Vacuumed my plow out after a snow storm, threw away a KT coffee cup and an empty plastic water bottle. When I was leaving noticed a big black truck burn out of the lot following me, which ended up following me to my home which is a half mile away, I waited in the intersection nervous to pull into my driveway with a random big truck with dark windows (black dodge dually), A man pulled up to my window and asked if I "filled the garbage up at the car wash" and I responded with "did you just follow me to my house????" Asking if I threw away garbage in the garbage can, which I explained to him what I thru away and blown away that he followed me?? He said someone filled the garbage can and was very frustrated and I explained that had nothing to do with me and this whole situation was weird. I try not to get in anyone's way and we stick to ourselves but this situation made me feel very uncomfortable and very uneasy. Following day went into business to talk about employee with a manager, which turned out to be the Manager! Who proceeded to double down and say nothing was weird with him following me to my house. Asked how he would feel if someone were to following him home, in a tinted lifted black truck while its winter so its night early, and he said "Yeah no problem there's nothing wrong with that, sure follow me home" Acting as if there was nothing wrong with his actions and even the reception lady was chiming in like this was some joke or its funny. Normally my girlfriend will go and vacuum a vehicle there alone, I cant imagine how this would of played out if she would of pulled into our driveway and he followed her onto my property and I'm home for that? I find this extremely weird and unprofessional and could of been a very different situation. An employee of "30 years" deciding this was the correct action and its "okay" is very very weird and not okay.

In the small community we live in, it's great to have a place to bring our vehicles that we can trust. I personally know the owner and have done business with them for the past few years. Prices are great. People are honest. The location is perfect. Customer services are top notch. I wont take any of our vehicles any where other than Bills Tire. Keep up the great work!!!

Great service. Good people to deal with. They really care about you as a customer. Went back to have new tires put on my vehicle. Prices on tires was good and they had all 4 tires on within an hour. Like I said 3 weeks ago. Great service and very fair prices. Will continue to go there because you just don't find good old fashion honest service like they give.

While passing through I blew a brake line on my Ram. Pat came out, took a look, and began making calls to locate parts, which he could not get until the next morning. I inquired about nearby camping as I was pulling my travel trailer. Pat then offered to let me plug in to his garage for the night and pointed out water was available as well. In the morning my truck was on the hoist at 8 and I was back on the road before 10 am. The staff were very accommodating and the service was excellent. I can t thank them enough for helping us get on with our vacation.

The guys at Bill s went above and beyond to get my car in, get parts, get it fixed, and even gave me a ride home, all in short order to make sure I didn t miss a doctors appointment. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

By far the best mechanic I have ever been to. You will be treated like family and Pat always goes the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is perfect. Can do anything a dealer can do and more!

I had a serpentine belt and idler pulley go out on my way back from fishing yesterday. I lost power steering & lost power brakes by the time I got to Poy Sippi. They were able to get the pulleys and the belt there in less than 30 minutes. They had my truck fixed and ready to home in under an hour. Very personal service and I truly appreciated how quickly they got me (and a cooler full of fish) back on the road home.

I d have to agree that the people at Bill s are friendly, but I believe they tried to cheat me. Towed my truck there because it wouldn t start. They said the timing was really bad and that the engine was toast. I was told that I would need a new engine which would cost $5,000 to $8,000. They offered to buy the vehicle for $500, saying the owner would fix it up for his daughter, which made me suspicious (fix it for the daughter, but not for me?!?). Decided to get a second opinion, so I spent $250 to have it towed to Appleton. There I learned why the timing was off... somehow a mouse got caught in the timing belt. Not sure how that happened, but it should have been very evident to the folks at Bill s. A new timing belt and new plugs and I m good to go. The best part is that insurance covered everything (minus deductible) because it was rodent damage.I can t say for sure that they tried to rip me off, but it sure feels like it. I won t be taking any more of my vehicles there for service.

The only place I ll take my car to get aligned period! They will take whatever time is needed to get things straightened out ! . Helpful people and reasonably priced.
