Labor day weekend. Alternator goes bad 2 1/2hours from home. Mechanics won't even look at me. Advance Auto Parts to the rescue. Amazing staff. Willing to physically pitch in if needed. Not everybody is meant for customer service, but these guys go above and beyond.

Church and Matt were trip savers. Chuck s knowledge of trailer axle parts was amazing. He was able to pull all the parts together that I needed to repair a burned out wheel bearing on our 5th wheel. Matt helped me diagnose a check engine light and resolve that as well. Highly recommend these two for all your part needs.

Chuck provided excellent service when we needed an oil filter replacement with a stuck threaded insert. Would drive from Milwaukee to here just for service from Chuck

You need to update your hours online if your going to be closing at 530 "untill further notice" drove 40 minutes one way because it says your open.

Would highly recommend PDC CarQuest. They were able to fabricate a power steering line for me in about 10 minutes at 1/4 the cost of the new part. Great Service!!
