called me being very rude. I hung up, very unprofessional Services: Battery service, Battery

Extremely good people. The alternator in our car stopped working while on vacation, 250 miles from home, on a Friday afternoon. When our AAA couldn't help us out we called Bob's, they got it in, fixed it, and got us back on the road within a couple hours. Couldn't be more pleased.

This place delivers quick, honest service at an affordable price. Super nice folks in the office and knowledgeable techs in the garage. The go to spot for auto repair in PDC.

My truck died on 35 at midnight. Sheriff called bobs. Lance showed up super fast and got me back to the shop and didn t even want to keep me up with paperwork and said will deal with it tomorrow. Thank you for the great service and the bill was way lower than expected. Thank you again. God bless.

They were fast and friendly, did exactly what I asked the same day, reasonable prices, and even picked my truck up while I was at work and brought it back all fixed up!

Bob's Towing & Repair bailed me out on 3 different occasions when I was moving from Wi to Iowa. My old JEEP broke down 3 times & they did all the repairs the same day as each breakdown happened. I'm now finally in Iowa hoping to find another repair shop as competent and fair priced as Bob's. --- Best auto service & repair I've ever been involved with.

Bob's has Brenda the best office manager. They will pick up your vehicle at home or work, that is a valuable service. Prices are reasonable & explain what's going on.

Been taking our vehicles to Bob's for almost 14 years now & won't go anywhere else! They care about the folks who walk through the door & won't tell you something needs fixed/replaced unless it really does. Best towing & repair shop in the area!!
