This is the second vehicle of ours that Poynette Auto Body has returned to new for us, they both turned out great! Most recently our truck was backed into by a cement mixer and after they fixed it, it's looking better than before! They're experts in their field and they are all very friendly! I highly recommend them to everyone!

Absolutely amazing! Need I say more?Had deer damage I took it in on Monday and it was done by Friday. Definitely recommend, no issues with their work or customer service!

Was supposed to get work done by Halloween last year, they put us off until spring of this year. When we called to make an appt. they said to bad we don't want to do the work anymore. Luke also said he wanted to make things right & if you consider we never heard from him again as making it right then he did. A man always shows he is only as good or not as his word.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Customer service and craftsmanship are outstanding. My truck looks brand new. CJ's professionalism was a pleasure to work with. I won't go anywhere else and highly recommend Poynette Auto Body.

Luke and his team are the best. I have had over 12 years taken 8 vehicles. Excellent workmanship. Best body shop ever. Fair pricing, fast service, easyto work with and excellent work.

Recently they did an amazing job on my suv! I swear it's in better condition than it was even before it was damaged. Luke is always a very nice guy, and CJ was extremely polite and friendly to work with. Truly above and beyond. Thanks guys!

Poynette Auto Body did a great job on my truck. I had hit a deer. After they made repairs and replaced parts, it looks brand new again! They also detailed the truck. Lovely work and great customer service!

Took my car in after hitting a Turkey Vulture which resulted in some minor damage to the grille, hood, and bumper. During the repair process they found some other items that needed repaired and worked directly with my insurance to get it repaired. They were quick and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. The car looks great and you can't tell that there was ever any damage. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have body work done on their vehicle.

Super pleased with the entire experience. They were prompt with an estimate, dealt with the insurance adjuster, got us into the schedule fast, and quickly got the car repaired. The quality of their work is very high.

Took my 2018 Tundra here based on a recomendation. Had some rear bumper and body panel damage. I wanted the truck back looking brand new. They were very friendly and understanding of how fussy I am.They made the repairs but gave the truck back to quickly to meet a deadline and overlooked a couple things. The reason for the 5 star review is that the owner stepped in, apologized for the problems, took responsibility and they scheduled with me to take the truck back to make further repairs. They were very acomodating during this process.They gave the truck back with everything fixed perfect and did some extra touches for no extra cost. Everyone makes mistakes but its what you do to make it right thats what made this company stand out above all the rest. This is worth a 5 star review every time in my book.Highly recomend if you are fussy about your vehicle as I am. A pleasure doing business here.

These guys did an insurance job for me and screwed it up so bad I had to take it to a different shop and pay thousands out of my own pocket. They refused to admit their mistake or help with the bill at all. Definitely do not recommend going here!

I took my car here after a minor deer accident. My car looked brand new when I picked it up! The employees are friendly and they have loaners if needed.
